'Policing Activity' occurs all the way 'Down' and 'into' the 'Condition of Togetherness' at the 'Bottom'. The 'Bottom' must follow 'Law' and 'keep Order' and the Top must 'delegate Power' to do so. But, the Top of Power must also 'Relate' to the Bottom in a 'Democratic Manner'. It cannot be 'arbitrary' and 'violate' the 'Relation' which connects the 'top to the Bottom'. The 'Top' must be more careful then the 'Bottom', in the Daily exercise of its Power, because the Top 'IS POWER'. Hence, it has to remain 'Democratic'. Any 'modification' in the exercise of its 'Power' has to be interpreted as an attempt to 'change' its 'Political Ideology', and a 'failure' to 'Govern'. The Bottom has no Power, but the 'Democratic existence' of the Bottom is 'lived in Freedom and Equality', hence encompasses a 'wider scale'. An 'Individual' can pretty much do as She/he pleases, but that must 'be kept' within the confines of the "Lawful and the Orderly". Violate Law, 'pay the price'; violate order, 'Examine the System'. Something is Wrong. Some 'Violations of Order' are justified in a System where the 'Top' is 'not Governing' and is 'attempting' to 'change' the 'Democratic Way of Life'.

The 'One and a Few' means the 'Top of Power' and the 'Agencies' for the 'Administration' of the 'Power Relation'. The Bottom is 'Millions of Human Beings'; each 'Individual' being 'Free and Equal' in the 'Social'. The 'Many' must be 'Governed Democratically' i.e. while always keeping in mind the 'Freedom and Equality' the Individual is entitled too. That requires a 'Democratic Government' that establishes 'Agencies' for the 'Administration' of 'Governance'. That means 'each Agency' has a particular function but it also means 'someone' is in charge of the Agency and it must also be 'Policed'. Generally speaking, the 'Top' can insure that its Agencies are being operated 'Democratically'. Of course, the Bottom must also be Policed to insure that everyone's 'Freedom and Equality' and 'Property' are being protected. A 'Police Department' becomes necessary. A Police Department is 'absolutely necessary', but it can easily 'run amok'. Policemen maintain Law and Order in the Social and they are 'delegated' the 'Power' to do it. The Police Agency 'functions' daily in the 'midst' of the 'Many'. They are 'figures of Authority'. Hence, the necessity for 'elite qualifications' and 'elite training' of all 'Law enforcement' Agencies. 'Law enforcement' cannot be abused.

The Bottom is peopled with a Multiplicity of Individuals who must accept the 'Social' and 'Political Values' of 'Freedom and Equality'. Every Individual must 'Accept and Practice' these 'Social Values'. If not, the danger of 'Racial Discrimination' arises; the danger of 'economic Discrimination'; and the danger of 'Class Discrimination'. The end result of failing to practice these Social Values; results in a 'Condition of Togetherness' where 'White is Superior'; the 'Rich are Superior'; or, the 'Haves' are 'superior' and the 'Have-nots' are discriminated against. Of course, not every 'Real Individual' feels this way; but, it creates a 'Sensitive Bottom' that can 'explode any Minute'. Once it explodes it Takes an 'Intelligent Leader at the Top' to resolve the issues. 'Weaknesses' must be Found, and 'Corrected'. 'Racial Discrimination' must be eliminated, it cannot exist; a 'Social' build on purely Economic values', ( more and more of the same; to wit; Money and Possessions) should not exist; 'Social Classes' cannot exist. Every Person is 'Human'; there are no 'Superior Races'; and an 'Economy and Social' build on 'Purely Economic Principles' is wrong; Why? Because the 'Profits' that 'drive' an Economy 'cannot drive' a 'Social' of 'Real Human Beings' that live in 'Freedom and Equality'. Freedom and Equality is the 'cement' that 'Socially Integrates' the' 'Condition of Togetherness'.

