There is nothing inherently wrong with dividing the Bottom of a Political Entity into Political Parties. But, in a Democracy, the division must constitute two 'different approaches' to 'doing Democracy'. Hence, the Parties would just have to justify the 'different approaches' to a 'Democratic Social'. A Real Democracy should actually have a 'multiplicity of approaches' to the constitution of a 'Democratic social'. However, if the Division is 'inherently' one between 'Haves' and 'Have-nots', or 'Racial' in Nature, the Division is not a proper division of a 'Democratic Bottom'. The Bottom of a Democracy is a 'Social' constituted by the democratic 'political values' of 'Freedom and Equality' among 'all' the 'constituents' at the 'Bottom'. Otherwise, the Parties are just 'hiding' the 'real significance' of the 'Division'. A 'Social' is unstable if it has 'Plutocratic' tendencies. Both 'Democratic terms' and 'Plutocratic terms' are references to 'Political Structures'. Of course, the 'Bottom' of these 'two structures' are different i.e. the Social in them is constituted differently. A 'Democracy' does not have a 'Plutocratic Top'. However, if the Top of a Democracy has a Bottom that is a 'plutocratic Social' i.e. a social 'motored' by 'Monies', 'Haves', Corporate Business Fictions, and a 'value system' of 'more and more of the same', it runs the 'danger' of becoming a 'Plutocracy'. In such cases, the 'subsequent election' becomes very important. Why? Because it could transform the 'Democratic Top' into a 'Plutocratic Top', or a 'Plutocratic Government'. The 'Irony' of this phenomena is that what makes this phenomena possible is the 'Freedom and Equality' of the Democratic Social. Said Freedom and Equality must be 'Appreciated' and 'Lived'. An individual should not claim to live in 'Freedom and Equality' and then only 'chase' the 'Holy Dollar' as if it was the 'cement' that holds the 'Social' together. Freedom and Equality are just as 'Real' as the 'Dollar'. One cannot 'buy things' and 'own things' with 'Them', but they make 'buying' and 'owning' possible and the 'Social Structuring' of the 'Top and the Bottom' in a 'Real Democracy'. But, it is important to 'value' and 'implement' this 'Freedom and Equality' to protect the 'existing Democracy'. For this to occur, we must implement 'Both' in our Governmental System and we must 'Govern' with Political Principles of Democracy and not with 'Economic Principles' of the Economy. Hence, all Political Parties in a Democracy must emphasize 'democratic Principles' and not 'Economic Principles'. We are not 'Plutocratic', we are 'Democratic'. Where are the Real Politicians?

Of course, this 'Cleft' could have been between the 'Differences' and the 'best manner' of achieving a 'True Democracy'. Both Parties could have stuck to the 'nature' of the Cleavage, which was purely Political and which might have really helped the 'achievement of a Real Democracy'. But, was that the case? Take an Example; the issue of some kind of Gun Control. The 'news' clearly shows that Individuals are shooting other 'Individuals', but not only that, but also shooting Individuals within 'Large Groups', and including 'Bystanders'. Well, that's not good and 'completely prohibiting Individuals from owning Guns for their own 'self and Home-protection' would not be a solution. In all cases the evidence shows that the Perpetrators have 'Automatic Weapons', or 'Weapons of Mass Destruction'. These weapons are weapons of War, not weapons of Individual self-defense. How does an Individual acquire weapons of War in a Democratic Social? Where are the Political Parties? All attempts to limit these killings has failed. If these weapons are allowed in the 'Social' and at 'Home', they should not be 'Weapons of War' or Automatic Weapons of Mass Destruction' and the attempt to treat 'mental illness' and the 'Personalities' of the 'Perpetrators', 'early', is ridiculous and silly. Any Individual can get a hold of a weapon and hurt someone. But, the fact that an 'Individual' can be 'armed' so as to shoot 'large groups' or 'Twenty Individuals' or 'Bystanders' within 'Seconds' is absurd. Those weapons are for 'War and Mayhem' and treating 'mental Illness' is not the solution. The only solution is to limit the 'Production' and 'Availability' of those Weapons to 'Law Enforcement Departments' and 'Military Departments'. The solution is simple. Don't sell to just any Individual. Those weapons are not necessary for 'Target Shooting', 'Hunting', or 'Personal Defense' or 'Self-Defense', and their availability to just 'anyone' 'who wants one' is ridiculous and motivated by 'Economic Motives' and not by 'Democratic' or 'Moral Motives'. Where are the Political Parties? It would be simple for them to enact Laws prohibiting the 'availability' and 'sale' of these Weapons to any 'Tom, Dick, or Harry' who just wants one. If the availability of these weapons is not controlled, these atrocities will continue. That is 'Inhumane' and 'Asinine'. Why don't the Political Parties do something that is not completely motivated by 'Economic considerations? Where are the Real Politicians? Is it really possible that our 'Leaders' do not know how to limit the circulation of these Weapons? I don't think so. But, that's what happens when we are 'Governed' by 'Economic Principles', or an 'Economic Motor' instead of 'Democratic' Political Principles. Politics is not a 'Business' and should be motivated by 'Political Principles' of 'Freedom and Equality' and not by the 'Profit Principle'. Where are the Real Politicians?

All 'Political Structures' are 'Institutional' or 'Man Made' and all 'Real Individuals' are 'Nature Made', or 'Natural'. Hence, all 'Natural Individuals' must be 'Respected' and their 'Nature' must be 'Protected'. Hence, an Individuals 'Freedom and Equality' must be protected in any Political, Institutional, Structure for the simple reason that it is only an 'Institution' and not a product of 'Nature'. Man-made Institutions do not have to exist, but when they do, its because they have become 'Institutionally necessary'. Hence, the Institutional organizations of a 'Polity' has a 'Duty' to Protect and Preserve the 'Natural Freedom and Equality' of all the Real Individuals in the Polity. Any Polity that disrespects or fails to protect the 'Natural Condition' and the 'Values' of the 'Human Condition' is not a 'Democratic Polity'. Having said that, it becomes easier to conceptualize the usual dilemmas of Human beings having to exist within Political Entities. All Political 'Tops' have 'Political Power', but that 'Power' is 'Institutional' and 'only' Institutional. The Bottom of the Entity has a 'condition of togetherness', where all 'Real Individuals' have 'Freedom and Equality'. The Top Governs and 'only' Governs a Nation 'Politically' and 'Represents' it on the 'International' sphere. All the real Individuals at The Bottom of every Democratic Polity 'must' be Free and Equal. Failing that, the Nation and its 'Bottom' or 'Social' is transforming into a 'Plutocracy'. That means that the Economy; its Institutions, its 'Language', dominates the Political Entity and its 'Political Discourse'. A Political Entity 'transforms' into an 'Economic Entity' and its accompanying Linguistic usage of 'more and more of the Same', and the 'childish' attitude expressed in the 'childish saying', "My Dad has more Money than your Dad". 'Nature' cannot be changed; but, 'Institutions' surely can. Where are the Real Politicians?

But in order to work in that direction, the 'Economic dialogue' and 'value system' of "More and More of the Same" ( Money) that dominates the 'Social' and helps create 'economic classes', needs to change into a 'Real Political Dialogue' of 'Freedom' and 'Equality'. The 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom' of the 'Political Entity' has become 'jaded' to 'Real' Freedom and Equality and no longer seems to be able to 'experience' them in a 'genuine sense'. The 'Domineering influence' of Economic values has 'transformed' the Social into a 'Plutocratic Social'; a 'Plutocratic Social' within a 'Democratic Polity'. A Social 'peopled' with 'Legal Fictions' and the 'Rich' and the 'Very Rich'. What happened? The Bottom i.e. the 'Many'; the 'People' allowed it to happen and 'More and More of the Same' is 'easy' for a 'mechanized' Corporate Economy. But a mechanized Economy needs employees to operate the machines. But, computation can also operate the machines at 'No' to 'Negligible cost', hence, 'operating expenses' are much lower and 'employees' become unnecessary and hence 'cost of production' is reduced. 'Corporate Fictions' can then help provide the 'Democratic Social' with 'essential needs'. After all, if the Corporation is a 'Legal Fiction' and exists 'only' in 'Contemplation of Law', it should also have 'Democratic Duties', as do all Human Beings in the Social. This kind of 'economic move' can help 'Americanize Legal Fictions' from a condition of just being a Huge 'Money Making Machine' to an 'improved level' of 'American citizenship'. We've already said that 'Legal Fictions', if they're going to exist, need more 'Democratic Duties'. Well, Computerization may help. But, the 'Dialogue of Economics', of a 'Plutocratic Social' must change to a 'Political Dialogue' of 'Democratic Governing' and 'Real Freedom and Real Equality' of the 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom of the Polity'. The Richest Nation in the World should not have People who are Hungry, Homeless, and not provided with the 'essential living conditions' and 'Medical needs' of a Democratic Social. Where are the Real Politicians?

How does a 'Democratic Society' transform into an 'Economic Society'? Of course, we are still a 'Democratic Polity', but how does the Linguistic Usage of Economics 'dominate' the Democratic 'Political' Dialogue? Or, stated differently, how do People become more 'concerned' with 'Possessions and Money' status and 'Racial Status' than with 'Freedom and Equality'? The distinction is 'subtle' but if we could listen and 'Hear', all at once, the 'Political' conversations of the 'Top', it would have an 'Economic resonance' of 'Money and Possessions', an Economic 'Standard'. Economic Values dominate the Political conversation. Do Individuals who seek High Office in a Democracy focus on Democratic Values or Economic values? Of course, those two factors are difficult to 'isolate' and 'weigh', on any one occasion, but the 'general tenor' of some 'political Conduct' can be 'sensed' in some Individuals and the 'main concern' appears to be 'Economic'. The Economy is 'important' but, where is Freedom and Equality? The emphasis on the economic has helped create 'Economic Classes' and the 'favorable' treatment of the Tax Rates of 'Corporate Fictions' is an insult to the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Real' Individual. The 'economic Legal Fictions' are favored over the 'Real Individuals' at the Bottom of a Real Democratic Social. That 'conversation' has created the 'Haves' and 'Have-nots', the Rich and the Poor. Now, please understand, I'm not against Economics, but all the 'advances' in the Economy have been facilitated because we live in a Democracy. The 'Political Conversation' should be on Democracy, not Economics. Today, with the advances in 'Computerization', the possibility of 'equalizing' Production and especially 'costs' has become possible and some inroads into that technology has been made possible. Hence, we must 'make room' for the 'Democratic Dialogue' to 'balance' the 'inequalities' in the Social and the Economy. Today, with Computerization, 'Real' Equality has become possible. But, 'that Dialogue' cannot take place in an 'unfairly structured' 'Economic Social'. Lets change the 'Real Politics' to a 'Real' Political Dialogue. Lets go back to 'real' Politics of 'Real' Freedom and 'Real' Equality. Where are the Real Politicians?

