'Superiority' of a 'Political Position' flows from the 'Institutional Framework' for 'Governing' a 'Triadic Form of Government'; a 'Form' with 'Power at the Top' and the 'Many Peoples at the Bottom'. 'Government' cannot be 'Otherwise'. The 'Bottom' is the most important aspect of any 'form of Government' because the Bottom is 'constituted' of a 'Multiplicity of 'Human Beings' and all Human Beings are 'Free and Equal'. 'Freedom and Equality' at the Bottom of a 'Political Entity' establishes 'Law and Order' to 'everyday existence'. 'Law' are the 'Rules' of 'Action and Interactions' among the People and 'Order' is the 'end result'.
