A Political Entity 'Governs'; an Economic Entity 'produces'. Each has a different 'function' and a different 'place' within the 'Condition of Togetherness'( the Social). But the 'Social' exists 'within' the 'Political' and the Two must interact with each other. The Real Individual exists within the Two and must acquire a 'Semiotic'( Sign system) and a 'Semantics'(Meaning system) for each. That acquisition forms a 'Subjectivity' in the 'Real Individual' within the 'Polity' and its 'Capitalistic environment'. This Subjectivity is the 'Attitude' of the Individual towards his/her immediate and 'Total' environment. In other words, in a Democracy a Real Individual exists within a 'Total Linguistic Environment' that conflates the 'Political' and the 'Economic'. The Individual relates to this 'conflation' and must understand the distinction between Political language and Economic Language. Economic language is concerned with 'Producing' more and more of the same, or 'Profits and Monies'. But, these Profits and Monies are a Medium of Exchange that should be kept in circulation. In other words, the Economy is constantly 'changing', 'producing' and being modified. Now, consider the Political System. A Democracy, as a System of Governing, does not change. Its a fixed system i.e. the nature of the Political entity remains democratic at all times. The democratic values of a democracy never change; i.e., the Freedom and Equality of all the Real Individuals is always the Goal. That's fixed; the only change might be that the 'Individuals' 'excluded' from the system should become 'included' Individuals within the system. That's not 'changing' the 'System'; that's 'Perfecting' the Democracy. Government 'Of the People, By the people, For the People, can only 'improve'. What the Real Individual needs to do is 'really experience' what it means to be 'Equal' and 'Free' ( within the confines of Law) under a Political System. What Capitalism needs to do is really experience that it should also serve the 'General Welfare'( not the 1%); that the 'Holy-Dollar' is 'empty and vacuous', that it has 'flown loose' from its Moorings', (no more Gold Standard); that being on the 'Forbes List' is meaningless; and the most important thing is that a 'Corporate Society' should also have 'Democratic values'. A conflated system of Semiotics and Semantics must 'understand' that only a 'Government can Govern'; and a 'Capitalism' within a Democracy should also serve the General Welfare. Where are the real Politicians?

A Political Entity is different from an Economic Entity. Both are very Important, and each has a different 'Nature' and a 'different Purpose'. A political Entity is what is commonly referred to as 'the State'; 'the Nation'; or 'a Country'. All these 'loose terms' refer to a 'Political Entity'. Each refers to a 'collection of Individuals' who are under the 'Power' of a 'Governing Entity'. Of course, there are many types of Governments but, notice how many 'Autocratic Forms' call themselves 'Democratic'. Why? Because that 'usage' creates the 'impression' and 'suggests' that its a 'Government of the People'. But, only a Real Democratic Form of Government is a Government "Of the People", "by the People" and "for the People". The Economy of most Governments is Corporate in Nature. An Economy provides for the 'Economic Welfare' of the 'People' as well as the 'State'. But, a Democratic Form of Government must provide for the 'General Welfare', i.e. the 'Welfare' 'of the People'. That is the 'Purpose' of the economy in a Democratic Form of Government. The Economy in a Democracy should serve the 'General Welfare'. Of course, a Corporate Economy is driven by 'profits and Monies', while a Democratic Form of Government is 'driven' by Freedom and Equality. The 'motors' of the different Entities are different. An Economy 'cannot Govern' and a Government 'cannot create 'profits and Monies'. Each must assume its proper Posture and neither should assume the tasks of the Other. But, they must work together. The basic reason for that is that only a Government has 'Political Power.' An Economy, whatever form it assumes, has great influence but, it can never have Power. Does Ford Motors have Power over you; does Wall-Mart have power over you? Of course, not. Their sole interest is to market their Products. Stated differently; the 'Economy' needs to stay out of politics and 'Government' needs qualified 'Political Thinkers' at the helm. We do not need CEO'S driving the Ship of State; nor do we need Politically-Correct Politicians driving the Ship of State. Where are the 'Real Politicians'?

A 'Capitalistic economy' is a 'huge aspect' of any 'Political Entity'. If a Political Entity is Autocratic, Capitalism will reign Supreme. Why? Because both Entities, Political and Economic, will flourish at the Top. The 'Polity' will Rule 'Absolutely' from the Top; the Bottom does not have a say-so in the 'manner of Rule'. The Top is also guided by 'Economic Principles' that are characteristic of Autocratic Rule, i.e., 'More and More of the same', to wit Profits and Monies. In that scenario, there is no 'distinction' between a 'Political Result' and an 'Economic Result'. Power is absolutely at the Top and all economic Results also remain at the Top. Its entirely up to the Autocrat. Of course, it will be said that some Autocrats are 'Thoughtful and Nice' but, whats the likelihood? That sounds like the dis-functional 'Divine Right of Kings' form of Government. But, nevertheless, Absolute Power is at the Top and all Results are determined by the Top. That's why North Korea released the American Prisoners. No one 'told them', and, no one 'convinced' them, to do so. The 'Top' chose to release them. Strategy? probably, but that's the 'End of Story'. Now, we must see how a 'Capitalistic Economy' differs in a 'Real Democracy'. In a Democracy, Capitalism is also the form of the Economy, but it must be kept separate from the Political Entity. Why? because Political Principles in a Democracy are different from Capitalistic principles in an Economy. Political Principles are based on the Freedom and Equality of all the Real Individuals at the Bottom. A Democracy is a Government; 'Of the People', 'By the People' and 'For the people'. Notice, results are 'For the People'. ( That's from the Constitution). A Capitalistic Economy is based on 'economic principles' of 'more and more of the same, or, Profits and Monies. Capitalism 'runs' its Corporations like an 'Autocracy'( there's no room for 'Freedom and Equality') and that's O.K. for an 'Economy', but those Principles have to 'stay out of Politics'. When Business Principles 'motor' a 'Democracy'; democracy is in trouble. You will see 'many Economic decisions' being made, which mostly favors the 'Big Corporations' and the 1%. The 'Haves', have more! and the 'Have Nots', have less! Where are the real Politicians?

In a Democracy, a 'Politician' must know 'how to Govern' or, at least, have some concept on what 'She/He' hopes to accomplish while in Office. A 'Political Goal' is a very 'General Goal' in that it involves the democratic 'Structure of Governing' and also 'all' the 'Real Individuals' who will benefit from such Governing. In other words, it involves 'the means' by which She/He will 'Govern' as well as the 'end result' of such 'Governing'. The 'end result', of course, involves 'all the Real Individuals' at the Bottom of the Governing process and it also involves the 'Freedom and Equality' of each and every Real Individual at the Bottom. A Real Politician's primary concern is the 'General Welfare" of all the 'Individuals' being Governed. Politicians should not be concerned with any kind of surreptitious self-aggrandizement. In other words, She/He should be Selfless. Of course, that's somewhat Ideal, but a necessary 'Political Characteristic' of a Democratic Office-Holder who enjoys 'Political Power' in a Democratic Form of Government. Political 'Power' should not be used for self-aggrandizement. Political Office is only for a short period of time. Now, weigh those qualities with the qualities required of a successful CEO of a Business Corporation. A Businessman must make a 'Profit'; that's his/her sole Goal. Failing that, She/He is replaced or the Corporate structure goes bankrupt. A Political Entity cannot replace its 'Governors' whenever it likes; nor can it declare 'Bankruptcy'. That is why a 'Business Mentality' cannot run a Political Entity. He/She must be Objective, Selfless, and Democratic. These political qualities may be rare, but they are absolutely necessary. Failing these requirements, a Democracy is in danger of deconstructing. Where are the Real Politicians?

The Politician must create, 'structures' and 'Social Institutions' that 'perfect' the 'Condition of Togetherness' at the Bottom. The Bottom needs an 'Economy'; its the Bottom that needs an Economy, not the Top, hence 'Capitalism'. The Political, or the 'Source of Power', or the 'Top', crafts Social Institutions that 'structures', and 'modulates' a Bottom that protects the 'Equality and Freedom' of Each and every 'Real' Individual in the Social, i.e. the 'Real Individual' that constitutes the 'Condition of Togetherness'. The Top, in a Democracy, cannot tell the Bottom 'how to act', 'behave' or 'what to do'. It can only tell the Bottom what 'Not to do'; hence Law and 'Order'. With 'Law and Order' the 'Top' structures a Social that protects the Freedom and Equality of each and every Real Individual in the 'Condition of Togetherness'. Now, Capitalism is also essential to the Social in a Democracy, but the 'activity', 'more and more of the same', of 'Capitalism', is never 'controlled' by the Government. Capitalism is Part of the Bottom and always strives for 'Size', 'Profits and Monies', that usually attains to 'Greed'. Its a 'never ending cycle' that ends with 'Greed', which is, basically, the 1%. Profitable Businesses are 'Incorporated', made Legal Fictions by the machinery of Government. As Legal Fictions they even attained to the Level of 'Persons" in a 'Constitutional Social'. That created a 'Lop-Sided Economy'. Now, the 'Economy' or 'Corporate Persons' want to 'drive' the 'Ship of State'. But, the 'Motor' for the 'Two separate activities' is different. All we have to do is 'look closely' at all the 'changes' being made 'by the Top' with reference to 'Monies', and the ever-changing 'face' of the Top, to see that we are 'being driven' by 'Economic Principles' not 'Democratic Principles'. In a Democracy, Real Politicians must focus on the Principles of Equality and Freedom. In a Democracy more control is needed over 'Fictitious, Surreal', 'Persons' in the Economy. If you can't put them in Jail (like a real Person) then, 'control' them better. Where are the Real Politicians?

Democracy has a 'Problem'; that 'problem' is the 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom of Government'. Remember, the Real Individuals, who live in a 'Condition of togetherness', at the 'Bottom of Government', are the 'Essence' of Democratic Government. The problematic is that Many Individuals in a Condition of Togetherness tend to divide up into 'Groups', or 'Political Parties'. Each 'Division' or 'Party' then establishes an 'Ideology' to 'hold it together'. That first division into 'Political Parties' than 'expands' and 'demands allegiance' from its 'members'. That division can weaken the 'condition of togetherness' at the 'Bottom of Government'. So, it appears that for 'democracy' to really work, it needs 'all the people' at the Bottom. Of course, if 'Party differences' were 'mere Ideological differences' that didn't 'effect' real 'Democracy', i'e', the condition of togetherness at the Bottom, it wouldn't make much difference. The 'Condition' still remains 'integrated' into a 'Peoples Government' and the Government is still a Government "of the people", "by the People" and, 'for the people". But, if 'Party Loyalty' has the 'effect' of dividing the 'Democratic Spirit' of the 'Bottom', the Bottom, the essence of Democracy, will become weak. That's what happens when Business Principles creep into Government and 'take over' the Government or the 'motoring' process. Business Principles, by their nature, are not democratic. The underlying aspect of Business, is 'more and more of the same', i.e., Profits and monies; its a 'cumulative process' that eventually leads to 'Greed'. That's why we have 'economic classes' divided into the 'Haves' and the 'Have-Nots'; a 'class Society'. A Class Society cannot integrate into a Real Democracy. Its 'Real' Democratic principles that must hold us together and that means Principles of Freedom and Equality. There's no other 'Glue' for democratic Principles. We must do away with Racial Discrimination; Economic class discrimination, and Government must begin to play a more 'energetic part' in the processes of the 'Equality and Freedom' of the Real Individual. Where are the Real Politicians?