The 'language' of Democratic Politics is 'held together' with the 'Constitutional Freedom and Equality' of Each and Every Living Individual in the Social. The language of Economics is 'held together' with the 'Value System' of Profits. A Corporate Society that makes 'no Profits' does not Exist. 'Democratic Politics' involves the 'Institutionalization' and the 'Legalization of Freedom and Equality'. No small task. The Economy, being very important to a Democracy, is 'Populated' with 'Legal Fictions' that are considered 'Legal Persons' and who are protected by the 'Constitution'. Those 'Economic Fictions', to wit, the 'Business Corporation', is a 'money making' Machine 'designed' to 'Produce' Maximum Profits. But Machinic Production has become 'Computerized' and hence the 'Real Individual' is no longer required to function as a 'Worker'. The Assembly Line has been replaced by the Computer. Of course, not all production is Machinic; nevertheless, 'Machinic Production has lessened the requirement of 'Real Workers' in the Economy. The Workers 'now required' must be 'Educated' in the 'Machinic Functioning' of the 'Modernized Economy'. But, the Computerization of some of the economic activity normally required for production now allows for 'Faster' and 'much more' Productivity and, I might add, 'Cheaper Production' because of the 'Lessening of the Work Force' and the 'Repeatability' of the 'Computational Functions. One 'Good Machine' or 'Computer' can now duplicate the 'Production activity' at a 'Faster Rate' and at a 'much Lesser Cost'. The language of Governing with Freedom and Equality is being hampered with 'Racial Discrimination' and the Economy is being 'magnified' with 'Computer Language' and their 'Tax Liability' is being Lowered. The 'productivity' that results from 'Computation' and the 'Tax reduction' of the 'Corporate Person' ( Legal Fiction) indicates that we live in a Society where 'profits' are more important then 'Freedom and Equality'. Where did 'Democracy Go' and where are the Real Politicians?

The 'Political Pulse' of a 'Democratic Nation' involves a 'Political Language' between the 'Top of Power' and the 'Bottom', where the People live in a 'Condition of Togetherness'. That 'Political Relation' is necessary because the Top always 'Represents' the Bottom. Of course, the Bottom always has its own Language, to wit; the Language of 'everyday affairs' as expressed in 'Freedom' and 'Equality' of 'Every-One' in the 'Social Condition' of 'Togetherness'. The Top also has its Language; the Language of a 'Political Entity' as it 'Governs' and as it 'interacts' with 'Other, some 'Different', 'Political Entities' in the 'World'. But, there's a Relation that goes from the Top to the Bottom of a Democracy. The Bottom is peopled with Millions of Real Individuals and there must be communication between the Top and the Bottom of a Democracy, because the Top Represents the People and, its always the 'Bottom' that 'Fights' for 'their Country'. The point I'm trying to make is that there is a 'Language' and a 'behavior' at the 'Top' that 'differs' from the 'Language and Behavior' at the 'Bottom'. A 'Political leader' should never be ignorant of that distinction and a 'Leader' should be 'proficient' in the 'Language' of 'Politics' as well as, familiar, with the Language of 'Every-day Affairs'. But, one cannot 'mix' the language of 'Domestic Personal Affairs' with the 'Language' of a 'Democratic Political Entity' that 'Governs'. A Leader 'Represents' 'his' or 'her' People on the 'National Sphere', or, he represents the 'Nation' on the 'International Sphere'. In either case, He or She must use Political Language to 'Govern' or to 'Represent' the Nation in 'International Affairs'. But, the Language of 'Daily Affairs' is not, in either case, a Political language. A Political Position calls for a Political Language and when a Leader's Language condescends to the Level of a 'Daily Gossip Column', that Language clearly indicates that 'She' or 'He' should not be in a position of 'Leadership'. Political Language has already been contaminated with 'Economic Language' and 'Economic Values' and now we must add, the Language of 'Gossip', 'name calling', or even using 'Nick-Names'. How sad. A 'Political Entity' condescends to the 'Linguistic Level' of 'Every-Day Affairs'. Where are the Real Politicians?

A Real Democracy has a Bottom and that Bottom is constituted of Millions of real Individuals. The Top of a Democracy Represents all the Individuals who are situated at the Bottom. It is 'they' who transfer real 'Political Power' to the 'Top' by the electoral Process. In a Democracy, the Top has no other reason for existing except to Represent all the Real People at the Bottom. Hence, the 'Tops' only functions as a Political 'Site' for 'Government and Political Power'. Other than that, there is no reason to have a 'Top'. But, that transfer of 'Power' to the 'Representatives at the Top' is coupled with a 'Political Language'. That 'Political Language' involves the 'exercise of Power' and the 'necessary Language' to express that process and to 'implement' a 'Real Democracy'; one that protects the 'Freedom' and 'Equality' of all the Real Individuals and the 'Institutions' of a Democratic Nation. So, why are we hearing the Top using the 'Language of the Bottom'? Simple. The 'Top' is 'not occupied' by 'Real Politicians' who can 'Do Politics', 'Talk Democracy', and 'Do Democracy', and 'Act' for the 'benefit' of the 'Real Individuals' at the 'Bottom', viz., for You and I. School Yard swearing matches, name calling, Racial distinctions, will not function in a Real Democracy. Neither will Rich vs Poor. Democratic Politics is for those who are 'Unselfish' and who have the 'General Welfare' of the 'Other Human beings' in the 'Nation'. Politics is about a 'Representative Function', but a very 'knowledgeable' function, one that is perceptible when one gazes at the Top of Political Power and sees an 'Unselfish Representative' who is "promoting the General Welfare". Where are the Real Politicians?

A Political Language is a General Language that includes the 'Many' in its 'Generality' and the 'Specificity' of the Individuals in their 'Condition of Togetherness'. A Political Language is also an International Language. As such, it always includes the International Sphere because the 'International Sphere' includes Other 'Political Power Structures' and 'Individuals'. When a Top loses its ability to use a Political Language, it cannot function on the 'National' or 'International Sphere'. The end-result will be a loss of 'Reputation' on the 'International Sphere' and a loss of 'function' on the 'National Sphere'. The 'National' will become 'dis-functional' and the 'International' will be perceived as 'Weak'. A Nation should never be Weak for the simple reason that it cannot speak the proper 'Language of Politics'. That's why we need a 'Real Politician' at the helm. Navigating Political Waters cannot be achieved by using the language of 'Back-Yard Brawls'. It takes a 'Real Politician', not a Businessman to drive the Ship of State. When the Political Top uses the language of the Bottom to 'drive' the Ship of State, its headed towards 'murky Waters'. The Language of the Bottom cannot drive a Political Entity of Power. A Political Entity needs a vocabulary of Politics, Generality, and respect for the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Real Individuals' at the 'Bottom'. A Democratic Political Top of Power is 'never' Greedy, or Self-Serving. Its there to 'Serve' the 'People', not to Rule them, nor to 'speak' the language of 'Back-Yard Brawls'. Where are the Real Politicians?

The most important characteristic of such a Democratic Bottom is the different Races, Peoples, and belief systems at the Bottom. It is inevitable that 'Political aspirations' 'would' and 'should' motivate 'any' and 'All Different Peoples' at the Bottom. That's what democracy is all about. The language of the Constitution states We the People...in Order to form a more perfect Union,...promote the general Welfare....etc. It does not say, We the 'Democrats' or We the 'Republicans'. Its a 'People Thing', not a 'Political Party' Thing. Individuals who hold 'Political Office' should be very much aware of the fact that they only 'Represent' the People at the Bottom. They have no other function. But they're using the language of the bottom, incorporating 'Racial slurs', etc. and combining it with the 'Language of Advertising' to persuade and to create demands at the Bottom that should not have a 'Right to exist'. Public Office Holders should fight for the Freedom and Equality of everyone at the Bottom. Instead, they have 'escalated', 'elevated' and increased the 'temperature' of the every-day 'Language' of 'Hate', 'Criticism', and 'Racial Prejudices' to 'color' the so-called 'Political Language' of a Political Democracy. And all this, to Win an Election. That is not a Language of Democracy; its not a language of 'Freedom and Equality'. If the Representatives at the Top do not represent all the Real People at the Bottom, the Bottom is without 'Voice' or 'Representation'. The Bottom is not being 'Governed'; and those who 'choose' to 'Run for Office' are being 'Insulted'. That is not Democracy and the sad part is that the Individuals in 'Public Office' are the ones 'perpetuating the destruction' of the Democracy that 'elected them'. Where are the Real Politicians?

Instead of 'correcting' the Racial Divide, the economic 'Class Consciousness', or the divisions of the 'Haves' and 'Have-nots', Individuals in Offices of Political Power are contributing to the further 'attenuation' of the 'Political Relation' that connects the 'Top and the Bottom', or, the 'One' and the 'Many'. That 'attenuation' destroys 'Real Democracy'. That attenuation separates the 'Top' from the 'Bottom' and those 'Real Individuals', at the 'Bottom', find themselves 'navigating' the 'Social' without a 'Real Government'. What has happened to these 'old Political concepts'. Once Immigrating to the U.S., was a 'Good Thing'. Of course, todays use of the term 'Socialism' is not the same as the 'older concept' of a 'Nation owning the 'means of Production'. Today the term is used to refer to the 'Social' as an 'Institutional place' where all the Institutions and 'Real Individuals' at the Bottom are situated. Immigrants are still allowed to come in so long as the proper Procedure is followed and the term Social is used, generally, as a reference to the Individuals, both Real and Fictional, at the Bottom of the Political Entity. What happened? The old metaphor of " We are all in the same Boat" no longer seems to apply and rightfully so. Today, its more like "we are all on the same Planet". Its a larger place; it involves many different 'Peoples' from different Nations and different Races. Why are our "so called Politicians" unmindful of that fact? Our 'World' has become 'larger' and 'smaller' at the same time, because of 'Technology' and many 'Political issues' cross 'National Boundaries'. Why isn't the United Nations involved? 'Political Issues' have changed. National Boundaries have become 'less necessary' and more Human cooperation has 'become essential'. That situation calls for 'relaxing National Boundaries' and not 'Building Walls' to encourage 'Political Isolation'. How arrogant to think any one 'particular Nation' or 'race' is entitled to the 'Planet' we live on. 'Technology' has 'enlarged' our 'perception and experience' of the 'World' we live on. Why hasn't our 'Political Knowledge' kept up with the 'changing World'? How sad, it seems that as the 'Political World' changes and should become more 'Unified', the 'Human Condition' falters and becomes less 'Human'. As 'Politics changes', the 'Human Condition' changes for the worse. National Boundaries were created to establish 'National Identities', not to create 'Haves' and 'Have-nots' among 'Nations' on the Political Stage. All Human Beings are the Same and All are 'Free and Equal'. Why do we lock up Men, Women, and Children, just because they are "Immigrants"; and Why are Nations, 'all Nations'; so against the 'Human Condition'? Where are the 'Real Leaders' and the 'Real Politicians'?

An 'Unstable' Top of Power cannot 'emit' Power.