The Right Way is when the Top makes the 'corrections' connected with the disturbance. In a Democracy such a disturbance usually alludes to some 'Undemocratic activity' or 'occurrence' that has taken place within the 'Social' and creates the 'Social Unrest'. The Proper response by the Top is to 'explain' or 'correct' the so-called 'undemocratic activity'. Failing that, any move by the Top to 'quell' the disturbance by 'force' is 'Undemocratic' and a 'misuse of Power'. A 'Problem' at the 'Bottom of a Democracy' is not 'addressed' and 'quelled' with 'Autocratic Power'. Threats to use the 'Military Power' of the State, in such cases, is 'Autocratic'. The 'Individuals' in the 'Military' fight their own 'Relatives' in the 'Social'. They become the 'enforcers' of the 'Unrest'; Brother against Brother; Sister against Sister. That doesn't make sense. An 'Intelligent Democratic Top' knows, or should know, what to do and must attempt to 'quell' the disturbance by 'Democratic Means'. Otherwise the only solution is to 'replace the Individual' at the 'Top'.

Humans are born; they are the results of an ever growing Humanity. There are no 'Perfections' nor 'imperfections' in the Human Condition. A Human is born in a 'Location' and a 'Time' not of his/her choosing; that's why the Bottom of every Polity should understand that every 'Real Individual' is Naturally Born Free and Equal and the 'Political Entity' should also understand that she/he should be 'Institutionally' 'Free and Equal'. Of course, each Polity is different. My point is not the differences in the Political Entities, but the necessity for Democracies to understand and correct the unacknowledged 'Freedom and Equality' of 'all Its Citizens'. There are no Superior Races; everyone is 'Equal' and 'Free'. 'Social differences' do not 'modify' the 'Human Condition'; neither does the 'accident' of Birth. Humanity is One, and the 'accident of birth, does not effect the Humanity of the 'Human Condition'. Its a time for 'Leadership'. 'Leaders' must insist on the 'elimination' of 'Racial Prejudice'. Failing that, how can we claim to be 'Democratic'? The 'Truth' is we can't. Democracy must be 'Restored' and in a 'Democracy' there are 'many Leaders'; some in the 'Social', some in the 'Corporate World', some in the 'Military'; and 'every Leader' must insist that 'Democracy' has to prevail. We cannot destroy the 'Democratic Spirit'.

It has undergone many 'Scientific and Technological' Advances; some of which has 'modified' and 'Intensified' the 'Conditions, in which the 'Togetherness' is situated. Nevertheless, the 'Togetherness' still consists of 'Real Individuals. 'Real Individuality' cannot be 'modified' into a 'Hyper condition'. Certainly, the 'conditions' in which the Individual 'lives' can be changed and modified. But, that does not change the 'Human Condition'; only the environment. The 'Togetherness' in which the 'Human Condition' exists will always be the 'Bottom' of any 'Form' that Government assumes. That 'Human condition' cannot be 'tampered' with; only 'Governed'. Any changes in the Environment, does not 'effect' the 'Nature' of the 'Human Individuality'. It 'may effect' the 'Adjustment' to the 'Changed Environment', but not the 'Nature' of the 'Adjusting Individual'.

Of course, the Bottom is always the Bottom and the 'Technological and Computational' accretions superimposed are 'not Human', but 'some' have become 'Social' and rapidly becoming 'Necessary'. The 'basic Idea' of 'Governing' a 'Democracy' is Governing 'Real, Living Human Beings'. There are no 'Artificial Human Beings' and Governing a 'Rapidly Growing Scientific Social' requires a Leader that is up to the Task. Governing is a 'Self-less Task', but it must be 'Intelligent' while protecting the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Real Individuals'; not necessarily protecting the 'Constitutional Persons' created by the 'Supreme Court'. While these 'Constitutional Persons' may be 'Socially necessary'; they are 'not' Real Human Beings. Even the 'Law' refers to them as 'Legal Fictions'. Consequently, the only Real 'Persons' are Human Beings. The 'Human Condition' is not a 'Hyper-Reality' and the necessity of Technological and Computational Progress 'purports' to make 'Life' more comfortable. Hence 'Social Reality' based on the 'Human Condition' and 'Freedom and Equality' is subject to some mode of 'Quantification', but how does 'One' 'Govern' a Hyper-Reality. There is still a 'Relation to the Bottom', that doesn't change, but the 'Social' at the 'Bottom' is being 'modified'.