Politics could be an Ideological pursuit of Democracy; but, Capitalism is always the pursuit of 'Profits and Monies'. Neither, 'Ideology' nor 'Profits and Monies' has an 'End' point. An Ideological pursuit of Democracy never ends because the 'End Quest' is 'democracy' and that's defined as a continuing 'condition of togetherness' that protects its 'condition' as a 'Freedom and Equality' of 'each' and every 'real Individual' in the Condition. That may sound convoluted but, the reality is that the 'real Individual' can be 'counted' hence quantified, but, the Freedom and Equality are important 'variables' that 'continue unraveling' on a daily basis. You either 'experience' Freedom and Equality or you don't; that is a 'continuing Phenomena' experienced by the Individual. Racial discrimination is a Phenomena you 'know'; you 'feel it'; the so-called 'superiority' of one person over the other is 'somewhat understandable', as a 'talent' not possessed by everyone, but never, never, predicated on 'Racial grounds'. Economic and Class Discrimination; that's easy, either you have 'Monies' or 'Properties' or you don't. If you are a 'member' of the 1%, you do. The 1% are in control of most of the 'medium of exchange'(monies and Properties) in the Social; and are in a position to control the 'structuring' of the Social into Social, Economic, Classes. Notice how every City is divided into sections, or 'Classes'; the Poor; the Middle; the High, or Upper. The 'Haves and the Have-nots'; the Palaces; the 'Housing'; the 'Homes'; the shacks; and the 'Homeless'. Hence, Politics should be a Talent, or an 'Ideology' that pursues the 'Equalization' in the Social; and the 'Freedom' of expression of the 'Uniqueness' of each 'Human Individual'. We are all the Same( Equally Human and 'Unique'); yet, we are all 'Different', a 'different' expression of our 'Equality and Freedom'. This is possible in a Democratic Social where Politics pursues the "Equality and Freedom" of everyone. 'Political Ideologies' should be 'different routes' to the 'same' 'democratic goals'. But, Politics has failed us. Politics today is actually a 'Business Principle' concerned with 'more and more of the same'. Profits, Size, are all 'driven' by the economic principle of 'more and more of the same'; the End is never in sight, because 'Greed' has no 'End'.

'Politics' has a multitude of 'variables' that cannot be quantified e.g., Individual 'Freedom and Equality' cannot be quantified. You can 'count' the 'Individual' in a Census but you cannot quantify the experience of 'Freedom and Equality'. However, Capitalism has many factors that 'can' and 'are' quantifiable. The end results of most Capitalistic efforts are quantifiable by the 'amounts of Profits and Monies' that it produces. The Size of the 'Corporate Structure can be quantified and compared with Other Corporate 'Entities'. The amounts of Profits and monies held by corporate interests are 'countable' and can be used to determine Size. That is the basic reason why an 'economy' cannot drive a 'Political Entity'. The 'end result' of striving for Profits and Monies has resulted in a Lop-Sided Economy which produces 'Economic Greed' (1%) and is completely 'unrelated' to 'Individual' Freedom and Equality. Economic Principles cannot drive a Political entity. They can create a Great economy, but 'Economic Principles' do not strive for 'Equality', 'Balance', or 'Inclusions' of 'Equality and Freedom' in 'all Real Individuals' in the Social. There is no 'end result' to Economic Activity; the 'Motor' keeps producing 'more and more of the same'( Profits ) with the 'goal' being merely to increase its 'Size' and to get to the Top of the Forbes List. The 1% never increases to 5% or 50%; the 1% always stays at 1% but gets 'Fatter and Fatter'. Money is important and serves as a 'medium of exchange' but it, like the Corporation, is a 'Legal Fiction'. If the 1% should ever get control of 'all the money' in circulation; it will change the 'Nature' of the Political Game. Welcome to Plutocracy! Maybe we are already there? A Government "of the 'Rich'; "by the Rich; and "for the Rich". Profits and Money cannot 'drive' a 'Real Democracy', only 'Real Equality' and 'Real Freedom' can 'motor' a Democracy. Real Equality and Real Freedom can eliminate 'Racial Discrimination' and 'Economic Inequality'. We need Political Leaders, not CEO's and Businessmen, to Drive the Ship of State. Where are the Real Politicians?

Politics is not a Science, but if it were 'more scientific', it can only 'Quantify' the 'Individual Human Being' as a 'Measurable Unit', while the Freedom and Equality of 'Each', remains a 'Variable'. Counting Individuals can help with the Census, but not with the Democratic nature of the Social. Of course, this would not solve all Political Questions but, it would be easier to measure the Individual in the Social as being 'Included' or 'Excluded', or as 'Really Free' and 'Really Equal'. For example, 'All Human Beings' are Equal and Free; hence, no Racial or Economic Discrimination is permitted in the 'Condition of Togetherness'.(Social). Now, one can count the 'Individual Units' to which the preceding applies as a 'Measurable Quantity', but not the 'actual variable' of 'Equality' or,'Freedom'. Many 'so-called' 'Minority Races' are not included and suffer from discrimination. The same applies in the Economic sphere. The 'Poor' remain poor, while the Rich get Richer. The Human Being does enjoy a certain Freedom and Equality, but neither 'Quality' can be 'Quantified'. Besides where does this term 'Minority Races' come from? To say that it refers to 'Numbers' of a particular Race is ridiculous. The 'Human Race' is the 'Human Race', and each Individual reflects his/her 'Genetic' as well as 'Environmental' attributes. And what about those 'Legal Fictions' called 'Corporations'? Are they 'Equal' to Real Human Beings? Of course not; they are artificial, abstract, Imaginary, 'Economic Entities' that are 'Driven' by the 'Autocratic Principles' of 'More and More of the Same'; Profits and Monies'. So, do we live in a Democracy? No, we do live in a 'so-called' Democracy but its motored by 'Economic Principles' instead of principles of 'Freedom and Equality'. There is too much Discrimination, both the 'Racial' and the 'Economic' variety. Where are the real Politicians?

Law and Order should be an aspect of every Political Entity. A Political Entity exists only because it has Real People to Govern. Without People to Govern, there is no such thing, as a Political Entity. Whom would it Govern? Who would defend it in case of War? Who would pay Taxes for its 'continued existence', and who would Represent it in its Governing Functions. Hence, the necessity of a Top and a Bottom. The Top is the place of Political Power and the Bottom is the 'Condition of Togetherness', or, the Place of the 'Many People'. Hence, the difficult situation of the One and the Many. That situation or 'Condition' needs to be 'Governed' and it needs 'Law and Order' to 'develop' the 'Governing Relation'. That's why it can be said that a Democratic Nation is a 'Nation of Laws'. Those Laws should help in the Administration of the Freedom and Equality of each and every Individual in the Polity. Since every Nation depends on its people to even be considered a Political Entity, every Nation should have Laws that protect its People. However, Political Ideologies differ and some Nations are Autocracies, some are Plutocracies, some are Aristocracies, etc and each has Laws but the Laws are not 'crafted' to protect the 'People'; they are crafted to protect the 'Political Entity'. Of course, all so-called Democracies claim to Represent and Protect the People, but that is not necessarily the Case. Democracies still practice Racial Discrimination, Economic and Class Discrimination and Religious Discrimination. Discrimination is still 'out there', but its more subtle. How sad. if we don't start Governing with Political Principles of a 'Democratic nature', we are headed towards Plutocracy. We already have the problem of the 1%; we already have Economic Decisions that are making the Rich, Richer. We are being Governed by 'Economic Principles instead of Political, Democratic, Principles. Corporate Societies are extending their 'Business Tentacles' into the 'Democratic Political Entities'. Of course, the so-called Representatives want more and more 'Profits'. The Ironic aspect is that 'Profits' are only an accumulation of a 'Medium of Exchange' and are just as 'Fictional' as the Corporate structure. Where are the Real Politicians?

Politics cannot be a Science, but it must strive to be more 'Functional'. We have all heard the term "Political Science", but the reality is that Politics cannot be reduced to a Science. Politics 'cannot' be quantified and all Sciences are quantified i. e. they deal with 'Fixed Quantities'. The reason it 'cannot be quantified' is because the 'Bottom' of the 'Political Sphere' are the 'Many Individuals' that constitute the 'Social'. The Social is always considered as a 'Unity' of sorts. That's a very 'Generalized', 'abstract', 'linguistic, term', but the term cannot be considered as a 'whole', when 'such usage', excludes the 'Real Individual' within the 'Term'. The 'Political Characteristics' in the 'Social' is that 'each and every' Real Individual at the Bottom is to be 'included'. Hence, to speak about the 'Freedom and Equality' of the Individual is to speak about 'Qualities' in the 'Living Individual', i.e., in His/Her 'Unique Life', that cannot be reduced to some 'Quantity'. 'Freedom and Equality' is a characteristic of 'every Living Individual' and cannot be reduced to a 'Quantity'. Everyone has it; that is why a 'Real Democracy' cannot discriminate on the basis of 'Race, Color or Creed'. Unfortunately, so-called 'Political Correctness' only gives 'Lip Service' to these 'Democratic Characteristics'. Of course, there are many Other dangers in a Democracy. Sometimes a 'Non Politician' gets into Public Office. Now, that's a Big Danger. The biggest Danger, in a Democracy, is 'Who' is running for Office, and what are 'Their' qualifications? A Democracy says "anyone can run for Office". But, what are the Qualifications to 'lead' a Nation? There 'should be' some 'general qualification' that a Candidate has the 'Polity' or the 'National Interest' and 'Real Democracy' in mind. Where are these Qualifications, and why not? Our current President was asked his 'Qualifications' and he said "I build big Buildings". We do not need a Businessman, or CEO, or a famous Entertainer, or movie Star who is Unfamiliar with 'Real Politics', in the same 'vein', we do not need a 'Politician' that practices 'Political Correctness' either. Where are the Real Politicians? Fame, Fortune and Prosperity, are not 'sole qualifications' for Public Office. There must be 'complete Knowledge' about the Political Entity and how 'it functions' and the 'Understanding' that 'No 'Human Being' can be Left Out' of a Political Entity; and most important, that 'Public Office' is not a means for 'self-aggrandizement'. Where ARE the Real Politicians?