The Political 'Top' cannot 'emit' Power if its Unstable. A Political Top is always a Top of Political Power. A Political Entity is stable to the extent it 'manifests stability' at the Top. That's why the Autocratic Form of Government is deemed to be a very Powerful 'Political Entity'. In an Autocracy, all the Power is at the Top. An Autocrat merely 'eliminates' the 'obstacle' creating whatever 'instability' may exist. However, a Democracy has Political Power at the Bottom when the 'Bottom' is considered 'Free and Equal' and when that Social is Institutionally established in such manner as to both, 'express and manifest' that 'Power' or 'Unity'. Of course, in a Democracy the Power of the Bottom is transferred to the Top. But, the Political Top is expected to manifest its Power in the manner in which it 'establishes', 'organizes' and 'manifests' the 'Social Stability' in the Political Entity. That requires a certain 'coherence' between the 'Top' and the 'Bottom' which 'manifests' and becomes 'evident' at the 'Top'. In such a case, the 'Top of Power' in a 'Democracy' emits 'Political Power'. The Top is always 'Institutional' and 'reflects' the 'Power of the Many' in a 'condition of togetherness', or, 'the People'( "WE The People") as a Whole. Hence, the 'Top is Powerful'. But, consider a Political Top that always 'bickers' with the Other Agencies, Departments, and Branches of Government, and is 'acting' as if he was still 'at the Bottom', and is trying to establish his own 'self-importance', and reflects his own 'instability', and 'engages' and is 'accused of engaging' in questionable activities; that is a sign of 'Personal Instability'. That does not occur often. When it does, it weakens the 'Top of Power' which should manifest Political Power at the 'Top'. An 'unstable Top' cannot emit 'Political Power' in an 'Institutional Entity'. An 'Unstable Top' does not emit 'Political Power', it emits weakness, Instability, and uncertainty. Where are the Real Politicians?

Democratic Government is Government "of all the People" and all of their 'Social Institutions'.

Democratic Government is Government "of all the People"; and 'all their Social Institutions'. That includes all the 'Social', 'Political', and 'Economic' Institutions 'established' to make Government 'functional' as a 'Democracy'. A Democracy should not 'only' be 'Functional', it must establish all 'necessary Institutions' to 'insure' that 'Real Democracy' has an 'Institutional foundation' for the 'materialization of a 'Real Democracy'. Of course, that includes the 'Economic arrangements' and 'functions' within Society. The 'Primary' concern of a Democracy is the 'Freedom and Equality' of all the 'real Individuals' in the 'Social'. Of course, that includes the Real Individuals in the Economy also, but the Government saw fit to 'create Legal Fictions' in the Economy and those Fictions are also to be considered 'Persons' and are Protected, as such, by the Constitution. The Judicial Branch of the Government protects those 'Persons' as Legal Fictions that exist "only in contemplation of law". The end result of that has been that no Real Human being can compete with a Corporation; or produce more than a Corporation. What happened to the Equality of the Real Individuals? Well, we could stretch a little and say, OK, so the 'Real' works alongside the 'Legal Fiction', but why not also protect the 'Real' from the 'Fictional'. Today, those fictions also produce huge 'imbalances' in the Economy by contributing to the creation of Economic Classes. Recently they even had their Tax Liability Reduced. Of course, that only applies to the Legal Fictions. So, we have a scenario where the 'Government' creates 'Legal Fictions' and then 'protects' them as 'Persons' and then does 'not require' them to pay their 'share of Taxes. There is no problem with creating 'Money Making Machines' so long as one creates 'Protections' for the 'Real Human beings' from them also and from the 'creation' of huge 'Economic classes'. And who creates this mess; the Government? Which Government? The 'Democratic One' or the 'Republican One'? Rest easy, there is no Distinction in 'Real Governing'; there is only Governing 'Real People' and 'Real necessary Institutions' that are motored by 'Freedom and Equality'. Unfortunately, the 'Political Parties' only play 'Political Games' which are 'motored by Money'. How Sad. Where are the Real Politicians?

One 'Governs' Real Individuals at the Bottom of the 'Political Entity'. That's what in old times was called the 'One', and the 'Many' makes 'Profits' purportedly to create a 'balanced Economy'; that's what in old times was called the 'Many', but today it includes the Business Corporations. 'Each' has a purpose and each must function according to its nature and each must retain their 'Separate Identity', but 'never shall the Twain Meet'. Mixing the 'Motors' creates havoc in the Political Entity and in the 'so-called' Autonomous Economy. Mixing creates 'an effect' of intermixing 'Profits' with 'Governing'. That disables a Democratic Government and it does not balance the Economy. In fact, it creates a 'Plutocratic' or 'Oligarchic' condition in the 'Halls of Government' which 'changes' the characteristics of a 'Real Democracy'. A Democratic Government cannot be motored with 'Profits', and a 'Balanced Economy', cannot exist in a 'Plutocratic' or 'Oligarchic' Polity. Freedom and Equality cannot be mixed with 'Greed' in a Democracy. 'Greed' or 'Economic Greed' eventually calcifies into 'Plutocracy' or 'Oligarchy'. It creates 'Haves' and 'Have nots' and in such cases democracy cannot flourish. Freedom and Equality go out the Window, and Greed 'Flourishes' in the 'Haves' and the 'Corporate Economy'. 'Legal Fiction' overcomes 'Law and Order'. Where are the Real Politicians?

A 'Government' cannot exist without 'the Governed'. A Government has 'Political Power', but one must always ask 'over what or whom'. Since a Government is not a 'Natural Phenomena', its an 'Institutional Phenomena', the issue always becomes, 'What' or 'Who' does it Govern? Of course, everyone agrees that a Government Governs 'Its People', and that a Democratic 'Government' was established at a 'Constitutional Convention', being called and organized by 'The People' to be 'Governed'. In other words, the 'Governed' created the 'Government'. Once created, the Government must establish the 'Social institutions' that will hold 'The People', or the 'Governed', together in a 'Condition of Integrity'. That's why a Democracy is a 'Social Institution' held together with 'Law' and 'Order'. The law creates an 'Orderly Social', or a Social governing the 'everyday interactions' of the 'People' while protecting their 'Freedom and Equality'. Without law there would be chaos. With Law, there is 'Social Order'. So, the next question is if a Business Corporation is considered 'a Person' by the Courts, and is protected by the Constitution and Law, why are there no requirements compelling a 'Legal Fiction' to act like a Democratic Citizen? Why does an Economic legal Fiction get protected but is not given any Democratic, Social Duties? All 'Human Citizens' have their 'Freedom and Equality' protected, but they are also required to 'abide by Law'. They are required to be 'Good Citizens', or pay the price. So, why are Money Making Legal Fictions created by Law? They create an Economic Imbalance that benefits the Rich, wealthy Individuals only and not the 'Economy' as a whole. The Business Corporation needs to contribute to the Democracy that allowed for their creation and they should also be 'Good Economic Institutions' that contribute to a more 'Balanced Economy'.

No democratic 'Political Office' can drive a 'Political Entity' with 'Economic Principles'. Of course, the reason for that is that a Business Corporate Entity 'incorporated' for the purpose of 'making Profits' is never focused on the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Individuals' at the Bottom of the Entity. Its sole and 'primary purpose' for 'existence' is to make a Profit. The corporate Structure gives it Focus, Size, and hence, a Sole purpose for Existing in the Economic Sector. But, 'Business Principles' as 'Business Principles' should 'never' get involved in the Political Sector. Why not? Because, they contribute to the 'Economic Welfare' of the 'Nation' and not the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Real Individuals' at the Bottom. A Democratic nation must be driven by Political Principles not business Principles. Its very easy to mix the Two under the guise that it will help the Nation as a Polity. Don't kid yourself. Business Principles are 'Dictatorial' in Nature, not 'democratic', and are designed to be 'Profitable'. They do not contribute to the Freedom and Equality of the 'Real Individuals' in the Polity. A 'Political Office' requires the implementation of Democratic 'Political Principles' at the Bottom of the Polity. Principles and programs that help alleviate 'Racial Discrimination; Huge Economic Inequalities; and hopefully gets us out of the 'mental Framework' that we are a 'Corporate Society'. We are a Society of 'Real Individuals' and not a Society of 'Corporate Fictions'. Corporations make Huge Profits but they 'should also' implement 'Democratic Values'. We need to 'work' on that 'weakness'. After all, we are a 'Democratic Society'.

If Legal Fictions are "Persons", for Reasons of Economic Protection, why not also give them "Democratic Duties"?

If 'Business Corporations' are 'Legal Fictions' and are to be considered "Persons", for Reasons of 'Economic Protection', why not also give them "Democratic Duties"? After all, they are 'Total Fictional Creations' and hence, not 'Real'. But, the 'Bottom' of a 'Polity' is composed of 'Real Individuals' and hence their 'Birth-Right' of 'Freedom and Equality' must be 'Protected'. The Bottom, constituted of Real Individuals, have Democratic 'Duties', such as being 'Law Abiding', and of 'Participating in Elections'. Of course, Real Individuals are 'born Free and Equal'. No 'Political form' can take that away from them because the 'Polity' is a 'Man made Construction'. Its not a 'Natural Phenomena'. Its an Institution, its 'Human Made', and as 'Such' should have the 'Acquiescence' of the 'Bottom' or the 'Governed'. Why? Because the 'Bottom' of the Polity is the 'source' of the 'Political Power' transferred to the 'Top of a Democratic Political Institution'. No 'Human Institution', 'Political' or 'Otherwise', can deprive a 'Real human Being' of His/Her 'Natural Freedom and Equality'. So, back to the Issue. If Business Corporations are to be considered as Economic 'Persons' and are Protected by the Constitution, as such, why not also require them to 'give back' to the 'Democracy' that allowed them to 'Arise'. Certainly, a Corporation could have a 'Department' whose Function would be to protect the 'Democratic Spirit' that allowed for their 'arising' or 'creation'. In that way, the Corporation can also be a 'Good Citizen' as well as a 'Machine for making Profits'. That should be a 'Requirement', in the Corporate Charters of all 'Business Corporations'. A Democratic Economy needs to 'achieve balance' as best as possible. The way the Business Corporation is 'created' and the 'Protection' it gets from the Constitution, as a Profit making machine, creates an 'Imbalanced Economy'. Business Corporations can be 'Great Profit making Machines', but they should also be 'Good Citizens'. If the Constitution can Protect them as 'Persons', it can also 'require them' to be 'Good Citizens'. The 'Economy' needs to be 'more Balanced' in order to 'Equalize' the 'Injustices' that occur in being a 'Lopsided Monstrosity'. Where are the Real Politicians?