Instead, every 'Real Individual', situated at the Bottom in a Democracy, is 'entitled too', and is 'subject too,' a 'Form of Government' that acknowledges 'His' and 'Her' Humanity and is considered 'Equal and Free'. The end result is that a Democracy 'must Govern' the Bottom; it cannot Rule nor encumber the 'Freedom and Equality' of the Individual. Hence, the requirement that a Democratic Governing Structure must 'function' with 'Law and Order'. Of course, 'Law and Order' relates to the 'Multiplicity of Movements' in a 'Large Social' that 'regulates' the 'Interactions' 'between' and 'among' the 'Many People'. But, 'Today' that 'Large Social' has become 'Inflated' into a 'Technologized and Computerized Social' and the 'Interactions' 'between' and 'among' the 'Many People' has become a 'Hyper-Reality' of Sorts. The 'Nature' of the 'Social' or the 'Bottom' has changed. But, the 'Nature' of the 'Individual' is still a 'Living Human Being' and 'Freedom' and 'Equality' must continue to be 'protected' at 'all costs'. Consequently, its the 'Law and Order' that must 'change' to allow for their 'Expression'.

The difficulty of 'Many' of the 'Solutions' arises from the 'Fact' that the 'Many', at the Bottom, are 'Real and Human'. Of course, Many of these Problematics arises from that so-called 'Relation' between the 'Top and the Bottom'. Both the so-called 'Top' and the so-called 'Bottom' can be rendered 'Institutional'; but the 'Relation' remains 'Real'. Of course, in any 're-description' of a Top and a Bottom, 'both' can become 'Political Institutions', but the 'Relation' between the 'Two' always remains 'Real'. Despite the 'Reality of the Relation', it also becomes 'Institutionally Necessary' and that makes 'Governments Necessary'. Despite the 'Necessity and the Nature of the Institutions', the 'Many' at the 'Bottom' will always remain 'Real', simply because the 'Bottom' is a 'collection' of 'Human Beings'. The Bottom is a product of 'Human nature' and it cannot be 'Institutionalized' in the 'same manner' as a 'Top'. 'All' the 'Institutionalized Tops' face the same 'Problematic'; 'how' to 'Relate' to the 'Bottom'. Of course, that gives 'Rise' to the 'Different Forms' of Government; do they 'Rule' or 'Govern'? In a Democracy the 'People' at the Bottom Retain their 'Individuality' and their 'Humanity'; hence their 'Freedom and Equality'. In a 'Democracy' the 'Institutionalized Top' must Govern.

I venture to say that the 'Political' is a 'Reduction' of that 'Old Dilemma' of the 'One' and the 'Many' into a 'Form' of 'Government', or to the 'Manner' by which a 'Top' 'relates' to a 'Bottom'. That 'Relation' gives 'birth' to the 'Many Different Forms' of 'Governmental Institutions' that exist. The 'Many at the Bottom' need 'Government'. Left to their own, would reduce the 'Many' or the 'Bottom' to a very 'Chaotic situation'. The best arrangement for that 'Governmental Relation' is to Organize the 'Top' and the 'Bottom' into a 'Governmental Institution'. The Top has 'Institutional Power' and the Bottom has a Multiplicity of 'Living Human Beings' with 'Political Rights'. The Bottom must have 'Political Rights' because the 'Human Condition' existed before the 'Institutions'. The Individuals 'Freedom and Equality' is 'not a Gratuity' from an 'Institution'; its the Individuals 'Natural condition'. That 'Natural Condition' is only subject to 'Law and Order'; which allows the 'Many' Individuals to 'exist' and 'interact' in an 'Organized' and 'Orderly Fashion' within an 'established Institution'. Of course, there are many different 'Forms' of Government and each has its History and its Political Structure. But, the Democratic Form is the only one that is constituted; 'of the People'; 'by the People'; and 'For the People'.