Every Nation has a Top and a Bottom. Every Nation also has a 'Political Relation' that 'runs' from the Top to the Bottom; i.e., from the 'seat of Power' to the Social or the 'Place of the Peoples'. That 'same Relation' also 'runs' from the Bottom to the Top. Every Government is about the means by which a Nation Governs its People. But, in a Democratic Nation, or 'the People' in the Democracy, must also be aware of the Laws of the Land, as they apply to their behavior, and also to the 'conduct' of the Representatives who govern them. Of course, there is 'no way' that any one Real Individual, at the Bottom of a Democracy, can be personally aware of the 'occurrences' or 'conduct' of the 'Representatives' at the Top. The only way to resolve that problem, a problem characterized as one of the problems of the 'One and the Many', is to have a Social Institution like the 'Media'. The Media should report on what takes place at the 'Top' as well as the 'Bottom'. It must be 'Objective'; and it must report; 'what', 'where', 'when' and 'why' any one thing takes place and it must do that without 'embellishment' and without being 'opinionated'. It must report 'Accurately' and 'Objectively' what is happening at the 'Top of Power' as well as at the 'Bottom'. How else can a People be able to Judge the activities of its 'Leaders' and the 'condition of the Social? Now listen very closely. To be sure, there are different types of Media. We all know that but we always look forward to 'Serious' and 'Objective reporting'. But, when the 'Top of Power', or the occupant of the 'Highest Office' in the Land hollers, 'Fake News' every time he hears 'something' He doesn't like, or agrees with, the Top is 'programming' the People who hear those so-called 'Fake news'. He is also undermining 'Objective Reporting'. Unfortunately, there are People who believe everything they 'hear' or 'read', especially if it comes from the Top, and who are incapable of 'sensing' the 'arbitrary nature' and the 'danger' of using those 'words'. Those 'words' can easily create 'havoc' in the Social and can render the Institution of the Media 'totally useless'; everything will be so 'muddled up' that the Bottom will never know, at any point in time, and no matter how hard they try, what is 'really happening'. A 'Social' without an 'Objective media' is the same as a Government that Governs a 'Social' in which the 'People at the Bottom' don't have the slightest idea of 'How' the Government is 'Governing'. To show how dangerous that practice can be, imagine someone saying, "We live in a Democracy"... and the Top of Government responding, 'Fake News'. That is not Politics and that is not even 'good Business'. We need Real Politicians...not 'Fake Politicians' nor 'Fake CEO's'. We do not live in an Autocracy. We still live in a Democracy, "of the People", "by the People" and "for the People'.

Other Forms of Government are 'simpler' but they do not emphasize the 'Freedom and the Equality' of the 'Governed'. Of course, they 'claim' to be democratic, but the actual case does not support that. In Democracy, the Power at the Top is 'granted' by the People at the Bottom and hence the Top 'Must Be' more accountable to the People at the Bottom. Nevertheless, Democracies can be problematic because an elected Official can serve in that capacity for at least Four(4) years. Only after the expiration of 'Service' can an elected official be replaced by the Electoral Process. During that period of time, many 'Business Principles' can 'creep' into the Political Process. For instance; the Rich become Richer i.e. the 1% become 'Fatter', while the 99% are fed a few 'morsels' to keep them 'happy'. A 'happy victim' is less inclined to complain about his 'economic' and 'social conditions'. The Corporations, which are recognized and accepted 'legal Fictions', get 'Fatter and Fatter' and 'increase their grip' on the Medium of Exchange', i. e., on the Money and Properties' in circulation. That transforms the Social into a Corporate Society. A Corporate Society does not concern itself with the Freedom and Equality of all the 'Non-corporate' Real Individuals; it concerns itself with 'more and more of the same'; Money, Profits, and 'Largeness'. The Legal Fictions have helped transformed a 'Government Entity' into a 'Business Entity' motored by the 'Medium of Exchange', or, by 'more and more of the same'. Today, 'Government', or, the 'Representatives' in Government, are more concerned with 'Economic Principles' than with Principles of Democracy. Notice, the Lower Tax Rates for big Corporations; notice how many small corporations are going out of Business; notice how many Social programs are being attacked and discontinued; notice how 'Greed' has taken over the 'Freedom and Equality' of the Real Individual. Notice how a Democratic 'Government Entity' is becoming 'more and more' like a 'Big Autocratic Corporation'. Where are the real Politicians?

A Capitalistic Economy always strives (motors) for 'more and more' of the 'same'; i.e., profits, increased production, and Bigger and Bigger. The Corporate Structure, a Legal Fiction helped Capitalism to achieve 'Unprecedented Success'. But, that 'success' translates into the so-called 1%. The 99% get the 'trinkets and 'excesses', of an Advanced Capitalism that is 'far removed' from the 'Real needs' of the People, i.e. Shelter, Housing, Health Care, Foods, clothing, and the basic 'Necessities'. Much of 'Advanced Capitalistic Productions', for the sake of 'Profits', 'Size', and the 'accumulation of the Medium of Exchange,(the 1%) removes us from the 'Natural State' and creates 'Warped Needs' and 'Necessities' and 'reconstructs an 'artificial', system of 'Needs', 'Social Values'( Class Consciousness), and the Fictitious Goal of 'wanting to be on the Forbes List'. We Live, Work, and enjoy ourselves from the satisfaction of these 'artificial commodified needs' and still wonder why living in a 'condition of togetherness' is 'empty and vacuous'. Life, as such, becomes meaningless, because the pursuit is for 'economic things'. The Economic becomes commingled with the Political to the degree that a system of 'artificial needs' becomes 'indistinguishable' from a system of 'Real Freedom and Equality'. Hence, the only way out is to return to a Political Freedom and Equality and address the Real needs of the People or of the Real Individuals. Freedom and Equality cannot be sacrificed for the sake of satisfying the 'artificial needs' of a commodified Capitalism. We need Real Politicians at the Helm and not CEO's. We need Political Principles at the helm, not Economic Principles. A successful economy can be very useful to a Real Democracy, but it cannot drive a Real Democracy. Where are the real Politicians?

When the Top of Democracy begins to 'Deconstruct', Autocratic Principles begin to flourish. When a Nation structured with Law and Order 'relaxes' or begins to Deconstruct, the 'Autocratic impulses' begin to 'simmer'. Statements like, "get the guns first and then apply due process" is the most ignorant and uninformed statement that can be made by anyone at the 'Top' of Government; or, at the 'Pinnacle of Power'. Every High School Graduate knows that 'Due Process' is always 'First' and that any 'State Action' without 'Due Process of Law' is Unconstitutional. Also, there is no such thing as a 'Third World Country'. That may be a nice metaphor but, there is only 'One World', and we all live 'on it'. Also, the term 'Immigrant' is a 'Political Word' and 'grows politically' from an impulse of 'hubris', excessive pride and misplaced 'self-importance'. The creation of Legal Terms, like 'Law of Immigration' may be politically necessary, to establish Citizenship, etc., but to use those terms to 'imply', 'suggest', and 'implant' some sort of 'moral degradation' or 'inferiority' in a Nation that is 'different', is asinine. Human beings are human beings and All are Free and Equal. The 'Real Problem' is the usage of the 'language of Business and Morality' in the Political sphere. Every Nation has a 'Bottom' and that Bottom is a 'Condition of Togetherness'. The World has a 'People' and 'all the Peoples', regardless of the Nation, forms a 'Condition of Togetherness', and 'all' are Human Beings. Nations have different forms of Governments, but Governments are 'Institutions' and Institutions can be 'changed' and 'improved'. 'Real Peoples' are 'not Institutions'; they are all 'Real'; and 'Human Nature' cannot be 'changed'; their 'conditions of existence' can only be 'improved'. That is the purpose of Government. Where are the Real Leaders?

Political Issues require 'Political Principles', not 'Economic Principles'. When Children and the young cannot attend school because its become a 'War zone', something must be done. The solution required is not a 'Business Principle'; its a 'Political Principle' i.e. a principle of 'Governing'. For a Leader, or President to suggest "arming the Teachers" is like suggesting a 'widening' of the 'War Zone'. Can you imagine some 'Nut' going to a School and having a 'fire fight' with all the 'Armed Teachers'? In a 'Political Entity' with a 'sound economy', who do you think will benefit? Its been said Over and Over, Government is 'Governing' with Political Principles of Freedom and Equality, not Economic Principles of 'Profits and Money'. An Economy can only be driven with Profits. A 'Viable Economy' only Grows with Profits and Money; but it cannot Govern! Repeat; an Economy cannot Govern! If you Arm and Train the Teaching Profession why not consider them part of the Armed Forces and train them accordingly. What do you think the Corporate Gun Manufacture and their Lobby is thinking? Oh, a 'New Market' for selling and requiring Gun ownership of all the Teachers in the U.S.. If you go into teaching, you had better know how to use a Weapon. What a ridiculous suggestion. Why would a President make such a suggestion? That's not Governing. Is he afraid of the Gun lobby, or is he just a Profit Minded CEO? The Corporations and the Gun Lobby love him. Do the Parents of the children and kids who lost their lives, love him? Hell No! A Political Position of Power requires Political Principles, not Business Principles! One answer is simply, make the Manufacture and Sale of Automatic Weapons available only to Law Enforcement Agencies' and the Military. A Democratic 'Social' does not need Automatic Weapons. We need a Real Political solution; a solution that does not 'enlarge' the 'sphere of misuse' and one that protects the Freedom and Equality, and the Lives, of the Real Individuals in the Social; we need a Political solution not a ridiculous 'economic suggestion' that would make things 'worse'. And if we include 'treating mental disorders', we should begin with examining all the Real Individuals in Positions of Power. Where are the Real Politicians, the Real Leaders?

Politics is about Power; the Economy is about Profits and Money; never should the twain meet.

Politics is about Power; Economics is about Profits and Money. Politics is motored by Political Principles and the Economy is motored by Profits and Money. Each is necessary to a Political Entity. However, a Democratic Nation cannot be motored by Profits and 'its Economy' cannot be motored by Freedom and Equality. Each has its place and each must assume its 'Proper Stance' in its Society, or its Social. Neither can do the job or function of the other. When a vicious shooting of 'children and students' takes place, a definite immediate stance against 'automatic weapons' must take place. Gun Lobbyists lobby for the production and 'availability' of 'automatic weapons' and are, apparently sold to whomever can pay the price. Why does a 'social' need Automatic Weapons? Certainly, automatic weapons can be produced and sold to 'Government Entities' for use and 'stocking' for 'purposes' of War. But, a Social does not need Automatic Weapons for 'everyday needs' of the Society; and 'Hunters' don't need automatic Weapons. Hence, they should not be available to every Tom, Dick, and Harry. That's a perfect example of an 'Economic Institution' functioning in a 'Political Social'. The 'Economy' is looking at 'Profits and Money" while the "Political Entity's concern should be the 'Safety and Welfare' of its Citizens. The solution is simple; no Automatic Weapons for the 'Day to Day' use in the Social. But, our 'Leaders' are afraid of the 'Lobbyists' and their 'control' of the 'Vote'. How sad, Profits and Money 'Trumps' the Political. Also, an example of a Political Entity being 'controlled' by an Economic Entity; or, a Political Entity being run by CEO's. Its tragic to see 'children' and 'young students' 'slaughtered' because of the availability of Automatic Weapons. We need 'Real Politicians'; not CEO's being 'motored' by Profits and Money.

The Top, or Power is structured Democratically to 'Ideologically implement' and 'structure' the Democratic Entity. That 'structure' becomes a 'Legal Edifice' that both 'implements' and 'Protects' the Freedom and Equality of 'each and every' Real Individual living in a 'condition of togetherness'. That 'condition' is usually referred to as the 'Social', but I refer to it as the 'Bottom'. The term Bottom is not as 'abstract' and better captures the 'Condition of Togetherness', that the 'Real Individual' lives in. That 'Individuality' and 'Uniqueness' is never 'lost' or 'given-up' by the Individual. The Individual lives 'side by side', together with and among 'Other' Unique Individuals, who are also 'Equal and Free'. But, those Individuals also have a Duty in a Democracy. S/he lives within a Legal System that 'implements and protects' His/Her Freedom and Equality. That Duty is to be Law-abiding. Life within a Democratic Legal structure should be a Life of 'Freedom and Equality' 'structured' within an arrangement of Law and Order. Freedom is not Freedom to do as one pleases. Freedom is to live within the 'structures and mores' of Law and Order. 'Equality' is the equality of the 'human condition' living within the 'condition of togetherness' at the Bottom of Government. Law and Order structures Freedom and Equality at the Bottom of Government. Every Real Individual is Equal and Free and hence its Illegal to discriminate on the basis of Racial differences. That's what the Top should be doing; it should structure the application of Law in such manner as to destroy, once and forever, 'Racial', 'Economic', and 'Class' distinctions within the Social. Such Laws are already in place. Government needs to 'implement' them; and real Individuals, at the Bottom of Government, need to 'practice' them. There is too much Racial, Economic and Class discrimination. Its time to 'practice' the 'conceptual'. The 'conceptual, by itself, can lead to a Great book; but the 'practice' can lead to 'Revolution', and Revolution can lead to 'a change for the Better'.