The 'real Requirement' is a complete 'understanding' of the 'Nature' of a 'Political Entity'; what drives 'it' into its 'Realization'; and the 'most important aspect' is a 'complete understanding' of the 'constitutive part' played by all the 'Real People' at the 'Bottom of the Entity'. Of course, a Political Entity is just a Political Entity. Its a Man-Made construction. Its not a part of 'Nature'. No matter how necessary 'getting together' might be, its a 'Political construction' and its created by Humans. It begins 'small', like 'Friends', 'Groups', 'Families', 'Tribes', 'Indian Nations', 'States', 'Nations' or 'Countries', and finally, maybe, even, into a 'United Nations'. What began as 'were all in the Same Boat', evolves into 'were all on the 'Same Planet'. That evolution is inevitable. 'Behind' the 'Condition of Togetherness' of such 'enlarging Entities', is always a 'Genuine Intention' coupled with a 'Genuine Sincerity' to 'hold together' as a 'Collective Identity'. That 'Intention' and that 'Sincerity' is what 'Drives' a 'Genuine Politician'. Political Correctness is a vacuous, empty, wish for the 'Political Power' inherent in 'Political Office' without the 'genuine selflessness' and 'Genuine Knowledge' required of a 'Genuine Politician. A Real Politician knows that the only 'Political Power' there is, is the 'Power' that is 'inherent' in the 'Real People' in their 'Condition of Togetherness' at the 'Bottom' of the 'Political entity'. That Power is 'transferred' by means of the 'Vote' to the 'Top' of the 'Political Entity', for the 'duration of Office'. No human Being can 'Govern' or 'Rule' another unless 'Institutionally' permitted and only for the 'duration of Office'. 'All Human beings' are 'Politically Free and Equal', and hence 'Governing' is the 'establishment and guidance' of the 'Real People' who live in 'Freedom and Equality'. There is 'no other Reason' for the existence of 'Democratic Government' and a Politician serving in Office' in such a Government, should serve the People 'Intentionally and Sincerely' and not just 'Politically Correct'. Where are the Real Politicians?

The'Two Activities' are entirely 'different' from each other and each requires 'energizing' by 'its own' Separate Motor. Of course, the Economy is energized by the 'Capitalistic Motor' and the Democratic Political Entity is energized by 'Freedom and Equality' of 'Each and Every' 'Real Individual' at the Bottom of the Political Entity. Governing Democratically does not require 'Profits', but a successful Capitalistic endeavor does. In a Democracy both are essential but they cannot be 'inextricably mixed' or 'misused'. So, why do these Two Basic Impulses' or 'drives' get so entangled? One 'Reason' is that the 'Economy', in general, is very 'Lopsided' and 'Unbalanced'. For example, the Economy established 'Business Corporate entities' or, 'Legal Fictions', that function as 'Persons', and 'who' get 'Legal Protection' from the 'Courts' and the 'Constitution'. No 'Real Human Being' can compete with a 'Legal fiction'. Its too 'Big to Fail'. The 'Economic Grasp' of the Corporation is 'huge' and if an 'Important Corporation' is failing, it merely gets help from the Government. Not to mention, that if a 'Corporate Person' is not making enough 'Profits', it can be 'dissolved' and another is 'created' and is given a 'Different Name' and basically 'continues its existence'; a kind of 'Immortality'. But how can it continue its existence? simple, it has the 'Same Owners', or Family Members as did the defunct one. No 'Real Human Being' can compete with that; nor with the 'cumulative Results' of such a 'Continuation'. A successful 'Business Corporation' can exist for over 300 yrs. A 'Business Corporation' has an 'Incomparable Economic Grasp' and, too boot, 'Economic Immortality'. The Political problems arise when Billionaires, Millionaires, the Rich get into Political Office and try to 'drive' a 'Political Entity' with 'Business Principles' or a 'Business Motor', instead of a 'Political Motor' involving Democratic Principles. Where are the Real Politicians?

Most other Professionals are concerned with 'smaller Components' of the Social, e.g. Medical, Legal, Business, Familial and other 'Institutional aspects' of the Social. Notice that I call them 'Professional'. And so they should be, because they 'can help pass laws' controlling the use of Firearms, medicines, Familial Relations, and 'many other aspects' of the Social. 'Politics' is an important 'function' of the 'Political Entity' and its 'Political Appendages'. Hence, in a Democracy, politicians should be well-versed in the Institutional make-up of the Social and the 'things necessary' to keep 'Democracy viable'. In other words, Politicians should be knowledgeable in the differences in 'Autocratic' and 'Democratic' Political Entities. Business Corporations function very much like Autocracies Function. Of course, there are differences, but, nevertheless, a Business Corporation has one purpose for existing, as does an Autocracy. The Business Corporation exists to make a 'profit' and an Autocracy exists to 'Rule' the Political Entity. Neither functions Otherwise. Hence, it is important for Politicians to be knowledgeable in both arenas. In a Democracy, we don't need Individuals in 'Political Positions' who are merely concerned with 'Making a Profit', 'Self-Inflation', or 'Self-Aggrandizement'. We need knowledgeable Politicians who can appreciate the difference and who can 'make a difference' in a Democracy. Of course, that's the the 'danger' of having a so-called 'Politician' who is 'more Businessman' and 'less Politician'. When the Top of Power is operated as a Business, that is 'not a Democratic Government', its a 'Powerful Machine' being used for 'advantage', 'Self Perpetuation' and 'Self-Aggrandizement'. 'Democracy' can never be 'viable' in a 'Governmental Entity' operated with 'Business Principles'. In such cases, 'Democratic Principles' die and 'Autocratic Principles' Rule. Where are the Real Politicians?

Is it too demanding for a Politician to be 'Altruistic'? Why do we have Politicians?

Is it demanding to much for Politicians to be Altruistic? What other 'motive' should a 'Public Official' have and why do we have Politicians? Politics is the most difficult discipline in the World because it requires a 'certain kind' of 'selflessness' and great efforts in the establishment of 'Social' and 'Political' Entities that benefits the 'Whole Bottom' viz. the real Individuals at the Bottom. That's the source of all 'Power' in a 'Democracy'. At the same time this discipline should benefit the 'Strength and Power' of the Political Entity as 'Political Entity' in the World. Of course, Political Offices 'earn' a pretty high Salary; they are not serving 'gratuitously'. Of course they won't get Rich from their Salary. But, if 'Service' in a Democracy, is not the Goal of a Politician, why not do something else? After all, Politics 'is a Service'. Certainly, one way to 'World Recognition' and 'Respect' is through Political Office. But, not all human 'motivations' are 'honest' and 'above board'. Here, of course, we could discuss different Political Systems and how they 'function'. Autocracies are expected to function as Autocracies. But, our concern is 'Democracy' in a Democracy. One very important 'factor' is not so much the 'Autocratic Attitude', in a Real political sense, but an honest 'Business Attitude', i.e., a motivation arising from having being a 'successful Businessman'. As we have already pointed out, the 'Business Engine' in 'Capitalism' is very 'different' from the 'Political Engine' in a Democracy. The Business Engine is energized by 'More and More of the same', or Money, or, if you like, Greed. But, the Political Engine in a Democracy is energized by the 'Freedom and Equality' of 'each and every' 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom' of the 'Political Entity'. I say, 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom', because I cannot include 'Corporations' that are 'Legal Fictions', 'not' 'Real Persons', and that received their 'protection' from the Supreme Court. Here, then is a Social Problem. A 'Real genuine attitude', arising 'from success' in 'Capitalistic Activity', imperceptibly, 'slipping into' Democratic Government as an 'Aspect of Freedom and Equality' of Real Individuals... a complete infusion of 'More and more of the same', or Greed, into the 'Social Fabric' of 'Freedom and Equality' of 'Real Human Beings'. A 'Genuine Political Motivation' of 'Freedom and Equality', 'overcome', 'inextricably', by 'Business Motivation', 'Greed', that leads us into a 'Social' that 'Divides' and 'Defines' us as 'Haves' and 'Have-nots'. The 'Sad' part is that the arising of the 'Haves' stems from the 'protection' of the 'Corporation' as a 'Legal Fiction' created by the 'Supreme Court. 'Surrealism' has truly taken over. Where are the Real Politicians?

But, a 'Business Corporation' is 'Incorporated' for the purpose of operating a 'Profitable Business' and to make 'lots of Money'. The 'Corporate Nature' gives it an 'Incomparable' Economic 'Size and Grasp'. The Huge 'Corporate World' is a 'Business World'. It's 'Motored' by 'More and More' of the 'Same'. 'Money and Profits'. It 'also has no other Reason' for existing. The reason it doesn't have 'any Other Reason' for existing is because it was 'not Given' any 'Social Duties'. It was only given a 'Huge Size', and a 'Motor' to generate 'More and More ' of the 'Same', to wit; 'Huge Profits'. Hence, it can also be said that a 'Big Business Corporation' is motored by 'Greed'. No Profits, no Corporation. Its difficult to determine why a 'Successful Businessman' would want to become a Successful Politician. The 'basic impulse' of the Business World is to make a Profit. While the Basic impulse of a Political Entity is to Govern all the 'Real People' at the 'Bottom'. In a 'Political Entity', constituted as a 'Democracy', the 'Individuals' at the 'Top with Power', are only 'Representatives' of the 'Bottom', the 'Real Source of Power' and they serve only for a 'While'. A 'Dictator' or 'Autocrat' serves for as long as He or She can 'Survive' and 'until' He or She, is 'Toppled'. The 'Problem' that arises in a 'Democracy' motored by a 'Business-Person' is His or Her 'reliance' on 'Business Principles', which can only strive for 'More and More' of the 'same'. Where is the Altruism? There is no Altruism, only the 'Greedy Pursuit' of 'Money' and its 'Redistribution'. The Rich get Richer and the poor get Poorer. Where are the Real Politicians?

Most Business Principles are motivated with 'Monetary Schemes' that deal with 'correcting something' in order to make 'more Money'. Lately, there have been References to New Retirement Plans. Sure, Individuals will now have more Retirement Plans available, but these Individuals are 'already employed' and even then they will have to 'have been employed' for a few years to be Eligible. How is that helping the 'unemployed'? There's even talk about these new changes 'effecting' Individuals who have already 'earned' their Social Security. How about the Unemployed. How about correcting Economic Injustices for the Poor? How is Governing being improved by ignoring the Individuals that really need Economic help? The Poor will remain Poor and the needy will remain needy and the uninsured will remain uninsured. So, why isn't Government attempting to 'Govern' the Many at the Bottom by creating opportunities for the Unemployed, the Uninsured, the Homeless, the 'Young Individuals' that will have to live in a 'Social' motored by 'Economic Plutocratic Principles', instead of the 'Democratic' principles of 'Freedom and Equality'. There is no 'Personal Freedom' in a 'Social' constituted with 'Business Corporations' that are always the 'Employers' who 'use' the 'Real Individuals' as 'Employees'. The 'Social' is composed of Debtors and Creditors. A recent Book by Maurizio Lazzarato, 'The Making of the Indebted Man' claims that Society 'intensifies mechanisms of exploitation and Domination'. Certainly, Business has its proper place in the Social. But, the Bottom line is that Business Principles cannot Govern . They can and do 'exploit the Social' at the Expense of Real Individual 'Freedom and Equality'. Business Corporations need more Democratic Duties. They are protected as 'Legal Fictions' but they have no 'Democratic Duties'. As Legal Fictions they can also be required to have 'Democratic Duties' like you and I. A Corporation should be thankful for its 'Democratic Arising' and should 'exist' more 'Democratically'. 'Greed' should not be its sole 'Economic Function'. After all, they are Protected as 'Persons' by the Constitution...... Where are the Real Politicians?