The 'Top' has always had a 'certain stability 'viz. the 'Constitution'. Literally, the Constitution 'Constitutes us'. It establishes a 'Form of Governing'. But, 'Real Difficulties' arise when our Politicians begin to 'Really Understand' that 'Each and Every Real Individual' is 'Free and Equal'. A 'Unified Top of Institutional Power' and a 'Multiplicity' of 'Free and Equal' 'Human Beings' at the Bottom. Both, the Top; the Office Holders; the 'Politicians' must 'Govern' and the 'Bottom' must be 'Law abiding'. 'Each Level of the Governmental Structure' has a 'Role' to 'Play' in the 'Democratic Organization' of a 'Government'. What an Opportunity to Really Establish Democracy! The arrangement is not Scientific, its 'Political', its 'Institutional'; but the 'Multiplicity of Individuals' at the 'Bottom' are 'Real' and retain their 'Freedom and Equality. Anyone 'serving' in a 'Representative Capacity' must also be 'Law Abiding' and must 'Govern', not Rule. 'Rule is Rule', it is 'not Governing'. 'Governing is Power' and 'Power is Institutional'. Hence, Governing must be 'Intelligent' and it must follow Rules established in the 'Constitution'. So, how can someone not qualified hold Public office? Governing is not a Business; its a 'Selfless' and 'Intelligent manner' of 'Serving and Protecting' the 'Freedom and Equality' of 'Each and Every' 'Real Individual' at the Bottom. So where are the Standards and Qualifications that 'must exist' for 'Politicians and Office Holders'? 'Institutional Power' cannot be 'Unfettered' because the Bottom are "Real Living Human Beings" and 'No Human Being' is 'created' with 'Power' over 'Another'. Each One is Free and Equal.

All Political Entities have 'Power' at the 'Top' and the 'Many' at the 'Bottom'. But, in a Democracy, the 'People' are the 'Many' and there's Millions of them. Each One is an 'Individual' and each 'One' is 'Human' and each 'One' is 'Different'. In a Democracy, that 'Difference' can be expressed by 'each' Individual, so long as it is within the 'confines' of 'Law and Order'. The necessity for Law and Order is Obvious. There's 'Millions of Individuals' at the 'Bottom', and each one is 'Free and Equal'. Hence, the only prohibition is activity that violates 'Law and Order'. Now here is a 'Form of Government' that has 'Power at the Top', and a 'Multiplicity' of 'Free and Equal Individuals' at the 'Bottom'. How is the Top 'Utilized' and How is 'Power Instituted'? The Top has an 'Absolute Right' to 'Govern', but 'Govern' it must, it 'cannot Rule', and the 'Many' have an 'Absolute Right' to 'Remain Free and Equal', but within 'Law and Order'. That's the only 'Form' a 'Democracy' can assume and that 'Form' must be 'Protected' from 'abuse' by 'Unqualified Leaders'. So, where are the 'Standards and Qualifications' required for 'Politicians' and 'Non-Politicians to 'Serve' in that Capacity? Truly, 'Individuals in Political Office' are 'Servants' of 'The People'.