Government should be 'Fair' and 'Equitable' to the Bottom; because, without 'People' at the Bottom, there is no need for the 'Power' to Govern.

Government should be 'Fair and Equitable' to its People, because without 'People', there is no need for 'Government'. 'Government' is an Institution created by the 'very People' who are to be Governed. At any 'one Point in Time', or, any 'one point in history', a Government is 'created', or 'comes into Being'. The sole purpose for 'recognizing' such an 'Institution' is for the 'sole purpose' of establishing an 'Institution' with Power, and, an 'Institution' that 'Governs'. Call it what you will; an Autocracy, an Oligarchy, a Plutocracy, a Dictatorship, the 1%, or a Democracy. No Government, regardless its Kind, is a 'Natural Phenomena'; they must be 'created' or 'established', or 'recognized' and that is always the case because the 'Bottom' of the 'condition of togetherness', needs to be 'Governed'. Such 'Governmental Institutions' must have 'Power', otherwise they will be useless. In 'exchange' for the 'attribution' of said 'Power', a Government 'should Govern' with 'Freedom and Equality'; or, at least, with 'Fairness and Equity'. That would suffice, as a 'step', and only as a 'step', in the 'Right Direction'.'Today', we have 'discovered' that not 'Everyone', and not just 'Anybody', can 'Govern'. 'Political Correctness' is insincere and vacuous; Business CEO's are 'economic Dictators', Economic Principles are designed to make Profits and Money; the 1% want to get 'Fatter'. How is it possible to get qualified 'Political-Minded Individuals? Of course, the usual response is get someone 'trained' and 'educated' to 'Govern', not someone ready to abuse the System. Wow, were right back to the 'ancient dilemma' of the One and the Many. Well, we must recognize that the 'One' is an 'Institution' and not a 'Real' Individual; its 'An Office'. No Real Individual is born with the so-called 'Power' of the 'One'. All 'Real Individuals' are 'Equal' and 'Free'. The 'Divine Right of Kings' no longer functions, as a Form of Government, ( how does being a Billionaire or a member of the 1% compare to that). Hence, one basic requirement, is that a Political Candidate must be 'Selfless'. The 'Position' at the Top requires 'Selflessness', and, an 'Uncanny Ability' to Govern a 'Political Entity'. There are 'Lots of People' at the 'Bottom' of all Governments, but they need Real 'Representation'. Where are the 'Real' States-Persons?

A Democracy is 'difficult' but, its also 'fair' and 'Equitable'. A Democracy is a Form of Government that 'incorporates', from the 'Bottom', the Freedom and Equality that each Real Individual enjoys. In other words, the Top of a Democracy 'represents' the Freedom and Equality of each and every Real Individual at the Bottom. The Top has Institutional Power, while the Bottom has a Real Form of 'Representation'. Representative Government is Government that represents 'all' the 'Real Individuals' at the 'Bottom'. There cannot be a 'Government at the Top', without a 'People at the Bottom'. The Problem with Governments is always 'Who' or 'What' are these Governments going to 'Represent'. Will 'it' represent itself as some 'self-sustaining' Political Entity or will 'it' represent a People? An Autocracy, or, a Kingdom doesn't seem to 'need' a 'Bottom' or a 'People'. The issue, in such cases would be what will such Autocracy or Kingdom do in such cases. Will the Autocracy or Kingdom Govern Itself or will they De-construct? Of course, its kinda silly to formulate it that way, because the World is 'over-flowing with People' and 'Nations'. That argument may be too theoretical, but it makes a Point. People need Government, and People need to be Governed. But, the Individuals need to be 'Represented' because they do not give up their 'Uniqueness' nor their 'Individuality' by being in a 'condition of togetherness'. The Individual can, so to say, 'govern' Himself/ Herself, but S/he cannot Govern the 'condition of togetherness'. At that point, an Institutional Government becomes necessary. The end result of inquiring into 'such formations' of Government, is to try to inquire into the 'source' and 'proper distribution' of Power, or stated differently, how does such an Entity acquire 'Authority' or the 'Power to Govern'? Will it be an 'Autocracy', a 'Kingdom', an 'Oligarchy', or a 'Democracy'. The answer to the 'latter' will determine the Form the Government will take. Such Forms determine how the Government will Govern. Do such Governments 'just Govern' or, do they Represent the 'Will', or the 'Freedom and Equality' of the People? If the Institution of Government needs People to Govern, then it must Represent the People.

The Real Individual is the 'core' and 'essence' of Governments; Economies; and Capitalism.

The 'Real' Individual is the 'core' and 'essence' of Governments; Economies; and Capitalism. That means that all these 'Three activities' should be 'dedicated' towards the 'Distinguishable Goals' of 'Governing', 'Economics', and 'Capitalistic activity'. Individuals need Governing, if they live in a 'condition of togetherness'; Individuals need Economies, if they need to pursue 'activity', to 'make', or 'earn', a 'living''; Individuals need to 'Compete' in Capitalistic Activity to 'survive' in the attainment of 'Food', 'clothing', 'home', and other 'Economic and Social' Necessities. In other words, If a Real Individual is expected to 'Live' in a 'Democracy' or a 'condition of togetherness', the Government must be democratic, and must provide the 'means for earning a living' in that Democracy. If the Government is a Democracy, it is a Government "of the People", "by the People", and "for the People". Such an Arrangement should provide the means by which the Individual can 'earn', 'acquire', a 'Job', a 'Home', and the 'securities' of 'Life', in a 'Condition of Togetherness'. If the economy is Capitalistic, it must allow for 'competition' between Real Individuals. If a Real Individual cannot 'compete' or cannot 'compete fairly' with another Real Individual, the Economy is lopsided. Such has become the case with the Governmental creation of the 'Corporate Fiction'. We live in a Corporate Society, not a 'condition of togetherness'. The Corporation has been given more 'advantages' than the Real Individuals in their 'condition of togetherness' and they have become 'recognized' and 'accepted' Legal Fictions. Corporations have 'eliminated' 'competition' between Real Individuals. Corporations now set the standards for 'competition' in the Economic sphere. In Economics, the 'Real Individuals', who should live in Freedom and Equality, have been 'discarded'. They now face corporate Structures, called Legal Fictions, who are 'evolving' and 'acquiring' the same 'values' and 'qualities' of life of a Real Human Being. Today, they can even 'participate' in Politics( Citizens United) and even enjoy a certain type of 'Immortality'( Voluntary and Involuntary Dissolution). The Real Human being is not so fortunate. 'Government' is necessary for the Real 'Human Being' in a 'condition of togetherness'; so is Economics, but, not those 'Huge', 'Dictatorial', Economic Monsters; nor the 1%. The Economy and the Legal Fictions need to be 'controlled'. Where are the Real Politicians?

If Economics and Capitalism replaces Democratic Government; Democratic Government will 'Deconstruct'.

If the Individual 'Impulse' of 'Economics and Capitalism' replaces the Individual 'impulse' of 'Democratic Government', then Democratic Government will 'Deconstruct'. Stated differently; if Capitalism 'continues' to make 'inroads' into Democracy, a Government 'of the People, 'by the People' and 'for the People', will no longer exist: a 'Motor' designed to make 'Profits and Money' will replace a 'Motor' designed to 'Protect' Individual Freedom and Equality. The 'sad part' is that the 'Perpetrators' of this 'political phenomena' do not seem to be aware of whats happening; maybe they are aware but, that would just make it 'sadder'... the pursuit of an elusive 'Fiction', a 'Medium of Exchange', 'replaces' 'Real' 'Freedom and Equality'. An Individual can 'fully experience' Freedom and Equality; and its utterly ridiculous to replace 'that' with some quantifiable 'fiction' whose only merit seems to be that it can be 'counted'. Of course, 'Greed' then produces 'more and more of the same'. Isn't that similar to that old 'childish game', "my Dad can beat up your Dad", with "I have more 'Money than you Have', and we also have a Forbes List to keep track of whose on Top. An 'Economy' cannot drive a 'Polity'. Of course, every Polity needs an Economy, but it cannot drive 'Freedom and Equality'. In a Corporate Society, 'Real' Freedom and Equality goes out the Window; and the 'Society' is ruled 'Autocratically'; and the Real Individuals become "indebted' Individuals",( from, Maurizio Lazzarato, "The Making of the Indebted Man"); who owe their 'Soul' to the Company Store.( from an Old Song, in the 50's. I think.) The Individual becomes a 'Cipher' that can be 'counted', 'arranged' and 'manipulated' and 'Mapped' into a Social without 'Freedom and Equality'. The 'impulse' towards Freedom and Equality becomes 'suppressed', 'unrecognizable', and 'replaced' with a quantifiable 'Sum", unreachable by the 'Real' ordinary Human Being. Where are the real Statesmen?

Of course, it will be claimed that's what the Court has done in deciding that a Corporation is a 'Person' in 'contemplation of Law'. Certainly, 'Economic Persons' are important to an Economy that 'must be' 'Successful'. It allows for a consolidation of 'effort', of 'production' and of 'products' and at the same time, 'increases' the 'Size' of the 'economic person'. But, a 'Legal Fiction' is not 'Real' by any stretch of the imagination. Isn't it clear that a 'created Legal Entity', or 'Person' is a Total Fiction even if its called a 'Legal Fiction' that 'exists' only in 'contemplation of Law'. Slowly, but surely, the concept acquires a 'Patina of Reality'. Listen carefully; I'm not against the 'Corporate Nature'; the concept may be necessary, but I am against the continued 'elaboration' and 'creation' of 'Real Human Qualities' which transforms the fiction into the 'Real', e.g. Citizens United. That attitude can only be attributed to the fact that 'economic gain', or, 'Money and Profits', follows the increase of 'Productivity' and 'Size' of the 'Economic Monster'. Corporations are not Greedy, The Real Individuals behind the 'Corporate Veil' are the greedy ones. Of course, that's what creates the so-called 1%. It creates a tremendous 'imbalance' in the Economy. So, where does the economy serve the 'General Welfare'? The Economy is a 'Part' of a Democracy. First, distinguish the difference in the 'Motors' that 'move' each separate 'Entity'. Then understand that 'Government' governs the 'Economy' as well as the 'People'; Then understand that the People are 'Real' and the 'Corporate nature' is a 'Legal Fiction'; Then understand that if the Economy is Part of the Democracy, so is the 'Corporate Nature'; Hence, stop making the Corporate Nature so 'Real' that it becomes more important than a 'Real Human Being'. Corporations enable 'Greed' to 'hold hostage' a 'Medium of Exchange'. We need a more 'Balanced Economy' and less 'Party Loyalty' in the Supreme Court. Where are the 'Real States-persons'?