In other words they are Free and Equal but they also have duties as Citizens. Any violation of Civil Law or Criminal Law by 'Real Individuals' or 'Real Persons' is expeditiously punished in accordance with Law. The 'Business Corporation' is a 'Legal Fiction', i.e. 'not Real', but considered a 'Person' withing the 'meaning of the Constitution' and hence entitled to 'legal Protection' as if a 'Real Person'. Hence, the Corporate Structure is 'protected' by the Constitution, 'as if it was Real', but is not given any 'Social Duties' as a 'Fictional Person'. In other words, its considered as a Person to be Protected but it is not considered as a 'Person with Social Duties' that allows it to live in the Democracy that has 'created it'. The effect of this 'lop sided grant' of 'Protections' is not balanced with 'Duties for Living' and 'existing' in the Democratic Social that gave it its 'Person-Hood'. Real Individuals have duties in a Democracy, they have to be Good Citizens, good 'Workers', employees, Tax payers, etc., but 'Corporate Persons' or 'Fictions' have 'Protections', as Real Individuals do, but 'no 'Duties', or 'obligations' as Citizens, for the privilege of existing as 'Real Persons' in a 'Democracy'. Some make Billions in Profits but, pay no taxes. They are 'Huge Incorporated Legal Fictions' with no 'Social Obligations'. They 'function' as 'Profit Making Machines' that establishes a Social that emphasizes 'Profits', and helps create 'Social Classes'. If Corporations are going to function in the Social as 'Profits Machines', they also need 'Social Duties'. To create a 'Legal Fiction' that only makes 'Profits', unbalances the Economy and creates a Social 'controlled by Business Principles' and 'not Political Principles'. We need Political Principles to Drive a Political Entity. 'Business' and 'Profits' cannot drive a 'Political Entity'. Where are the Real Politicians?

When 'Business Principles' 'overcome' a 'Democracy', 'Greed' and 'Ego' becomes the 'Motor' of that Democracy. The result is a Democracy 'motored' by 'Business Principles' and 'Personality'. That is not a 'Government of Freedom and Equality'. The purpose of Democratic Government is a Government 'of the People', 'by the People' and, most important, 'For the people'. Its really very simple. One Principle is the basis of the Business mentality whose goal is survival by 'Profits and Size', and the Other is the Power of 'Governing' for the purpose of establishing 'Social Institutions' of 'Freedom and Equality' for the 'Bottom' of a 'Democratic Political Entity'. That happens to be the 'Real Source' of 'Political Power'. If a Political Entity has power at the Top, one must always ask from where does it get Power? 'In a Democracy', there is no 'other way' to transfer Power to a 'Political top'. All 'Political Tops' with Power must get that Power from 'somewhere'. That's the inception of all Political Systems. Some inherited Power from 'who knows where', others got power by 'force', and some 'still depend' on the 'Left-over Aura' of the 'Divine Right of Kings'. But, our concern is with 'Democratic Governing'. If a Political Entity claims to be a Democracy, then it has to be a 'Representative Democracy' that gets its 'Political Power' from the People at the Bottom. But, that is a Political principle, not a Business Principle. When the 'Business Mentality' creeps into Democracy, Freedom and Equality flies out the Window. 'So-called Democracies' transform into 'Plutocracies', 'Oligarchies', or just plain 'Autocracies' or 'Dictatorships'. 'Government and Governing' is 'Over' and 'Rule begins'. When Rule begins its 'more and more of the same' and 'make America great Again'. Where are the Real Politicians?

'Governing' with 'Business Principles' can destroy 'Democracy'.

Governing with 'Business Principles' can destroy Democracy. Why? Because 'Business' is motored by the 'energy of Profits' and 'democracy' is motored by the 'Energy' of 'Freedom and Equality'. No Corporate 'Business' continues to exist if its not making 'Profits'. 'More and More' of the 'Same', or Money, leads to Autocracy, Plutocracy or Oligarchy and that is Government 'of the Few', 'by the Few', and 'For the Few'. Democratic Governing is the establishment of Social Institutions and Laws that permits the 'People at the Bottom' to live and express their 'Freedom and Equality'. But, there's always a few People at the Bottom who establish 'Huge Corporations' to conduct Economic Businesses with them. This creates an 'Economic Imbalance' in the 'Social' and at the 'Bottom' because a 'Real Human Person' cannot compete with a Huge 'Economic Corporate Entity' defined by the Supreme Court as also 'a Person' ( known as a Legal Fiction and that only exists in contemplation of Law) that is, in fact, 'not' a 'Real Human Person'. The 'Social' becomes 'Peopled' by 'Real People', like You and I, and by 'Legal Fictions' protected by the Constitution, and that only exist 'in contemplation of Law'. It wont take long for the Real Human Beings to realize that in a 'Corporate Society', the Real Individual is the 'Employee' and the 'Corporation' is the 'Employer'. Today, Now, 'Legal Fictions' set the 'momentum' for Economic Activity which creates a 'Social Cleavage' and 'sets standards' between 'Employers and Employees', 'Haves' and 'Have-nots, 'Owners and Workers' in the Social. This Social Phenomena creates 'impressions' of 'Divisions' in the 'Real Human Condition' that are not real, and huge 'accumulations' of 'value and money' that creates impressions of being 'motored' by 'Greed'. When 'Fictional Economic Entities', sets standards of 'economic duality', of success/failure, of haves and have-nots; they are also setting standards that create 'divisions' in the 'Human Condition', the 'Equality' of the 'Human Condition', and the Freedom in the Human condition. When a 'Corporate Society' overlays a 'Democratic Social' the 'Real Individuals' in the Social can 'lose' their 'Freedom and Equality'. Business is a necessary Part of every Society, it can produce 'Lots', but it 'cannot Drive' a Democracy. Freedom and Equality 'cannot' be attenuated or 'Divided'. You either have it or you don't. Where are the Real politicians?

Government must return to a 'Real activity' of Governing.

Government must return to the 'Real Activity' of 'Governing'. The only purpose for the existence of a 'Governing Entity' is for the purpose of Governing the 'Many' or 'the People' that 'Constitute it' as an 'Organized Political Entity'. After all, its the 'Bottom' that 'transfers its Power' as 'Free and Equal Real Individuals', by means of the Vote, to the Top. A Top cannot just 'arbitrarily assign to itself' the 'Political power' to Rule, 'the Many Real Individuals', at the Bottom. But, once the Top acquires its 'Political Form' or 'Identity', it does all it can to retain that 'Identity'. Of course, that gives rise to all the different Forms of Government that exist. But the basic Form of all Governments is 'Power at the Top' and 'People at the Bottom'. 'Without some Form of Government, a 'Bottom' becomes 'disorganized' and slips into a 'Condition of Chaos'. The more Chaotic the Bottom becomes; the more it needs Government, any Form of Government. But, Government should not Exist to make 'Profits', because it is not a 'Business', 'nor' to 'arbitrarily' exercise 'Power' over the 'Real Individuals' at the Bottom. By the same token, 'already established Democracies' should not be 'Governed' with 'business Principles'. A 'Business Mentality' cannot Govern a Democracy. We need Real Politicians at the Helm. A democratic Government can only 'Govern'. It has no other purpose for existing. Autocracies, Plutocracies, Oligarchies, and Kingdoms 'Rule'; they 'do not' Govern. But, because of their 'essential Political Form', they do not emphasize 'Freedom and Equality' of the Real Individual at the Bottom. 'Rulers' are 'already Rich' at the Top and they will not hesitate to 'increase their Riches' as Business Corporations must also do, in order to survive. Autocracies; Plutocracies; and Oligarchies, will always protect their Political 'Status-Quo'. Consequently, the 'first step' in a 'return' to 'Real Governing' with 'Political principles' and 'not Business Principles' is to replace the existing 'Business Mentality' with a 'Real Political Mentality'. But, for that, we need a 'Real Politician'. Where are the Real Politicians?

'Governing' with 'Business Principles' leads to the 'Unraveling' of the 'Top of Power'. The Top of Government needs to function as a Unified Locus of Governmental Power. For that to happen, the Top and all its Agencies need to function as a 'Three Branch Function'. The 'Top' functions as an Executive Branch; a Legislative Branch, and a Judicial Branch. All Three constitutes the Top of Power. The People Legislate through their Representatives, the Executive Governs through the Constitution, and the Judicial Adjudicates 'Political Issues', not Business Issues of Government because the Government 'does not function' as a 'Corporate Business'. The different Branches were created to achieve some degree of Balance in the Activity of government. When the Top no longer functions as a Unified exercise of Democratic power, the Top becomes weak. When the Top begins to fight with the different Branches and their Representatives the Top loses 'coherence' in the Exercise of 'Government Power'. A Top fighting with Itself is ludicrous. When the "Bottom', such as Political Parties, disagree, there is always a compromise or an Electoral battle to achieve Democratic Harmony. But, when the Executive Branch literally acts Arbitrarily, and 'fights' with the Other Governmental Branches and their Representatives, the 'Top of Power' begins to 'Unravel', because it loses its 'Stability' as a 'Unified Power'. 'Personality Fights' are Bad for Democracy. This creates a weak 'Governmental Function' because the 'dispute' is not a 'Political Disagreement', but the result of a simplistic Personality disorder that 'effects' and 'infects' the Unified Governmental Function. When the Top of Government Unravels, the Bottom begins to Unravel. In the Past, In previous Blogs, I have said that 'most Revolutions' occur at the 'Bottom', but today we are 'witnessing' a 'Revolution' at the 'Top'. The question is Why? The answer is because the 'Top' is 'occupied' by a 'Business Mentality' which 'cannot Govern' and 'doesn't know how to Govern' and which is beginning to 'Unravel'. In a Democracy, when the Top 'Unravels', 'Democracy' begins to 'Unravel'. .... Where are the Real Politicians?

Governing is different from a Successful Business; and never shall the twain meet. Of course, there are 'aspects' of 'Business' in the activities of 'Government'. But, all Businesses have a Goal, which is to make Profits. Business couldn't 'care less' about the 'Freedom' or 'Equality' of the 'Real Individuals' that purchase products to 'lead' a Good Life, and further-more, if you 'want' or 'need' what a Business produces you had better pay for it. Business is not concerned with whether you are Free or Equal. Its only concerned with whether you paid for the product. They are not concerned with whether you have a place to stay, or food to eat, or proper clothing to wear on a cold night. Their concern is whether the sale to you makes them a Profit. Heartless, you say! No, that's the nature of business. Governing is a more altruistic endeavor. Its a Service; a 'Representative Function'. The highest Government Official is not 'President' all his or her life. He or She goes back to being like you and I and then they have to pay for their Food, clothing, place to stay on a cold night. Government is a Representative function and only a Representative function and only for a short while. 'Some Business People' don't know 'how to Govern' and that would be because of the above statements. But, some Politicians don't know how to Govern either. That would be the ones that are 'Politically Correct'. Political Correctness is 'vacuous' and 'empty' of 'Real Political Principles'. They 'mouth' politics but, in the end they're in it for the economic advantages. How sad. Of course, its not easy, and its a Huge Responsibility, but there's no 'Higher honor' that having 'Truly Represented' the 'Real People' in a 'Real Democracy'..... Where are the real Politicians?