But then, neither is the 'Everyday Conduct' of the 'Human Condition'. Yet, the 'Human Individual' can be found Negligent with respect to His/her human Conduct. An 'Individual is Responsible' for his 'Conduct' and if He/she doesn't live up to a certain Level of 'Reasonable Conduct' and causes 'Injury', S/he can be sued for 'Negligence'. Of course, 'Personal Conduct' and 'Politics' is 'not the 'Same Thing', but 'Pretty Much' the Same thing'. There are standards for the 'Ordinary Life'. Why not 'Standards for Politics' and the 'Individuals' in 'Political Office'. It requires a certain 'Responsibility' to 'Live' and 'Exist' in a 'Democracy'. An 'Autocracy' also requires a certain manner of 'Living' and 'Existing'. But, it seems obvious that the 'Living and Existing' is not the 'Result' of a 'Freedom and Equality' acceptable to 'Autocratic Ideology'. But, lets return to the basic Issue. All 'Political Offices' should have 'Qualifications' and 'Standards'. Failing that, 'the People' can Initiate a cause of Action. Its Ridiculous to say the 'Senate and the House' can 'Impeach' and then say that 'only the Senate and the House' must 'Agree'. Hey, the 'Bottom' has already 'divided' into 'Political Parties'! They already caused a 'division'; add to that 'Party Loyalty'; and be 'assured' that there will never be a 'Meeting of the Minds'. It seems 'Logical' that once 'Incompetency' or 'Disloyalty' has been 'Identified', there should be a Remedy; 'not a Political Remedy' that allows the 'Incompetency and Disloyalty' to continue until the 'End of the Term of Office'. To continue Incompetency and Disloyalty until the expiration of the 'Term of Office' is 'Dangerous'.

Everyone lives within 'Political Boundaries' and the 'Polity' describes the 'Nature' of the 'Governmental Institution' and its 'Powers'. Since the Crafting of the Constitution, that has always been the Case. Nevertheless, Democracy has 'Grown and Matured' as the 'Human Condition' has 'Changed' and 'Matured'. Today, we 'understand' 'many Things' we never 'understood before', or maybe we did, but 'never did anything about it'. Democracy has 'Matured', why can't the 'Human Condition' become more 'Mature'? Surely, if all Democracies are evolving to a 'better understanding' of 'Freedom and Equality'; so can the 'Human Condition'!. Certainly we are 'Human First' and then 'Institutional Nationalists'. But, 'Institution's' and 'Governmental Polities' are guided by 'Rules, Regulations, and Laws'. Its Democratic to allow 'anyone' to 'Run for Political office'. But, where are the Requirements, Rules, Regulations and laws for that Honorable Quest? Certainly the Highest and 'Most Powerful Offices' in the 'Land' requires comparable 'Moral Qualities' and 'Intellectual Ability'.

'Political Offices' are very important and it takes a 'dedicated Individual' to fill the Offices. Its not just a 'Job', its a 'Life-Style'. Politicians should be the 'Real Individuals' that 'Genuinely appreciate' their 'own Freedom and Equality' and hence, that of 'every Real Individual' at the 'Bottom' of the 'Political Entity'. Living and 'Occupying Political Office' in a 'Democracy' is no small Thing. It takes a 'Wide Perspective' and a 'Tremendous amount of knowledge', both Local and International to 'Fill' 'Political Office'. Of course, on the 'Moral Side' one can also add, 'some degree' of 'Humility'. There's no Room for 'Egotism' at that 'Level' of 'Functioning and Importance'. In a 'Democracy', the 'Most Important aspect' of 'Governing' is the 'Freedom and Equality' of the 'Real Individuals' at the 'Bottom of the Entity'. Leaders of 'Poor Moral Stature' and 'Limited Intellectual Capacity' to 'Govern' do not belong at that 'Level of Functioning'. At that 'Level' its no longer about 'Ego, its about 'Service' and 'that Service' is to the 'Bottom' of the 'Political Entity'. 'Political Office' is a 'Great achievement', and it should be 'Limited' to 'Morally and Intellectually' 'Qualified Real Individuals'.