A Democratic Government that authorizes the creation of Legal Fictions must make the Fictions Democratic.

A Democratic Government that authorizes the creation of Legal Fictions ( Corporations) must create those fictions in a 'Democratic Form' and these Corporations must also 'act and live' democratically. All the 'Real People' at the 'Bottom' of a 'Democratic Form' of Government are expected to 'lead Lives' in a 'democratic manner' and according to 'Law'. The People must 'live' according to 'Principles of Freedom and Equality' and in accordance with Law. Since Law created the Legal Fiction, and since the Supreme court decided they were 'Persons' and were entitled to protection by the Constitution, they can also create a Fiction and require that that it live Democratically. Corporations are necessary to the economy. It allows the 'concentration' of economic activity and it gives them an incomparable 'economic Grasp'; and it allows them to achieve a 'tremendously huge Size'. No 'Real Person' in the Social can compete 'economically' with a Legal Fiction; nor can a Real Person 'Outlive' them. ( They can 'voluntarily dissolve' themselves and recreate themselves again under a different Name) No Real Human Being can do that. Real Democracy demands that they should lead democratic Lives also. They should be required to organize their 'functions', as 'Persons', in a manner that fits a more 'comprehensive description' of 'Democratic Economic Activity'. After all, a 'healthy economy' should benefit the 'whole Social' in a Democracy; and one reason there's a 1% is the increased 'economic Grasp' of the Corporation and the 'Individual Greed' that accompanies it. Of course, 'Real Individuals' are behind the 'incorporation process' and the Greed is a 'real Greed' by Real Individuals. Don't kid yourself, the 1% exists and they are Real Individuals and they are all 'Incorporated'. Now, be very careful, I'm not suggesting some 'Redistribution Scheme', I'm suggesting a 'Democratic scheme' where 'Legal Fictions' have more 'Democratic Duties' and where they are 'not allowed' to act and behave as 'Autocrats'. After all, they live in a 'Democracy'. If the Court is calling them 'Persons'; make them like 'Real Persons'. Allow them to 'live' as 'Real persons' do. Real Persons serve Democracy and the 'Common Good'; So should Corporations. Where are the Real Politicians?

The problematic arises from the fact that the Individuals who wish to serve in that capacity sometimes are not qualified. Once an Individual ascends to the Positions of Power, he or she is considered a 'Public Servant'. A 'Public Servant' is considered a 'Servant of the People'; of 'all the people'. Meanwhile, the people at the Bottom have divided themselves into 'Democrats' and 'Republicans'. This division into Political Parties 'fractures' the 'public sphere' and also requires 'Party loyalty'. Being loyal to ones Party becomes an important factor in deciding 'how to Govern'; governing the 'Many' becomes governing by 'Republican' or 'Democratic' Ideology. Either Ideology could become a 'proper way' to Govern, i.e., either way 'could be' considered 'Democratic', in a Real sense. But, if Corporations, Business Entities, or CEO's get involved with 'Representative Government', they will not be able to Govern with 'Business Principles'. Why not? Simply, they all function with a different 'Motor'. Of course, Business, Corporations, CEO's, could function in the Political Sphere, if they wished. But, they must be 'qualified' to do so. Its not so easy to go from 'one Motor' to the 'Other'. If the two Principles are 'Mixed', the Government will 'Deconstruct'. The 'Political Entity' runs the danger of becoming a 'Business Entity'. The goal 'changes' from Governing a Democracy to 'running' a Business Entity, or, a Corporation. Where are the 'Real Politicians'?

'Real Democracy' is difficult. Why? Because some Real Individuals are too busy getting a 'Piece of the Pie'.

Real Democracy is difficult because it depends on the Real Individuals at the Bottom of the 'Three Branch arrangement' of Governing. Democratic Government is Triadic in Nature; the Top is the Executive; the bottom are the 'Many People' and the 'sides' of the Triangle are the 'adjudicators' of 'Constitutionality'. They are appointed to the Judicial Branch. The Division of Government into Three Branches seems to be a proper approach for acquiring a Democratic Result. So, what happened? Well, the People or the Individuals in the 'Condition of Togetherness' divided themselves up into 'Groups', or 'Political Parties', and began to view Politics in a so-called 'Conservative view' and a so-called 'liberal view'. Why is it that, if you have a 'roomful of Individuals', one of the first things they do is divide themselves into Groups or Political Parties. Well, we can always hope that if the 'Condition of Togetherness is 'democratic' in nature, that the divisions will still retain their 'democratic nature'. But, is that the case; are both 'Democrats' and 'Republicans' democratic? If so; then the 'means whereby' a Political Goal is 'achieved' might be 'different', but the 'End Result' would still be 'democratic'. Unfortunately, the Ship of State is not being driven by a 'Political engine'; its being driven by an 'Economic Engine', or by 'profits and Money', or by The 'Forbes List'; or by 'Corporate America'; or simply by the '1%'. Corporations, or Legal Fictions, are not real Human Beings, they're 'economic tools' or 'economic Fictions', but they are protected by 'Constitutional Law'. The Courts decision in 'Citizens United' even allows them to 'participate in politics'. A Three Branch Democracy cannot be driven with an Economic Engine. It must be driven with a Political Engine; a Democratic Engine wherein the 'Freedom and Equality' of each real individual is 'structured' and 'protected'. Today's Democracy is being driven by CEO's who, apparently, know nothing about Democracy. Our Democracy is De-Constructing at the Top. Usually, a 'Government' Deconstructs at the Bottom. But, today the very 'adhesive' that keeps a 'Democracy viable', Three Branch Government, is deconstructing at the Top. Where are the Real Politicians?

In a Real Democracy, Political Power emanates from the Bottom and Institutionalizes at the Top.

In a Real Democracy, Political Power 'emanates' from the 'Bottom' and 'Institutionalizes' at the Top. The Top becomes an Institution of Power; but only because the People have 'granted' it. The so-called 'Power' at the Bottom arise from the 'Uniqueness of the Human Condition' and because every Human Being, within any Nation, and regardless of Race, Color or Creed, should 'enjoy and express' his/her Freedom and Equality'. The human Condition cannot be 'changed'; She/He will always be an expression of 'Human Life'. Politics does not create Life, it only 'Governs' the 'Many People' at the Bottom of the 'Institution'. To the contrary, a Political System can always be changed or modified because it is a Political Institution established for the sole Purpose of 'Governing'. It has no other Purpose for existing. Every Democratic political System must employ 'political principles' that protects the Freedom and Equality of the 'Real Individual' that it Governs. The Top has Political Power but, only in a 'Representative Manner' and only for a short Period of Time. After their Time is Up, 'they' are like you and I, Politically Powerless. Of course, the 1% has 'influence', but never Power, and the 1% is the result of a Capitalistic form of Economics. Capitalism is driven by an entirely different 'Engine', Profits, Monies, and the 'Hoarding' of a Medium of Exchange. Of course, the Hoarding includes ownership of Commercial Properties that generate 'more profits' for the further 'Fattening' of the 1%. 'Greed' generates 'more Greed'; there's no stopping it. The only way to control this economic, 'lop-sided' condition is to 'require', by law, the 'Surreal Legal Fictions' to 'exist' and 'live' a more 'democratic Life'. If, Real Individuals are required to live democratically and within the parameters of Law, why can't the Corporations or Legal Fictions? Where are the Real Politicians?

The 'basic' tension between the One and the Many is the same as the Tension between a Government and its People.

The 'basic' tension between the 'One' and the 'Many' is the same as the tension between 'a Government' and 'its People'. Of course, there are Many different types of Governments, but the People are 'all' 'Human Beings' and they are all the 'Same'. Nevertheless, all the Forms of government 'exhibit' a 'Basic Relation' between the 'Top and the Bottom'. The Top is always the Institution of Power and the Bottom is always the Institution of 'the People'. The Top is 'Government', or 'Governors', the bottom is always the Governed. The Top is 'One', the Bottom is the 'Many'. The 'further elaboration' of that Basic Relation gives rise to the different 'forms' of the 'State' or the 'Nation' and the different forms of 'Governments' and to the different 'Disciplines of Governing' or simply,'Politics'. 'Kingdoms' didn't have that much of a 'Politics', nor do Autocracies. In those forms of Governing, 'People', 'in general', do not enter the 'equation of Governing'; people are 'tolerated', because they are not considered 'Free and Equal', or to put it differently, they 'don't have a say-so' in the Government to which they were born. In a Democracy the people are considered 'Free and Equal' and hence, they not only have a 'say-so' in Government, but they are the 'Very Source' of the 'attribution of Power' to the Institution of the 'Top of Government'. If there are 'No People' at the 'Bottom', there's 'no one' to Govern. In such a case, from where does the Top get its Power? The Divine Right of Kings claimed they got it from 'The Divinity'. That doesn't work any more. The Autocrat usually 'inherits' it, or gets it by 'force' but, if there are 'no People', who does he Rule? Is he still an 'Autocrat'? Is the 'bully' on Campus, still a Bully; if there is 'no Campus'? The issue I want to clarify is "from where does the 'Institution of Government' gets its Power to Govern? Of course, in a Democracy, the 'People' are the very source of the 'attribution of Power' to the 'Top'. That gives rise to an 'electoral Process' and that gives rise to a very 'important process'; Elections. 'Elections' is what gives rise to 'Politics'; the Art of Politics; Dirty Politics; 'Politically Correct'; Electoral Colleges; etc.; so you see, its not that simple and don't kid yourself, 'Democratic Elections' are not 'without problems', and every so-called 'Democratic election' is not a 'guarantee' that the 'Governing' will be 'Democratic'. No wonder People say, "never discuss Politics while your eating". Where are the real Politicians?

Why do Economists and Capitalists want to become Politicians?

Why do Economists and Capitalists want to become Politicians? Well, there's probably lots of reasons, but the main reason is that they already have lots of Money but they do not have 'Power'. They 'crave' being on the Forbes List, and they own lots of 'Big Buildings', but they do not have Political Power. Some are 'famous', 'respected', some even have 'influence' but, in reality they have no Political Power. Police Officers have more power than 'being Rich' has. I recently read a phrase that went, "We need more Economic Democracy". Well, doesn't That sound like an oxymoron? A Democracy is driven by Freedom and Equality and Capitalism is driven by Profits and Money. Capitalism can not be driven with 'freedom and Equality', try it!; and Democracy can not be driven with 'Profits and Money'; I was going to write, try it!, but unfortunately, we are in the midst of "Government by CEOs". Not only has 'Capitalism' taken over the 'reins of Government' but, they have also created 'artificial economic entities' called "Corporations" ( the Law calls them Legal Fictions) that are also considered 'Real Persons', like you and I, and that can 'contribute' to political campaigns ( Citizens United) and which have a huge 'economic grasp'. These new so-called 'Persons', or, 'Human Beings are protected by the Constitution. But, isn't that a little bit like Alice in Wonderland? I mean, they don't really exist, yet, they have a huge 'influence' in our Economy and Society. Power? No!, influence, and it can be said that even a Legal Fiction does not have Power, it only has influence; lots of influence. We have misplaced the 'Clear Distinction' between 'Democracy' and 'Economics','Capitalism', and 'Money'. Could that be the reason that the 1% has infiltrated the Political World? 'Politics' is about the Top of the Institution of Power; in a Democracy, it can only be driven by 'Freedom and Equality', and that is the 'only source of Power' in the World; the 'Top of Government'. Is it possible that the 1%, realizing that they 'do not have Power', now want to go into 'Politics' to 'acquire Power'? Well, I guess we can say that, because the Top of Government is 'replete with CEOs'. The problem now, that becomes more clear everyday, is that now, that they're driving the Ship of State, they don't know what to do! They have the 'wrong Motor'! Where are the Real Politicians? There has to be someone 'out there' that can stop thinking about 'making more Money'; and that has the 'Political Knowledge' to drive the 'Ship of State'. Political Knowledge and Capitalistic Knowledge are not the same and they have different motors. Those Motors must be kept separate; and they must be used 'properly'. We need Real Leaders.