'Political Correctness' must be Corrected.

'Political Correctness' must be 'corrected'. Its become very important to either change the vocabulary of Democracy, or, to set specific standards of 'Sincerity' for Individuals in their quest for 'Political Office'.Since we cannot change the vocabulary of 'Democracy' because it arises from the language in the Constitution and because 'that Language constitutes us as 'A People'; but, we can require Individuals who wish to Govern to meet standards of 'Sincerity' in their 'quest' for Public Office. All Individuals who seek 'Employment', 'Office', or 'Positions' in the Social are required to have certain 'qualifications' in order to get 'Licensed'. Of course, Politicians who are voted into Office are required to take Oaths. But, this occurs after they are Elected and not 'before' they are elected. Before a Politician runs for Office He or She should be required to elaborate on the reasons for seeking that Office. Of course, they have a Campaign where they promise to do certain Political things, but that's not what I refer too. What are their Ulterior Motives for Running and what are they going to do for 'Real Democracy', not for an 'empty', 'vacuous' 'democracy'. Candidates for Political Office must be serious in their quest for Political Office. Political Office is a 'Service', not a quest for 'Monies' and 'Riches', and 'Really Serving Democracy' means 'really' serving 'the People' and their 'Freedom and Equality'. "Serving the People" means protecting their 'Freedom and Equality' and constructing Social Institutions that elaborate a 'Real Democracy'. 'Political Correctness' is empty and vacuous when not accompanied with a 'sincere wish' to elaborate 'Democratic institutions'.

Democracy cannot survive 'Government by Economic Principles'. Governing with 'Economic principles' cannot Govern a Democracy. 'Economic Governance' is 'Plutocratic in Nature', i.e. a Plutocracy. A Democracy needs to be Governed with 'Democratic principles' of 'Freedom and Equality'. A Plutocracy is Government of the Rich, by the Rich, and, for the Rich. In such a case all 'Political issues' are 'transformed' into issues of 'Economic principles', and 'Economic Results'; The 'Real Individuals' 'Freedom and Equality' go out the window. The Real Individual, in such a case, is no longer important; the Bank Account, the Size of Corporate 'Person-hood'( Legal Fictions), becomes more and more important, until they 'become the Rulers' of the 'Real Persons'. The Governed, the 'Real People' at the 'Bottom' in the 'Condition of Togetherness', become 'Pawns' in the 'Political manipulation' and acquisition of 'Monies'. When this happens in a 'Democratic Environment', and in an 'Election Year', the 'Bottom' is promised all kinds of Financial Advantages, to procure their 'Vote'. There is the danger. The danger in a Democracy of 'electing' a 'Plutocrat' into 'Democratic Office'. Government by 'Economic Principles', instead of 'Democratic Principles', easily 'slips' into Plutocracy. Many People see the election of a 'non-politician' as a plus-factor; its a 'step' against 'Politics as usual' or, against 'Political Correctness'; and that is part of the case, but they do 'not see' that Government by 'Economic Principles' will 'never' Govern Democratically. Its true, 'Political Correctness' must be 're-vamped'. But, it cannot be re-vamped by 'Business Principles'. A 'True Businessman' cannot 'Govern', particularly a 'Rich Businessman'. Lets face it; Money breeds Money; 'Profits' can only 'Grow' into 'more of the same'. 'Profits' never survive unless they're 'Growing'. Its their nature. So- the truth of the matter is that 'Political Correctness' is 'Empty and Vacuous'; and Business Principles 'cannot Govern' because they are 'driven' by 'Greed'. They don't even 'seem' to have the 'Correct Vocabulary'.... Where are the Real Politicians?

The Problematic with the 'One' and the 'Many' is that 'One' is an 'Institution' and 'Many' is 'Real'. There are other examples of similar problems which issue from this type of arrangement. For example; a Marriage, a Baseball Team, or even a Tribe and its members. A Marriage is an agreement to live as Husband and Wife. The Agreement is a 'Social Institution' and even though it doesn't involve 'Governing', it involves 'familial' interactions between the Parties for as long as they Live. As there are Rules that provide for the 'arrangement', there are Rules that provide for its 'dissolution'. A Baseball Team is 'similar' but 'different'; it has an 'Owner' and a 'Team'. As long as the Team is successful, the Owner keeps it. But, one difference is that it is an Economic Arrangement. Its 'sole purpose' is to 'make Money'. Sure, they Love baseball, but Ill bet that if the Team is losing, there will be changes. No One plays for the Love of baseball. Of course, in a vacant lot, on a weekend, they might. But, hey, its an 'Economic Institution'. But, notice the difference in the Tribe example. The Chief is recognized as the Governing member of the Tribe. He has a 'Job', its a Social or Political Institution and the members have a part to play also. No Member challenges the Chief. Why not? Because in those days, the basis for the selection is usually the best fighter, the strongest, Personal Power, or Hereditary. But, our Democratic situation is different, the Top is an 'Institution of Government' and it must 'Govern' with Freedom and Equality for All. A democratic Constitution requires a democratic Government. But today, the 'Top' is engaged in Economic threats, economic manipulations, 'Party Loyalty', and generally, Plutocratic manipulation. The Top of a Democratic Government is established by an 'election' held by the 'Bottom'. Since the Top is a Political Institution, the Bottom or the Peoples transfer Power to the Top. The sole Reason that the Top has Political Power is because it has a Duty to Govern 'Constitutionally' and in a Democratic manner. That's their Function: and what do they do? They divide themselves into Democrats and Republicans and play 'Party Politics'. We need 'Constitutional Politics'; a Politics that 'includes and considers all the People', and not a 'Party Politics'; a Politics free of 'Big Money', and one that respects the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Real People' at the 'Bottom'. Where are the real Politicians?

Sometimes, the only way to discuss the Old Problematic of the One and the Many is in abstract terms. Of course, abstract terms on 'this Level' of discourse are 'large inclusive Concepts'. But, this type of discourse should become 'applicable' and hence the 'need' to be 'a little more specific'. The 'One' easily becomes the 'Nation', the 'State', the 'Top', or 'The Government'. Usually, 'in all these cases' the 'Top' is always an 'Institution', a Governing Institution, because its necessity 'as such' applies to a 'Bottom' which is populated with 'Many Real Human Beings', living in a 'Condition of Togetherness'; usually referred to as the 'Social' or 'Society'. But the latter has acquired a 'Bad Political Connotation'; to wit, 'Socialism', so I prefer the words 'Condition of Togetherness' to help 'loosen ourselves' from 'said connotations'. The so-called 'Many' becomes 'the Peoples', the 'Population'; each and every 'Real Human Being' that's is under 'Government'. The 'One and the Many' is now perceived as the 'Government' and the 'Governed'. Although we use the 'same word'(Government-to Govern) to refer to the Top and the Bottom, the 'Dualism' is not completely 'accurate'. There is a 'great gap' between the 'Two' terms and 'each' is 'very different'. The 'Top' is an 'Institution', an 'Institutional Top' established by 'Real People', and the Bottom is 'Real', consisting of 'Real Human Beings'; the very 'same ones' that 'established Government', as an Institution, in the first place. The Problematic now becomes, 'Who is to Govern'. In a 'Real Democracy', we all know the answer to that, 'The People' Govern. They establish a Government 'of the People', 'by the People', and 'for the People'. But, that also creates a Problem. Who, as Real Individual, is qualified to govern? Or, stated Differently, which candidate is better Qualified to Govern? Of Course, I'm familiar with the statement, "Anyone who wants to Run for Office can do just that". But, does that mean that anyone can assume the duty to Govern the Bottom, whether or not 'She' or 'He' is qualified? Can a Medical Doctor treat you Medically, whether She or he went to medical School or not? Can a Lawyer Represent you in Court, whether he or she went to Law School or not? Isn't it time we start setting qualifications for assuming the Highest Office in the Land? Money, Wealth, and Economic Knowledge and Class is not enough. Haven't we learned anything these past years? Where are the Real Politicians?

The Bottom needs the Top of Government; but, the Top also needs the 'Social' that Instituted it. The Bottom needs Governing; and that's precisely why the 'Bottom', in the first place, 'Instituted' the Top. Without a 'Bottom', you cannot have a 'Top'. Who can Institute a Top, if its not the Bottom? We have run out of the 'Divine Right of Kings', as a 'source of Power'. Historically, the Bottom 'did need' the 'Top' to 'Govern it' and the Top needed the 'Divine Right of Kings' to acquire 'Power to Govern'. Today, in a Democracy, Political Power 'emanates' from the 'Bottom' in a 'Condition of togetherness' and 'through the Electoral Process'. Hence, the Top 'must' Govern, but it must 'Govern Democratically'. Why?, because that's from where it gets its 'Political Power', and such a Top cannot Rule. No Bottom, no Top. If a Political Entity has a Top, it needs a 'Bottom' to grant it the 'Right' to 'Govern' as a Political Entity. In a Democracy, the Top Governs 'democratically' because it cannot Rule. A Political Entity that Rules, does not need a 'Bottom' to authorize 'Rule'. But, a Democracy that 'Governs' needs a Bottom that authorizes 'Governing'. 'Governing' is different from 'Ruling'. In a Democracy, 'Governing' is by a Government "of the People", "by the People", and "for the People".

Governing 'The Many', at the Bottom is not easy; but a 'properly Organized One', or 'Top', can do it. The Top is a 'Political Institution' and can be organized in various ways. All Governments of 'State Entities', or Nations, are 'Political Institutions'. As Institutions they had to be established. The issue becomes, "'who' or 'what' established it?", for what 'purpose'? and how does it acquire 'Political Power'? Of course, in a Democracy, the 'Bottom', or 'the People', transfers their Individual 'Power', which is at the Bottom, by means of the 'Electoral Process', thereby establishing the 'Top' and its 'Organization'. But, the Organization, or 'Political Agencies' are also Political Institutions. In a Democracy, the Top only exists for the 'sole purpose' of Governing the 'Bottom'. Hence, the Top, including its Agencies, must participate in the process of 'Governing'. Hence, the Top is required, under 'Constitutional Law', to Govern according to the Constitution, and the Bottom is also required to live 'under Law'. The Bottom must obey Law in the exercise of the 'Freedom and Equality' guaranteed by the Constitution.

How can a 'Dis-Functional Democracy' regain its 'Political values'?