Of course, the 'Nature' of the 'Unitary Character' of the Bottom is 'Political', not 'Actual'. However, the 'Political' is split into 'two Political Parties'. Although the 'Many', as Individuals, 'constitute the 'Bottom', the variety of 'Voters' exist as 'Small' or 'Large Groups' of 'Individuals' within the 'Many', or the Individuals constituting the 'Bottom'. The Bottom is 'not One Individual' nor is it the 'Whole Collection' of 'Individuals', or some kind of 'Unit' which can be persuaded 'as a Whole'. 'Each Individual' has a 'Mind', a Body, Emotions and 'Each' is 'different'. Of course, all 'Humans' are 'Equally Human' but, as 'Real Individuals', each has many Personal 'variables'. Each is different. A 'Political appeal' for a 'Vote' in a Democracy is not a 'Science'. There is no 'Political Science'. Its more of a 'Psychological factor' than a 'Scientific one'. The 'Many' at the 'Bottom' consists of 'Individuals' with 'Many Individual Preferences'. Therein lies a dilemma. The 'Many Individuals' at the 'Bottom' are so different that the Bottom is beyond approach and Many 'Candidates for Office' know that. They also know that it takes a 'Lot of Money' to 'organize a Campaign'. That's why the Rich, the affluent; the 'Owners' of the Corporate structures, jump in the Race. They have the Money; the Bottom has the 'needs', so they make 'Promises' that appeal to certain sectors of the 'Population' and do so, for the sole purpose of getting the Vote. Sometimes they even give them a small 'Advantage' so long as its 'Financed' by 'Tax Money'. The 'Bottom' can be Influenced, but it has 'as many Variables' as it has 'Real Individuals'.

In our Democracy, the 'Form' of the 'Democracy' is set out in a 'Written constitution'. 'Other Forms' are also in writing and 'some are not'. A 'vital aspect' of 'any Government' are the 'distinctions' allowed between the 'Governors' and the 'Governed'; stated differently, the 'Top of the Institution' and the 'Bottom' of the Institution. That 'aspect of Government is what 'establishes' the different 'Types of Government': Democracy, Autocracy, Plutocracy, etc. The 'Top' of every Government has 'Political Power'; that is the 'Power' is 'Institutional', never 'Personal'. Only the 'Divine Right of Kings' had 'Personal Power'. The 'Bottom' of 'every Government' are the 'Many Peoples'. They are the 'Governed' and in a Democracy, the People have 'Institutional Freedom' and 'Institutional Equality'. Of course, the responsibilities of being 'Institutionally Free and Equal' are tremendous. Those Responsibilities are the 'aspects' of Institutional Government that allows 'Democratic Government' to function in keeping with its 'Descriptive Nature'. But, that 'Freedom and Equality' places 'tremendous pressures' on the 'Individuals' at the 'Bottom'. The 'Individuals'; Individually and as a Whole, are responsible for their 'Vote' and must bear the 'Consequences' of their 'choice'. No easy matter and the 'Politicians', the Candidates, the Rich, being aware of the Power of 'Persuasion', and of 'Advertising', and having 'Endless Monies', do not hesitate to use that 'Persuasion' and those Monies to get Elected. So that Freedom and Equality is not 'Free' and 'Immune' from those abuses. Its 'Easier' to 'convince' a 'Crowd' than an 'Individual'.

Well, there are no Qualifications as regards 'Knowledge and Competency'. The only criteria we have is that the Top must 'Govern' the 'Bottom'; 'not' 'Rule the Bottom'. In other words, being a Democracy, the Top must "promote the General Welfare". It must also Respect and Defend the 'Freedom and Equality' of every 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom'. So how does the 'Bottom' determine if this 'Candidate' is qualified to do that? Its not easy to determine. There may be a few things to look at, and to consider, but we never know the 'inner workings' of the 'Human Mind'. What should be obvious is that the Individual must understand that s/he must 'Govern', 'not Rule'; and s/he must reflect a certain 'Selflessness'. Selflessness and a desire to 'Serve the People' at the 'Bottom'. The most 'Powerful Office' at the 'Top' must Serve and Govern, and not Rule. It must 'Protect' the 'Freedom and Equality' of all Individuals. That raises a serious issue in a 'Corporate, Capitalistic Economy'. 'Business Corporations' generate lots of 'Profits'. They are 'designed' to do that; and only that; and being 'selfless' and practicing 'Freedom and Equality' at the Bottom will not 'motor the Economy'. 'That' is not 'very Profitable'. A Successful Businessman has a lot of trouble 'thinking Outside the Box'. So great care must be exercised by the 'Electorate' in 'choosing' a Leader who has been a 'Successful Businessman', a 'Billionaire', or a 'Millionaire'. 'Democratic Politics' and 'Governing' is an 'entirely different Game' from that of the 'Economy'.