A Form of Government Resolves and Institutionalizes the ancient dilemma of the One and the Many. The One is the Top of the institution and the Bottom is the Many or the Bottom of the Institution. The Top is Power and the Bottom is the 'Many People' at the Bottom of Government. A Form of Government is a structure of Power. Of course, 'Governments' take many Forms; from Kingdoms, Autocracies, Oligarchies, Plutocracies, Democracy; Tribes and even Families. Of course, it can also be said that Family and even Tribes are not about Power, but nevertheless, its about a 'structure' or 'Form' of 'Governance'; or, 'How to get along with each 'Other'. The Institution of Government is for the 'sole purpose' of Governing. We would not have an Institution of Government, if it were not for the so-called dilemma of the One and the Many, 'recognized' in ancient times. Why should 'One' subject the 'Many' to a Form of Government? Stated differently, why should a 'Free' and 'Equal' human Being, exactly as the Guy next to you, need a Government or 'require Governing'? Of course, if 'Human Interactions' were Ideal, we would not require Governing. It should be obvious that the 'Many' different States, Nations, Countries, do not see 'eye to eye'. Its worse than that; the Many People in any One Nation do not see 'eye to eye'. So, if we cannot 'hold together' as 'Nations' ( Internationally) how are we going to hold together as a 'People'? (Nationally). Or, vice-versa. Of course, the source of the 'Real Dilemma' in the International sphere, as well, as the National sphere, is the Real Individual. All Nations require Economies and Capitalism is not a bad Form of an Economy. But Capitalism would not assume the Form it has taken, if it were not for a 'Medium of Exchange'. That Medium is Money, and Money is a 'quantification of value'. The Problem of the One and the Many is 'transferred' to the 'Economy' and the 'Greedy pursuit' of a 'Quantified form' of the 'Medium of exchange'; Money. Today, Money Governs. The 1% governs. The issue now becomes, how much Money do you have, or, where are you on the Forbes List? Do you have enough Money to 'live', is their such a thing as 'Homeless', as 'Hungry'. How can such 'conditions' exist in a Wealthy Nation? Its Simple. The Top of Government is being 'Run' by CEO's who are so preoccupied with the Economy, that the 'Top of Government' is 'not Governing'. A CEO mentality cannot Govern a Democracy. We need Real States-Persons; Real Politicians. The Top of Democratic Government is de-constructing. Where are the Real Politicians?

A Democratic government is not a Business.

A Democratic Government is not a Business; its a Political Institution established for the 'sole purpose' of Governing. A Political Institution has a 'political Form' and that form is 'described' in the Constitution. A Democratic form of Government is a Government "of the People"; "by the People"; and "for the People". In other words, Democratic Government is 'Representative Government'. There is no other 'reason' for the existence of a Democratic government. If there were 'no Peoples', their is no need for a 'Democratic Government'. Whereas, a Business Entity is established for the sole purpose of making Profits; lots of Profits. The Business Corporation is 'created' by Law for the purpose of consolidating Profits and increasing the 'economic grasp' of the corporate structure. That's why they are considered as 'Persons' and are protected by Constitutional Law. Of course, the Law also considers them as 'Legal Fictions' and are deemed 'existent' only in 'contemplation of Law', and incidentally, can exist 'perpetually'. Is it any wonder that no 'Real Individual' can 'compete' with them, nor can Real Individuals 'exist perpetually'. Now listen very carefully; an Economy needs business corporations to amass great Profits; however a Democracy does not need the 1%. Consequently; a Corporate CEO has no business in Politics. A CEO thinks in economic terms only and has no Political knowledge. There might be an exception to this last statement, but its unlikely that a Millionaire or Billionaire is also a 'Good Statesman'. We've had a few, but you can count them on the fingers of one hand( and you won't need all your fingers). How sad, a Government more concerned with 'shuffling Money'; destroying existing 'Economic Programs'; increasing Corporate Profits; reducing Corporate Taxes, is 'not concerned' with the 'General Welfare' of its People. That's the kind of 'business thinking', or 'CEO thinking' that leads to Oligarchy; Plutocracy; or the 'fattening' of the 1%. Where are the Real Statesmen?

A Democracy can Govern an Economy; but, an Economy cannot Govern a Democracy.

A Democracy can Govern an Economy; but an Economy cannot Govern a Democracy. An Economy is always 'Motored' by Profits, Money and Size. Lacking these three components, an Economy would not be a 'Successful One'. Hence, the only approach 'Government by Economy' can take, would be to further 'fatten' the 1%. In other words, a Democracy would 'self-destruct', if the Economy was to 'Drive' the Ship of State. It should be obvious, that a Government by Economy would never translate into a 'Government by a 99%'. As I've pointed out, the 1% will never be increased, but it would be a 'Fatter' 1%. The 1% get 'Fatter' but 'never increases' the Percentage. The only way to 'change the Percentage' would be to have a Democratic Government driven by 'Freedom and Equality' of 'each and every Real Individual' in the 'Condition of Togetherness'. We must become 'practical' and include every 'Real Individual' within the 'circumference of Governing'. In other words; we must 'Quantify' the 'democratic process' so as to include 'each and every' Real Individual in the Equation of Democratic Government. Democratic Government includes each and every Real Individual, living Next to Each Other, which includes the 'Freedom' and 'Equality' of Everyone in the 'Condition of togetherness'. Now, a Democratic Government can Govern an Economy. However, the Economy must undergo 'Some Changes". Firstly; the Social and the Economy must stop treating Corporations as if they were Real. They are not Real and they create a huge 'imbalance' in the 'Economy', the 'Social', and Democracy. Corporations are Legal Fictions and they 'cohere' only as Imaginary, verbal, Legal Constructs. Now, please listen very carefully!! They are 'absolutely necessary' to the Economy. But, as are all Real Citizens; they 'also' need to be 'better Citizens', 'more Democratic', and, if they are 'artificial Human beings' they should be better 'controlled' by the 'Democratic Economic Process'. What could possibly be wrong with making Corporations better Citizens? After all, they are allowed to 'contribute money' to the Political process; and lets face it, if there's a War, they don't have to go! ......Where are the Real Politicians?

The 'Economy' takes over Government; while 'Government' consolidates its 'Gains' and 'transforms' Society..

The 'Economy' has taken over the 'Government'; and the 'Government' is rapidly consolidating its 'Gains'. The 1% will be 'Fatter'; Money, Profits and 'Big' becomes the 'New Social'. Government by CEO's and 'Legal Fictions' takes over and Individual 'Freedom and Equality' goes out the Window. Now, closely watch 'Greed' separate and 'classify' the Real Individuals into the 'Haves' and the 'Have-Nots'( 1% and the 99%). Directly and Indirectly, we have a 'Government' of the Rich. Welcome to Plutocracy. Before this, we assumed we lived in a Plutocracy; now, its unquestionable. The New Tax Law rewards the 'Legal Fictions' and the Rich and, as usual, the 'Others'( 99%) are given a 'small taste' for a 'while' which will be taken back, later, by the 'Fatter' 1%. We have become a Society of New Social 'outcomes' that will be 'determined' by the 'Incomes'. We now live in an 'Alice in Money-Land' and the sad part is that we actually 'believe in it'. 'Money', 'Profits', and 'Size' are an 'illusion' as are all Legal Fictions. Money, was supposed to be a Medium of Exchange, an 'invented currency', since one could not 'exchange' a Horse for a Donkey, or, a Cat for a Dog. But, the 'value' of 'each' could be 'exchanged','sold', or 'bought', and a 'Profit' could be made. Value, or money, used to be based on a 'Gold' Standard; no longer the case. Money is a 'Total Fiction'. Since 'Economic Reality' uses Legal Fictions and invented Economic Fictions, to determine economic 'classes', I sometimes wonder, if all 'Real Individuals', I mean 'Everyone', were literally 'Freezing' from an extreme 'Cold Weather'; if they would 'set fire' to all the Paper Money in existence to 'stay alive'; or, would they 'die' instead of burning their paper Money? (No longer on the Forbes List.) Oh well, enough of that. But, when our 'whole existence' is driven by 'legal and economic fictions', its time to revamp our Value System. Where are our Political Leaders; Leaders that really know HOW to Govern; HOW to take care of all the People, and not just some of the People, and all the 'Money'.

Corporate Principles cannot Govern a Democracy.

Corporate Principles cannot Govern a Democracy. They can Govern a Corporation but, the Corporate Structure is not a Political Entity; to be sure, the Corporate Structure is a Business Structure and a Business Structure can only survive if its driven by a 'Profits Principle'. A Business that does not make a Profit will not be in Business for long. Try 'driving a Business' on the Principles of 'Freedom and Equality'. It won't survive! Of course, every Political Entity 'needs' an Economy but, the Political Entity needs 'Political Principles' to 'drive it'. If its a Democracy, the Political Principles are those of 'Freedom and Equality'. A so-called 'Democratic Political Entity' that is not driven by 'Freedom and Equality' is not a Democracy. A Democratic Political Entity driven by 'Business Principles of Profits, Money, and Size', is not a Real Democracy. That is as much a 'Legal fiction' as a Corporation is a 'Legal Fiction'. Legal Fictions are 'not Real', they merely 'hold together' 'imagined Social and Business structures' that exist only in 'Contemplation of Law'. In a 'Real Government', we do not need 'Imagined Structures'. The Bottom of a Democratic Political Entity is its 'People' and 'Each and Every One of Them' is 'Real' and 'Not Imagined'. I am Real and I know you are. When a Political Executive purports to Govern with 'Business Principles', he is 'destroying Democracy' and Perpetuating Business Principles of profits, Money and Size; he is 'fattening' the 1%; creating 'Economic Classes; and the 'Freedom and Equality' of every 'Real Individual' goes out the 'Political Window'. That's 'Politically Unreal' and a form of 'Governing' similar to an 'Autocracy' that is reserved for CEO's in a successful Corporate Society. A Corporate Society cannot survive without 'Autocratic Principles' of Rule. How Sad; a Real 'Democracy' has been overcome by the 'Greedy pursuit' of 'more and more of the same'. What we need is 'more and more Freedom and Equality' and less 'Government by CEO's. To be sure, Business and the Corporate structures have their place; but, leave Real Democratic Governing to the 'Real Politicians'. But, where are the Real Politicians?