How can a 'Dis-Functional Democracy' regain its 'Political Values'? The truly 'Democratic values' of a Democracy are the 'Freedom and Equality' of every 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom of the Political Entity'. The Bottom is the reservoir of Power and it is the 'Bottom' that grants Power to the Top. There is no other way to create a 'Political Top' with 'Political Power'. The Bottom establishes a 'Form of Government' to 'Govern the bottom'. Its 'never' 'Someone' are 'Some Few Individuals' that create the Top. The Top comes into 'Institutional Being' as a result of the 'Bottom' and the 'Constitution'. The 'Power Structure' at the Top is established by the 'Many Individuals' at the Bottom. Otherwise, a 'Top' would just be a 'Powerless Institution' that does not get its 'Power' from the People it Governs. Governments are not 'required' or 'needed' for 'Human Beings' to Exist; but 'Many' Human Beings are required and needed for 'Democratic Governments' to Exist. There is no 'dilemma' between the 'One and the Many'; the 'One' never 'creates' the 'Many' but the 'Many' can create the 'One' as an Institution of 'Democratic Government' with 'Power'. Once established, the 'Basic Structure' of Democracy 'must be' Protected; hence, 'Political Parties' are just 'Ideological Parties' that are 'not bound' to the Ideology; but they are 'Constitutionally bound' to 'Protect' the 'Integrity of the Democracy.' That 'Integrity' is the Political 'Freedom' and 'Equality' of 'each and every' Human Being within its Political Jurisdiction. A Democratic Institution must recognize its dependence on the 'Bottom', and the 'realization' that the Top is the 'Result' of the 'Bottom'. The Bottom, in a 'Condition of Togetherness' has 'Power' and 'transfers' it to the 'Top' by the 'Electoral Process'. A 'Dis-Functional Democracy' regains its 'Political values' when the 'Freedom and Equality' of Each and Every 'Real' Human Being at the Bottom is respected, re-instated, and implemented into its Political Ideology.

Government requires 'Service'; the Economy requires 'Profits'.

Governing requires 'Service', but the Economy requires 'Profits'. Unfortunately, its 'very easy' to slip from 'Service' into 'Profits', but 'almost impossible' to slip from 'Profits' into 'Service'. A Politician or more correctly, an Office Holder 'Represents' the 'People at the Bottom'. He or She functions as a 'Representative' of the People. But, the 'Business-Person' does not represent 'anyone' or 'anything'. He or She merely establishes a 'Legal Fiction' called a 'Corporation' for the sole purpose of making a 'Profit'. He or She functions as a Profit making Machine. Now there is absolutely nothing wrong to function as a 'Business Person' within a Society because every Nation needs an Economy. Running a 'Business Corporate Entity' is 'difficult work' and requires dedication and a personal orientation towards making a Profit. Nobody establishes a Corporation so that it can fail, that's insane, and don't mistake the kind of dedication required. Governing a Nation also requires a certain kind of 'Person'. He or She must be 'relatively Selfless'. Now, understand this, nobody is 'completely Selfless'. But, such an Individual must have the 'General Welfare' of the 'People' who are situated at the 'Bottom' in mind. He or She functions as a 'Representative of the People' and He or She functions in a 'Representative capacity'. He or She 'Serves the Bottom'. Not everyone can do that. 'Good Politicians' know that they can only serve for a 'short time' and during that time can help the 'Freedom and Equality' and 'the General Welfare' of Every Individual at the Bottom. Most business persons are 'ill equipped' to be 'Good Politicians' and probably, most good Politicians are 'ill equipped' to be good 'business-persons'. However, the 'Problematic' arises when CEO's, Business-persons, or Billionaires, enter the Political Field. It then becomes very easy to 'slip' into the 'Autocratic', 'Profit- Making' attitude of 'More and More' of the 'Same'( Money) and from there into that common ailment called 'Greed'. If you ask someone making 'Billions' why she or He wants to make 'more Billions', She or He will not 'Honestly' be able to answer. Of course, the Answer is 'Greed', a 'never ending Quest' to get 'More' and 'More' of that 'Medium of Exchange', which is 'no longer' 'founded' on anything of 'Value', and which has 'flown loose' from a Real 'Social Reality' into a 'Hyper-Reality'. We need 'Real Politicians' who can 'keep' our 'Democracy viable'. Where are the 'Real Politicians'?

Governments are designed to Govern; Economies are designed to make Profits. Why can't we keep them separate? Simple. So-called 'Politicians' get entangled with the Profit making function and then greed takes over and they become 'Greedy'. Then 'Democratic Government' forgets its about Governing Democratically and with Freedom and Equality and 'replaces' a 'Government function' with an 'Economic Function'. Its so easy for an 'Economic Thinker' to see Government as a means of making 'Money'. That's what 'non-politicians' do when they get involved with Governing. Of course, not all Economic thinkers do that, but look at the Top and notice how many very 'wealthy People' are at the Top and how quickly they turn- over. They turn-over quickly because they are 'not interested' in 'Governing', they are interested in 'making Profits' and when they aren't making Profits, they actually don't know 'how to Govern'. Look at the Top and see what happens there almost on a daily basis. All Business Corporations had their tax Liability 'greatly reduced'. A real Person with a Family makes several Thousand Dollars at work and has to pay Taxes; a Corporation makes Billions and Millions of dollars and doesn't have to pay Taxes. The Individual is a Real, striving, human Being with Medical Bills and family obligations and the Corporation is also a 'Person' considered as a 'Legal Fiction', which exists only in 'contemplation of Law', with no 'Medical problems' and no 'Real' Personal Obligations', so whats wrong with this picture? Simple, the Human Being is Real and works and suffers and the Corporation is an 'Economic Entity' protected by the Constitution and which does not contribute to the Democracy which gave it its 'Fictional arising'. Its an Economic Entity, its a 'Money making Machine', that does not care about Freedom and Equality. Is that Democracy or is that the Economic world taking over the Democratic World? Are we becoming a Plutocracy, or are we already a Plutocracy? Where are the Real Politicians?

How can an Elected Official in a Democracy, 'shut down' the Government he was 'elected' to Govern?

How can an Official elected in a Democracy, shut down the Government he was elected to Govern? Does that make sense? A Democratic Nation and its Government is a Political 'Institution' that exists by virtue of its 'Constitution' and not by virtue of some High 'Political Office'. No Person elected to High Political Office has the Power to shut down the very Government he or she is supposed to be 'Governing'; particularly in a Democracy. Certainly, an 'Autocrat' can 'shut down' his Government, if he chooses, but that never happens because Autocracies 'nourish' the 'Ego' of the Autocrat. 'Office Holders', in a Democracy, are 'elected' by the 'People' at the 'Bottom of Government', to Govern, not to shut down the Government. In a Democracy, no one can shut down a Government that 'exists' by virtue of a 'Written Constitution' that is still in existence. The 'Constitution constitutes us'. All Politicians, in a Democracy, know or should know, that a 'Shut-Down' of Government cannot be used as a 'threat' to force an 'adverse' Political Party to accept some 'adverse' Political Ideology. That is not a 'Political Act', that's destructive. The Government at the Top is unraveling. Shutting down Government cannot be used to acquire some 'Economic advantage'. A 'Revolution' that 'could' be occurring at the Bottom, is occurring at the Top. That's unheard of. How sad, there's an Official at the very 'Top' that is not a 'Real Politician' and does not know what he's doing. Of course, the 'Bottom' is also 'effected' because the 'Form of Government' is 'Democratic' and the 'Will of the People' is really at the 'Bottom', not the 'Top'. The Top 'serves' the 'Bottom', and even allowing for different 'Ideological', or Party Differences', that does 'not mean' He can 'shut down' Government. We need a 'Real Politician' at the 'Top', not an 'Economist', nor a 'Billionaire', nor a CEO, that does not know what he's doing. A 'Real Politician' is 'motored' by the 'Equality and Freedom' of 'each' and 'every' 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom' of Government. Where are the Real Politicians?

Can a Democracy be Shut-Down? Does that mean we no longer have a 'Functional' Government? We still have a Constitution, but is anyone 'working' it? In the past, it usually meant there was an 'insufficient amount' of Money to Operate it, and a 'hurried seeking' and 'shuffling' of Funds to 'Run it' resulted. But, when the 'Office Holder' in the 'Highest Office' in the Land 'Shuts it Down', an intentional, willful, act; what 'Effect' does this create in all 'Governmental Activity'? The Highest Civil Servants are not Being Paid to operate Agencies and enforce Laws, so does this also effect the 'Lower Rungs' of 'Government Operations'? Governments Govern. If the Federal Government is inoperable, does that mean that State Governments are also shut down or inoperable. Are we still a Nation under Law? Are Court case set for Trial in Federal Court and in State Courts also 'shut down'? Remember, the 'Shut Down' is 'Intentional'; its not the result of 'lack of funds', so 'We Have To Ask', 'Is all Government Shut Down'? In other words, are we still 'Under Government'? Are we still under Law? If a 'Corporation' shuts Down, will there still be People working it and producing products for Sale by the Corporation? Whats the difference in the Two? You see why we need 'Office Holders' who are 'experienced' in 'Governing' and not just anyone with Lots of Money. Economic threats do not constitute 'Governing' and neither do 'Political Threats'. And why should anyone, in 'Office', have the 'Political Power' to 'shut down' a 'Constitutional Government'? The 'Nation' and its 'Government' is not His! Its the 'Peoples Government'. What has happened to 'Real Governing' and 'Real Freedom and Equality'? Where are the Leaders who serve 'Real Governing' and who serve the 'Peoples Welfare'; who serve the 'Freedom and Equality' of the Bottom of a Democratic Nation. Where are the Real Leaders? When the 'Top' of 'Democracy' begins to 'quibble' with 'itself', Democracy is in 'Shatters'.

The only 'Individual' who can prevent a take-over by Autocratic, Plutocratic and Oligarchic 'Thinking' is a 'Real Democrat'.

The only Individual who can 'prevent' a 'Take-Over' by Autocratic, Plutocratic, and Oligarchic 'Thinking' is a 'Real Democrat'. And what kind of Individual is that? First, he's a 'Real Human Being' and not a 'Legal Fiction'; he genuinely believes in 'Democracy' as an Ideology of the 'Real People', an not an 'Ideology' of a 'Particular Political Party'. The Bottom of a Political Entity is Peopled by 'Real People'. A 'Corporation' is also a 'Person', but only in 'Contemplation of Law' and is not, admittedly, a 'Real Human Person'. I'm sorry, but that's the only way to 'formulate' that 'sentence'. That 'Person' is an 'Economic entity' and not 'Real' like you and I. ( Actually, they should not be allowed to fund Political Campaigns either; (that would be the Citizens United Case.). You see how we 'exist' in a Democracy that is 'Peopled' by an elusive, nebulous, 'Social Ambient' designed to be 'relaxing' and 'non-critical'. Unfortunately, at the beginning, the 'Many' at the 'Bottom' divided into Political Parties. That already meant 'different' Political Ideologies, and that meant 'antagonism' between 'Parties'. How sad. Once a Bottom, a Social, is 'Identified', it begins to 'Divide'; the Bottom cannot 'agree' or 'live' harmoniously. Then Laws become necessary. But, then again, Laws can only be enacted by Political Entities and all Political Entities and Office Holders in those 'Entities' belong to a Political Party or an already 'Organized Political Entity' viz., a Democracy, Autocracy, Oligarchy, or Plutocracy. There, we've gone 'Full Circle'. Only a 'Real Individual' who lives in a 'Real Democracy' and who has 'Experienced' and 'Tasted' Real deprivation' of 'Equality and Freedom' and 'Understands' the 'elusive' Social Ambient that's Peopled by 'Real Persons' and 'Manufactured Persons' in the 'Economy' can prevent a 'Take-Over' or a 'Shift' into a 'Different' Political Entity. We need Politicians who have 'Lived; with 'Politics', understands the 'Ins and Outs', and who has not been seduced by 'Power', 'Money', 'fame', an 'Political Isolationism'. Where are the Real Politicians?