Political terms are 'sometimes' chosen to emphasize a 'difference'; sometimes a 'small difference'. But, if 'Both Parties' are resolving a 'democratic Issue' and 'claiming' to have a 'democratic resolution', why the opposition? Unfortunately, behind every 'Political' Decision' or 'Resolution' there seems to lurk 'something else'. For example, the 'Virus' which involves, not only one Political Entity, but 'all the Political Entities' in the World. The 'Control' or 'cure' of the Virus involves the 'Human Condition' in the World. Its a 'terrible misunderstanding' to 'situate' the 'Viral problem' with a 'Political decision' or 'Party Loyalty'. Its a 'Human Problem' and I hope the 'Politicians' won't 'Divide Up' and 'Identify Themselves' along 'Party Lines'. Party 'Loyalty' does not have to exist, but it seems to raise its 'Egotistical Head' every-time a Human Being 'Thinks' and 'Talks'; not just in 'Politics', but in our 'Diurnal lives'. We have many 'Dichotomies' in 'Language usage'. Up/Down; Left/Right; Dark/Light; Small/Large; and also, 'Right/Wrong'; and 'Many' more. How Sad, we do not have the Intelligence to distinguish between some trivial, 'inflated Usage' and 'Political Party Affiliation'; nor between 'Political Usage' and the 'Human Condition'. I don't think the 'Virus' will ask if your 'Democrat or Republican'.

Wars usually arise from 'Political Trivialities', I repeat, the Virus does not 'discriminate'; it spreads everywhere; across 'Political Boundaries' and is 'Naturally' inclusive. 'Politicians' who see the 'Battle against the Virus' as a 'War' do not understand the 'Problem'. The Battle is not 'Ideological'; its 'Natural'. Politicians and Ideologues always 'differ' among themselves, usually on 'Ideological Grounds'. There are 'no Ideological distinctions' to be made on the 'Required Defense' to a 'Virus'. A Virus is a Virus; is a Virus; and it 'effects all of Humanity. The 'Defense' must be 'Natural' and 'Medical', not 'Political', i.e. not limited to 'National Boundaries' and particular 'Ideologies'; it must include all 'Human Beings'. Its a Time for 'Politicians' to work with 'Scientists' and the 'Medical Field'. Already, one begins to see and hear the 'Rumblings and Posture-ings between 'Democrats' and 'Republicans'. 'Agreements' and 'disagreements' with the so-called 'War' against the 'Virus'. If only they could really understand that the Labels 'Democrats', 'Republicans', are 'purely imaginary', 'Linguistic', 'Political' Labels'; look in the Mirror, what do you see, A 'Democrat'; a 'Republican'; or a 'Human Being'? How Sad: all 'Medical and Health' issues are becoming 'Politicalized'. The Virus is a Human Issue; Wake up.

The Test the World Faces is the Supreme Test; are 'Nations' able to set aside their 'Political Differences' and come together as 'Human Beings'. No Individual who faces the Virus today will understand any 'effort' that is 'not coordinated' between all the 'Peoples of the World'. The World, Humanity, must confront the Virus and eliminate its 'devastating effects'. Humanity can do 'no less'. Its a 'Time to set aside' Political Differences. Leaders of all Nations and their scientific Knowledge are highly qualified to confront the Virus, and any Nation whose Leader thinks more about the 'Political Situation' than the 'Human situation' should no longer serve as a 'Political Leader'. The 'People' of 'every Nation' know who they are and the People 'shall require' a 'Proper Response' to the 'People' of that 'Nation'. At the Proper Time, the People should condemn 'Politics' and its 'Political Ideology' for disregarding the 'Human Condition'. Its not a Time for 'Ignorance nor Misplaced Efforts'. The Human Condition 'must survive' and their 'Leaders' must 'answer to them'.