The Triadic Nature of Government 'demands' that each of the Three Branches perform its Duty. All Forms of Government are Triadic because they have a Top and a Bottom and a 'Judicial Branch'. A Government may be Dictatorial but it still has 'a People', at the Bottom, and a Judicial Branch, however 'inactive', actual and Ideological, that Branch may be. In a Democracy each Branch plays its Part in an 'Objective Political Order' that should function as a Living Organism, with a 'Brain at the Top', 'a Body at the Bottom' and 'Feelings' or 'Emotions' in the Middle. All Three Branches should 'balance-out' into a condition of 'Political Integrity'. Of course, that's the Ideal. Historically, 'all Revolutions' occur at the Bottom among the People and of course 'Political Revolutions' are meant to bring about some 'change' in the 'Form', or, the 'manner of Governing'. Of course, there's exceptions. Today, we are witnessing a unique Political Phenomena, a Revolution brought about about by 'Gender Discrimination' and 'abuse', and in the 'misplaced' 'Power formations' that originate from the 'Economic sphere', and influences the 'Political Sphere'. Capitalism does not have 'Power', it only has 'influence'. Only Political Entities have Political Power. A lack of 'Personal Integrity' in the 'Representatives' at the 'Top of Government' is being 'misplaced', misused, and mixed, with the 'Political Integrity' at the 'Top of Democratic Power'. There is no 'Political immunity' of 'Personal, Discriminatory, Behavior' at the Top of Government. An 'Unqualified Leader' that 'Discriminates' does not belong at the peak of Political Power. Usually Governments begin to 'Deconstruct' at the Bottom. Today we are witnessing a 'Deconstruction' at the Top. If a 'Democratic Government' continues to Deconstruct at the 'Top', its Triadic nature will no longer exist; it is no longer a Democracy. The Top may have Political Power but, the Bottom has Freedom and Equality and that 'Equality' applied 'Politically', protects Each and Every Real Individual, at the Bottom of Government, from Gender Discrimination, Racial Discrimination, and Economic Discrimination. If the 'Top' of Political Power 'Discriminates', it must be replaced. Where are the Real Politicians?

Government is an Institution of Power at the Top. The 'Many' People at the Bottom assign that Power'.

Government is a Political Institution of 'Power at the Top'. The 'Many' People at the 'Bottom of Government' assigns that Power, for a 'Period of Time', to the Top. Without the Bottom, the Top has no Power: in fact, without the Bottom of Government, the top would not even 'exist'. That's why it can be said; One 'Lone Individual' on an Island does not need an 'Institution' of Government. The 'ancient dilemma' of the 'One and the Many' cannot be resolved if 'One Individual' is as 'Equal' as the 'Many Individuals' at the Bottom. Hence, a 'Political Institution' becomes necessary. Here, enters the 'Divine Right of Kings' form of Government. Once that 'Divine Right' was rendered dis-functional, the 'Autocratic Form' of Government took over. Its basically the same type of Governing, except that instead of relying on 'Divine Principles', the Individual at the Top just said, " Do it My Way, or else". Its difficult to keep the 'Many' at the Bottom 'in-line', hence, Force, Cruelty, Punishment, all of which constitutes 'control' of all the People at the Bottom of Autocratic Government. In today's Democratic Government, Force, Cruelty, Divinity, does not work. Democracy is a 'Government of Laws'; the Bottom can be described as "the condition of togetherness". All 'Real' Human Beings live together, side by side; separated only by their 'Individual Uniqueness', and Internationally, by 'National Boundaries'. In Democracy, the 'Real Individual' at the Bottom 'votes' for the 'Representative' who is to 'serve' in 'The Office of Power' for a short 'Period of Time'. Without 'Office', the 'Real Individual' does not have 'Political Power'. The only 'Power' that exists in the World is 'Political Power'. Other than that, all Real Individuals, and, of course, that includes You and I, are the same: 'Politically Powerless'. Look closely at a Photo of 'Past Presidents'. The 'emanations of Power' are gone. But, don't get me wrong; 'Individuals' are 'Real'. Each and every one is 'Unique' and each and everyone is 'Free and Equal' in a Political system. Democracy works, but it requires 'stability'; that 'stability' begins with the 'Good Will' and 'Political acumen' of the Candidates for Political Office. Where are the Real Politicians?

A Government "of the people", "by the People", and "for the People" is a Government of 'Equal' and 'Free' Human Beings. Notice that I usually state that Human Beings are 'Free and Equal' or, have 'Freedom and Equality'. The terms 'Freedom and Equality', of course, means the same thing as "Equality and Freedom". But, to avoid some 'Determined Individual' who thinks S/He is 'Free first' and Equal second, from thinking S/He is Free to consider Others Un-Equal, I'm positing-in this paragraph-the Term 'Equality' first and 'Freedom' second. The arrangement or priority of the 'terms' shouldn't make any difference, but nevertheless, there will be those who are so 'wrapped-up' in their 'self-importance' that to be Free 'first' conveys the meaning that S/he is free to do anything S/he feels like doing, and to consider the 'Others' 'in-equality', immediately comes to His/Her mind. In Governmental Institutions that appears to be something like a 'Government' in the nature of a 'Kingship', or an Autocracy, where the 'Top'- the source of Power- proclaims that "God made me do it", or, " that's the way 'I' do things here". Well, enough of that. But, seriously consider the 'Equality' of the 'Human condition'. No one Human being is different from any Other Human Being. Hence, a Democratic Government, 'Of People', 'By People', and 'For People' is a Government 'of', 'by', and 'for' the very People who 'created the Democracy'. The "People", at the Bottom of Government are the 'same People' who are the 'Governed', and the same People, who are 'Governing', for a short period of time. Look at it this way. Its somewhat of a 'circular affair', the 'Top of Power' and the 'Bottom that is Governed' change places periodically. But, whats necessary are 'Candidates' that are 'politically inclined' and 'versed' in the 'workings' of 'Governing a Democracy', 'established' and 'dedicated' to the 'General Welfare' of its People. There is no other reason for a Government to exist. An Economy cannot 'Govern'; a Corporation, a 'Legal Fiction', cannot 'Govern'; 'Money and Profits' cannot Govern; only "We the People" can Govern.

A Democracy does not Govern when it ignores the Freedom and Equality of the People.

A Democracy does not 'Govern' when it ignores the 'Freedom and Equality' of its People. A Democracy must concern itself with the economic conditions of a Democratic Nation, but it must also concern itself with the 'Freedom and Equality' of its People. To focus on the economy and not address the issues of 'racial discrimination', 'racial inequality', 'economic inequality', the 'Lop-Sided' nature of 'economic benefits' in the Economy; is to ignore the very nature of what it means 'to Govern' in a 'democratic manner'. We are a Democratic Government first and 'then' a successful Economy. If all our 'political achievements' further perpetuate our 'economic imbalances', our racial discrimination, our inequality, we are not 'governing' a democracy. The present economy has 'flourished' because it 'exists and functions' within a Democracy. That cannot be done in an Autocracy; a Plutocracy; or an Oligarchy. Those forms of Governments are not Democratic. As a matter of fact, such a 'concentration' on economic matters gives birth to Plutocracy, to Autocracy, to Oligarchy. It gave birth to the 1%. Democratic Government cannot ignore economic matters, but it can't concentrate solely on 'economic matters' either. When the Leader of a Democratic Nation comments, on a visiting Leader from another Nation; with the statement, "he's got a bigger airplane than I do", one has to wonder, what kind of 'Democracy' he has in mind. An Economy cannot Govern. A Democratic Government can Govern with Freedom and Equality and if we forget that, we're completely lost. The only "fake News" today is that a Corporation is a 'Person'.

When Capitalism 'Governs', the 'Form' of Government is Autocratic, or, simply, Dictatorial. The 'end product' of Capitalism is 'more and more of the same', viz., Profits and Money. Its a 'quantitative Goal' achievable only by a huge increases in Profits, Money, and Size. Capitalism has no place for Freedom and Equality. Freedom and Equality 'motors' a Real Democracy. A 'Real' Individual is not 'Free' to compete with a 'Legal Fiction', called a 'Business Corporation'; nor is a Real S/HE Equal to the 'task'. When the 'Reins' of Government are taken over by an 'Economy', you will notice an 'increase' and a 're-shuffling' in 'Trade Policies', Tax reductions for the 'Business Corporate Structure', and increases in 'some areas' of 'money circulation'; but you 'will not see' an increase in the Minimum Wage. Oh, you will see and hear statements of 'more Jobs' for the 'Worker Bees', but its the 'Legal Fictions' (corporations) that are getting 'Fatter and Fatter'. The 1%-er's get 'Fatter and Fatter' until the 1% holds all the Medium of exchange. In other words, the so-called 99% no longer hold any 'Medium of exchange'; they just manage to survive, and the Political result will be a Plutocracy, or at least an Oligarchy. The Irony is that a 'Political entity', with Power at the Top, doesn't need 'Profits and Money' to 'function effectively'. It already has 'Power at the Top'. That's the 'Nature' of Political Entities. Oh, it needs money to establish 'social entities' and 'functions', but it doesn't need the 'whole ball of Wax'. If Capitalism Governs, the People at the Bottom, still need 'Monies' and 'social Institutions' to 'have a good life'. Maybe its time to try a 'Real Socialism', not the kind of Socialism practiced by most Nations where the Nation owns the 'means of Production'; or even where the 'People' purportedly own the Means of Production;( That sounds like a 'Legal, Governmental, Fiction' also.) . I've said that the term "Social" is Too General, vague, indefinite, and nebulous. Instead of using that term why not use 'the condition of togetherness'. In such a Term, the Real Individual doesn't lose his/her 'Individuality' as a 'Real Human Being'. The term applies to the 'Condition of togetherness' as an 'Entity'; of course, it can be called 'Social', so long as the Real Individual does not lose His/Her Real Individuality. Each Individual retains His/Her Individuality in the 'Condition'; it does not include Corporations because they are 'Legal Fictions' that only exist in 'contemplation of Law'. Its time to understand that Government would not exist but, for, the 'Many People' at the Bottom.

Capitalism is a great economic System but, it is not motored by 'Freedom and Equality'. Remember, Democracy is 'motored' by 'Freedom and Equality'. So, whats the problem? The problem is we have tried to substitute an 'economic motor' for the functioning of a Democracy. That will not work. Remember, the 'Economy' is situated 'within' the Democratic Polity. Why? Because the Capitalistic system can only function effectively in a Democratic Polity. Try forming a 'genuine Capitalism' in a Dictatorial Nation. It will work so long as the Government acquires control of the 'Results' or Profits of the economic activity. Economics is a 'cut-throat' business and can only function with Profits and Monies. Whereas Democracy functions with Freedom and Equality. The General Welfare of the Individuals, in a democracy, is not 'ignored' and 'set aside'; instead their 'Freedom and Equality' is balanced out; both, in the 'Polity' and in the 'Economy', and hence, the 'General Welfare' is equilibrated and harmonized. That's Real Politics. The Problematic seems to be that we 'value Profits and Money' more than Freedom and Equality. That's a human failure. We are trying to get 'more and more of the same'; viz.,profits and Monies. Sad but true. In place of political Freedom and Equality, we wish to acquire 'Profits and Money'. Notice, the 'goals' and the 'conversations' coming from the Top of Government. Its about 'economics'; its making Corporations, legal Fictions, stronger. Where is the talk about Freedom and Equality? There is none! We only read about 'racial discrimination'; about 'gender' and 'sexual' abuse and discrimination; about 'economic inequality'; and about the 1%. Of course, everyone wants a living wage; a fair share of economic activity; a nice home; etc., but if we stop 'demanding' the 'core' of democracy, i.e., Freedom and Equality in the 'whole Social' fabric, we run the risk of being 'governed' by 'Capitalistic Autocracy'. Where are the States-Persons?