Can a Democracy become an Autocracy: a Plutocracy; or an Oligarchy?

Can a Democracy become an Autocracy; a Plutocracy; or an Oligarchy? The answer is 'Yes', but its not so easy. Certainly an 'Individual' who comes from the 'Many' in a Democracy who is 'Equal' and 'Free' has a Right to exercise his/her 'Political Judgement' in whatever 'Direction' or manner that He/She pleases. 'They' also have a Constitutional Right to live in 'Equality and Freedom'. A Real 'Democracy' exercises these Freedoms and Rights in a 'genuine manner', and the People at the Bottom, enjoy their Equality and Freedoms and they will miss them if they are ever taken away. However, the 'Political Positions' of 'Power', at the Top, are 'Open' or 'Available' to anyone or everyone who wishes to participate in Government and that's the 'basic reason' why Political Candidates should be well qualified to 'Govern'. If someone wants to be CEO of a 'Major Corporation', will that be permitted, if the candidate is a 'nice Guy' or 'Women' and is a 'popular' candidate. The answer is No! Of course, you will say, but that's not an 'Elective Position'. True, although there is an element of 'Electoral-ness' as well as an element of 'Qualification'. But, I guarantee you, the 'Qualifications' must be there, or the Board will not choose 'him' or 'her'. The Individual must be 'knowledgeable' in the area in which She or He 'will function'. Governing a 'Corporate Entity' is not a 'Democratic Process'; its more of an 'Autocratic Process', with a little bit of 'Nice Guy' thrown in. That's exactly why a successful CEO cannot just 'Govern' a Democracy, unless he is also qualified to 'Govern' a 'Political Entity'. So why don't we, somehow, monitor or 'set qualifications' for those who want 'Political Positions of Power'? Of course, at this point, you will say, hey, we live in a Democracy and anyone who wants to Run can Run for Office. So, does that mean that if your a Billionaire, or, a successful Businessman you are also 'qualified', by that fact alone, for Political Office? I don't think so! If you don't believe me 'look around'. Today,the 'Top' has been 'taken over' by 'Millionaires and Billionaires'; the 'turn-over' at the Top is unbelievable, and that creates 'instability'. 'Political Instability' in the 'Halls of Power' is never Good. In such a case, the Top becomes 'Dictatorial' and the Social becomes as unstable as the Top. Where are the Real Politicians? Only a 'Real Politician' can restore 'Stability' in 'Democratic Government' and 'Freedom and Equality' in the Social.

Economic threats cannot be the basis for Political Decisions. A Political Decision reflects a particular Political Ideology while an Economic decision reflects a 'Move' designed to make a 'Profit'. Economics is about Profits, Politics is about the General Welfare. Instead of 'crossing' Disciplines, i.e., Politics and Economics, it would be easier to 'Order' the Five or Ten Richest, largest, Corporations to create a 'Fund' to build 'whatever is necessary' to insure the Safety and 'General Welfare' of the People at the Bottom in their 'Condition of Togetherness'. But, why a Wall? The 'Peoples' of the World have already crossed 'Political Boundaries' and 'National Boundaries'. The Internet has 'meshed' all of 'Humanity' 'together'. The 'Internet' and the 'Cloud' have brought Individuals together for the First Time in History. Walls and National Boundaries are less important then ever. Of course, we still need Laws to 'control' improper entries into Other National Boundaries, but the People can 'communicate' and 'enter' via the Internet and the Cloud. Humanity has never been more 'Integrated'. Why are we building Walls? 'Social Cohesion' becomes possible with the 'tearing down' of existing 'Walls', and we are Building Walls? How many 'Walls' have come down? We no longer live in a World that builds 'Walls'. We need more Integration of 'Peoples' and we need to 'benefit', as a Nation, from our 'Entry' into the 'World of Technology'. Our Technology can and should be used to bring 'Peoples together' and stop building Walls where they are not necessary. Its not too smart to build Walls in the Age of the Computer. If a Political Decision needs to be made, it should be based on Political Ideology and the basis of the Ideology needs to be made 'Clear'. Of course, our 'Split-Ideology' has different perspectives on the 'Equality' and 'Freedom' of the 'Real Individual' Guaranteed by the 'Constitution', but it sure doesn't include the 'Building of Walls'. Where are the Real Politicians, not the CEO's and Economists who are concerned with building 'Walls' to separate the 'Haves' from the 'Have-nots'.

The Top of every Nation is a source of Political Power.

The 'Top' of every 'Nation' is a 'Source of Political Power'. The Political Issue is always, how does the Top 'arranges' or 'distributes' its Power. The 'answer' to that question determines the 'Form' that 'Government' will assume. It will be an 'Autocracy', a 'Plutocracy', an 'Oligarchy', or a 'Democracy'; or, whatever 'else' People can 'Make-Up'. I say 'Make-Up' because 'all' Political Entities are 'Social Constructions'. It probably began with the 'Family' because that's a 'Grouping' with Family-Ties that 'Had' to 'remain Together'. Soon, the Family Groupings were 'out-paced' by Larger Groups which led to 'just plain Groupings', and then 'Tribes', and then Groupings which Identified themselves to a 'Family Origin' or a 'Race' or to a particular 'Territory'. The point being that at some 'place' in this evolution, Governments became necessary. The issue then becomes how are we to 'organize' that 'Government' and from where will the 'Top' get its 'Power to Govern'. The Old problematic of the 'One and the Many'. The 'older Groupings' picked the 'Strongest', the 'Oldest', or the 'Wisest'. Later, came The Divine Right of Kings. Giving a Leader a Divine Right to Govern certainly contributes an 'Aura' otherwise missing from the Human Condition. But, even they had to Rationalize that 'Aura' into "the King has Two Bodies". That worked for awhile. No more. Now, the issue becomes from where does the Top get its Political Power? A Top cannot get Power from anywhere, except from the Bottom, the 'condition of togetherness', a 'cohesive condition' of Humans 'Living next to each Other'. Once a procedure to 'transfer Authority' from the Bottom to the Top, was formulated, the Bottom was prepared to 'select' or 'Elect' a Leader. Now the Real Issue needs to be answered. It takes a Politically inclined Individual who is prepared to 'Lead' and who is 'not selfish', and who is 'capable' of 'Leading and Organizing' the 'Bottom' into a 'Free and Equal Condition'. The Top does have Power, but it got it from the Bottom and only for awhile. The Top must be 'experienced' and 'prepared' to lead the 'Many' into a 'Real Democracy'. Where are the Real Politicians?

The Term 'Socialism' acquired a 'Bad Connotation'; now the Top of Democracy is acquiring a 'Bad Reputation' also; its 'becoming' 'Autocratic'. The term 'Socialism' probably arose from the term the 'Social', which is just another term meaning the 'Bottom' of a Polity'or a Democratic Polity. A 'Social' is a 'People', millions of them. It has nothing to do with the 'Top' owning the 'means of Production', The Top doesn't own anything; it Governs and it gets its Power to Govern from the Peoples at the Bottom. Without People at the Bottom, a Polity has no need 'to Exist' and it 'cannot own anything'. Its just a 'Political Point' of Power with the 'Duty' to 'Govern' Millions of 'Real People'. The Top 'Serves' the 'People' at the 'Bottom'. The Top, as a position of Power is the 'Biggest Fiction' in the 'World'. Just like a Corporation, which is a 'Recognized' and 'Accepted' Legal Fiction and exists 'only' in contemplation of Law. As a Result, the Corporation was 'Given' a huge Economic 'Grasp' that has created an 'Unbalanced Economy' and many 'Billionaires'. Now, Money 'talks' and Bullshit Walks. Now, Big Money tells Government how to Govern. We have replaced the 'Divinity' in the 'Divine Right' of Kings with 'Money', 'Profits', and 'Properties'. When the Candidate for the 'Highest Office' in the 'Land' was asked, and what have you accomplished? He replied, "I build Big Buildings." That's documented. Now, the Top uses 'economic threats' to Dictate to 'Political Policy'; and recently threatened to stop 'funding' the fighting of Forrest Fires. From a 'Political Position' of 'Economic mischief' to a position 'endangering property' and 'Human Life'. What happened to 'Equality and Freedom' for the 'Bottom' of a 'Democratic Polity'? The 'Real Bottom' of 'Real Individuals' got 'forgotten' and that's where the term 'Socialism' got its 'Taint'; and that's where Democracy is being 'transformed' into an 'Autocracy'. Where are the 'Real Politicians'?

Holding a Government hostage is not a 'Political Maneuver'.

Holding a Government 'Hostage' is not a Political Maneuver, its an Economic Maneuver and a very 'poor One'. Unfortunately, that's an example of 'Economic Leadership' that is 'self-destructive'. Will a Corporation say, 'I'll close the Corporation' if you don't elect a 'Republican' or a 'Democrat'? Of course, not. To be sure, that's poor 'economic thinking' trying to 'relate' to 'Political Structures'. I've said, Politics and Economics are different and although every Polity 'needs' an Economy, the 'thinking required' of 'each' is 'different' from the Other. 'Political Thinking' is for 'Governing', and 'Governing only', and in compliance with the Constitution, i.e. in 'Freedom' and 'Equality'; while the Economic is simply to 'make a Profit'. The Two separate Institutions need each Other, but their 'functions' cannot be mixed. Every 'Polity' needs an 'Economy', but, not every 'Economic Structure' needs a 'Government'. Did the 'Divine Right of Kings' need an 'Economy'? No!, and it didn't have an economy, nor Ownership of property. But, that 'changed' and 'evolved' into a 'Mix' for the 'Polity' and for 'its People'. But, that's History. Government was established so that it could 'Govern'; not make a Profit. The Two Principles must be kept separate and can function optimally, if each keeps to its proper Domain. That's why Economic Principles 'cannot Govern'; and that's why Governments cannot exist to make a Profit. Economic Principles do not belong in 'Politics' and Political principles should protect its Economy; after all it even created a 'Person', that 'only exists' in 'contemplation of Law'. 'Politics' is different from 'Capitalism'. The 'Two' are different. Where are the 'Selfless' Politicians that know 'how' to 'Govern' the 'Condition of Togetherness.'