Capitalism, as such, is not Democratic but; the 'end results' of 'Capitalistic activity' can become 'more Democratic'. As things are now, the end results of Capitalistic activity results in the Gap between the 1% and the 99%. Corporate activity leads to Capitalistic 'systems' and they lead to that Gap. A Corporation is a "legal Fiction" that "only exists in contemplation of Law". Its 'Surreal' and it does not have the same Democratic Principles and Duties as a Real Individual. A Corporation has a huge 'economic grasp'; a grasp no 'Real Human Being' can have. There is no such thing as 'competition between a Corporation and a real Individual'. Then, the Profits and Monies, a 'Medium of Exchange' gets 'held' by the 1%. Is that lopsided? Is that fair? Of course, it will be said that 'corporate activity' leads to a 'Great economy'. But, shouldn't a Great Economy benefit the People? Instead, a Corporate society 'locks in' the Medium of Exchange. Why should they be allowed to 'lock in' a medium of exchange? That leads to a 'class society', and class societies lead to 'Plutocracy', and Plutocracy leads to a Government of the Rich, and a Government of the Rich, leads to a Government 'for the Rich' or for the 1%. Where's Democracy? No, if corporations are 'not Real', if they are 'economic Legal Fictions' created by the Government, they can also be given 'Democratic Duties'. Why give them an 'artificial existence' and not 'democratic duties'? Why create an 'Economic Autocrat' within a 'Democratic Society'? It doesn't make 'democratic sense'. Our Democracy is Real; "We the People" are Real; our 'economic Institutions' are Real; so why create an 'Economic Alice in Wonderland'? Originally, the Corporate Tax was 90%, then reduced to 70%, then got down to 30% and now being reduced to 20%. More than ever corporations need "Democratic Duties". Where are the Real Politicians?

The Goal of capitalism is 'more and more of the same'; the Goal of Democracy is Freedom and Equality for 'Everyone'.

The 'Goal' of Capitalism is 'more and more of the Same' i.e. 'Profits and Monies'. Capitalism cannot function without its 'motor' or its goal. Profits and Monies 'move' all economic activity. The 'Nation' or 'Democratic Government' cannot 'really move' without Freedom and equality. Of course, any Government can move as some 'self-contained principle' of Governing, but that would be an Autocratic or Oligarchic form of Government, not a Democratic Form of Government. Why is that? Simply because democracy has its 'motor', or 'Power of Movement' in the People at the Bottom of Government. In other words; a Democracy is a Government "of the People", "by the People" and "For the People". Democracy is a 'Peoples Government' and all Government Power comes from the Bottom. Whereas, Autocracies and Plutocracies also have 'Power at the Top', but that Power is an 'alienated Power' that does not 'reside' or 'come from' the People at the Bottom. The Power of Government, or of the Top, resides at the Top but it has to get that 'Power' from 'somewhere else', other than, some 'Arbitrary or Invented source'. In Ancient Times it was said that 'Kings' ( Autocrats) had a Divine Right to Govern. That theory of Government got so problematic that they even sought to justify it by saying that the "King had Two Bodies". Anyway, that does not concern us anymore. Today's Problematic is the 'misuse of Economic principles' and the reason for that is that Capitalism has gotten 'so powerful' and the economy is so 'Lopsided' that Money is equated with the 'Intelligence to Govern'. Economic principles are not Government Principles and 'never shall the Twain meet'. The economy is about 'making money'; Governing is about 'governing' with 'Freedom and Equality' of each and every 'Real Individual' at the Bottom. 'Governing' by the 'Economy' is Government by the 'Forbes List', or, by the 1%. Its 'empty, vacuous', and it can be 'characterized' as Government by 'Legal Fictions'. Governing by 'Democracy' is Government with Freedom and Equality, by the 'Peoples at the Bottom'. Real Government is 'Peoples Government'.

Capitalism could become a 'potent force' for 'Democracy'.

Capitalism could become a 'potent force' for Democracy. Now, understand this, Capitalism is an 'economic system', not a Government system, and it is driven by Profits and Money, not by Freedom and Equality. But, rightfully understood, and rightfully utilized, it can become a huge 'assist' in the 'democratic process'. As it is now, Capitalism drives 'Profits and Money', and 'Profits and Monies', 'creates Greed': it doesn't have too, but it does. Why? Well, it's responsible for creating that 'huge Gap' between the 1% and the 99%. Now, if the 'results' of Capitalism,i.e.,Profits and Monies, could become 'Democratic in Nature' i.e., if some of the 'results' could be used to set up 'Democratic Institutions' that would assist the 'unfortunate', e.g., homeless, veterans, 'sick and injured', 'jobless', children, and those, born physically deficient, and, 'generally', those in 'economic Need'; those 'Monies' could be utilized 'Democratically'. Now, its easy to imagine that some 1%-er will say, 'that's my money, I worked hard for it'; but did S/he? I've heard "quoted" Political Candidates that say, "I'm worth 10 Billion dollars". Now, if we take 2 Billion of that for democratic Institutions; that would leave 8 Billion to the Candidate. That doesn't 'seem' too bad. But, then again, I'm not used to being a Billionaire. Others, more politically oriented, would say "that's Socialism". Well, isn't Government supposed to help its Citizens, especially those 'in need' and who cannot 'help' themselves. But, keep in mind, I'm talking 'establishing' democratic Institutions, not 'hand-outs' and keep in mind that Corporations are 'unreal', legal fictions. Didn't Democratic Institutions, viz., the Third Branch, hold that a corporation was a 'Person' within the 'protection' of the Constitution and thereby help its accumulation of great wealth? Some of that wealth should inure to the establishment of 'democratic Institutions' that benefit the 'Needy'. It should 'extend democracy' into useful Institutions that help those in Need. The Third Branch could establish 'democratic duties' for those Legal Fictions it created. Maybe, just maybe it would balance out our 'lopsided Economy' and 'help' those who really need the 'help'. The 'Corporate World' is an 'illusory World', it cant be put in Jail; but, Real Persons can!

Real Political Dialogue cannot be 'replaced' by Political Correctness', nor by Economic dialogue.

Real Political dialogue cannot be replaced by 'Political Correctness', nor by 'Economic' dialogue. Politics and Economics are Real. Each has its own 'dialogue' and its own 'Language' and its own 'Motor'; and "never shall the twain meet". Political Correctness is 'empty talk' and takes on the 'characteristics' of the Speaker. Political Correctness is 'vacuous' and if reported correctly by the Media, sometimes sounds like a 'two children argument in the playground'. One says "your a Fat Lunatic" and the Other says " I'm not Fat". Empty political talk may be 'empty', but sometimes it reflects the 'ego structure' of the speaker. 'Political Language' must reflect the 'democratic nature' of the Polity or Nation. It also reflects the 'sincerity' of the 'Office Holder' and the 'Speaker'. 'Language use' can 'give away' the so-called 'interior' of the speaker. Some language can reflect the 'emptiness' of the 'political talk'; some can reflect the 'economic nature' of the talk; and some reflects the 'childish absurdity' of the talk. Political Dialogue should 'reflect' the 'Democratic Nature' of the Polity. Of course, it can't always be perfect and we all know that the actual dialogue of some Office Holders, behind the scenes, is much more 'mundane'. Of course, we can only know what the media reports. But, the Media is 'obligated' and 'duty bound' to be impartial and Objective in its reportage. The People in a Real Democracy need to hear the 'Real democratic dialogue', especially from the 'Office Holders', and more-so, from the Highest Office in the Land. 'Political Journeys' that only discuss 'Trade issues' and not 'other political issues', do not 'sound' democratic. Of course, Trade is important also, and relates to the International Sphere. But, International Trade is an Economic discourse, and should be 'economically democratic'. The International Sphere is no place for 'childish behavior'. Where are the Real Politicians? If I were a 'Real Politician', I would feel 'insulted' by what passes as 'Real Political Discourse'. We need Political Sincerity. The emphasis is on the word "Sincerity"; not 'Empty talk', not 'Economic talk', and certainly not 'childish talk'.

Political failure cannot be remedied with Economic Principles.

Political failure cannot be remedied with economic principles. Of course, their are some aspects of Governing that can be helped by the Economy, such as issues involving the Minimum Wage, etc.. But, that's a Political Principle that is applied to the Economy. The economy does not apply that on its own; its compelled to do so by the Laws of Government. As a general rule, political success calls for 'political Principles' involving Freedom and Equality and Principles of Governing. Issues that can be resolved Politically may call for contributions from the economy but, that does not mean that economic principles were involved. Remember, the economic 'motor'involves 'profits and money'; those are the movers of the economy. The economy is not going anywhere without Profits and Money and the economy is not a Democratic Institution; its a Capitalistic Institution; its job is Profits and money. An Economy cannot Govern. If the economy does not produce 'Profits or money' for the economy, it will cease to function as a Capitalistic Institution. Corporations that do not make Profits will not survive in the economy. That's one of the reasons why the Judicial Branch created "Persons" in the Economic Institutions. Political Issues can only be resolved by the 'Essence of Government', which is the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Real Individual', not by Economic Principles. The problem is that the Third Branch created 'Artificial Economic 'Persons'' and gave them the Right to participate in Politics (Citizens United). We live in a lopsided economy; that's what created the gap between the 1% and the 99%. Basically, Citizens United institutionalized 'Greed'. The Huge Money Makers are the 1%'er's. The economy needs to stay out of Government and Government needs to 'rectify' racial 'discrimination issues'; economic 'discrimination issues'; and it needs to have better control over the 'Corporate Structure'. If Government can control its 'Citizens', why can't it also control its Corporate Citizens? After all; it 'created' them.

Economic success is not as difficult as Political success. Political success should come first.

Economic success, in Capitalism, is not as difficult as Political success in a Democracy. The problematic is that we are a 'Polity First' and then we are an Economy. The 'Economy' exists 'within' the 'Polity'. A Democracy does 'not grow' within an Economy. The Economy grows within the Democracy. Try growing a Great economy in a Dictatorship; or, in a Plutocracy. The reason for that is that the Real Individuals in the 'condition of togetherness', in the Democracy, are able to 'protect' the Economy. That's what happened when the Judiciary declared the 'Corporation a 'Person' within the protection of the 14th Amendment. Without that move, the economy could not have been as successful as it is. Essentially, the Government protected the Corporation. The economy was successful because the Courts created an Artificial Person, a non-real-Person. Wouldn't it be nice if the Courts could Judicially declare some manner of 'perfecting Freedom and Equality' of each and every living Human Being within the Polity. Instead, each case is adjudicated separately and as it arises in the Social. Its ridiculous to 'say how great the economy is, when there is still 'racial discrimination', economic inequality, and a 1% and a 99%, in the Polity. We are a Democracy First!, then we are a Capitalistic Economy. Why can't Corporations also be Democratic in 'function'? It seems that the Courts have created the 1% and the 99%. The Judicial Branch needs more control of the Corporations or the 'Artificial Persons' it created. All this 'fake-noise' about how great our economy is, and we still have racial discrimination, police brutality, and the existence of a 1% and a 99% ? Something is wrong with our basic Institutions. Where are our States-Persons?