But, surely all 'Political Entities' acknowledge that they 'Represent' a People and that the 'Bottom' of their 'Institutional Structure' is the 'Actual Human Condition' of their 'Institutional Polity'. As Political Entities they are Responsible, to differing degrees, for the 'Base of Humanity' within their 'Political Boundaries'. After all, its 'their Part' of 'Humanity' and 'their People' also. Of course, I also refer to our 'Democracy'. After all, the very 'Essence of Democracy' is the 'Human Condition' being 'Governed'. All Polities must Relax their Institutional Structure, whether 'it' 'Governs' or 'Rules', and give 'Priority' to the 'Human Condition'. We're all in the 'Same Boat'. The 'Boat', the 'World', 'Humanity', is in Danger. This is no longer 'Politics', nor does it endanger the 'Political Differences' between our 'Political Structures', it endangers You and I. 'Some of 'us', and maybe You and I, will Survive, but we'll never be the Same. What happened? Well, our Technology has become so sophisticated that we have become 'Neighbors', 'no longer Strangers', nor 'Humans' from a 'Different Nation'. You and I can 'visit' any Part of the 'World' in a 'matter of Minutes' and we visit the 'Humanity' as well as the 'Polity'. Its time we Wake Up and 'Understand', our 'Nationalities' may be 'different', but we are 'all' Human Beings and we live in the 'same World'. Lets Hope and Pray that all the 'Political leaders' can 'End' the 'Political Machinations' and 'focus' on 'Our Humanity', after all, We're all in the Same World.

The 'Human Condition' has to Survive; 'Politics' can be Replaced. 'Democrats' and 'Republicans' can be Replaced. Any 'Political Entity' can be replaced and so can 'Its Ideology'. Consider this Possibility. All Political Ideologies and Leaders begin to emphasize the importance of the survival of the 'Bottom' of 'their Political Entity, or, more specifically, the 'Human Beings' that 'occupy' such Bottom. That does not mean they 'forget', 'change' or 'give up' their 'Ideology'; it only means that the 'Political Nature' of its 'Institutional Entity' is 'relaxed' and a 'different aspect' of the same Entity is 'emphasized'; not changed, not replaced. In other words, the 'Human Condition' takes priority. This applies to the Big Corporations also. Its said we live in a 'Corporate Society'; so now is the 'Time' to 'demonstrate that'. Have you noticed how some very 'Rich Individuals' have begun to 'contribute, towards the 'Eradication' of the 'Virus'? They don't have too, yet 'there they are'. Where are the 'Huge Corporations' or the so-called 'Constitutional Persons' that actually 'function' in the 'area' of 'medical Care' and the 'Production of Drugs and Medicines'. Why do they wait on 'Government actions', and 'Most Important', where is the 'So called' 'Democratic' Government, a Government 'Of the People', 'By the People' and 'For the People'. 'Of the People' only means the 'Individual' at the 'Bottom' has 'occupied the Top of Power'. 'By the People' only means that 'Individual' 'runs' or 'does' the 'Governing'. What happened to 'For the People'? That means 'all Governing' is 'For the General Welfare'. If the 'Top' is not concerned with 'protecting the general Welfare', its time to change the 'Top'. The Top has the 'where-with-al' to 'apply' 'Intelligent Governing' to the 'Problematic'. Where is the 'Humanity' and the 'Intelligence' of all our Leaders?

Survival is the 'Bottom Line' for the Human Condition. That Issue has become important in todays World. Todays Humanity is being threatened by 'Disease'. The 'Human Condition' consists of 'Real Individuals', 'Real Persons', not 'Constitutional Persons'; who rapidly 'Gathered' into a 'Condition of Togetherness'. At First, 'small Groups' were Formed and 'finally', they Formed into 'Political Entities'. As Political Entities each established its own 'Form of Government' with 'Political Power' at the 'Top' and the 'Condition of Togetherness' at the 'Bottom'. The 'Top' is 'Institutional' and the 'Bottom' is 'Natural'. But, all Political Entities have 'Political Power' at the Top. Hence, each 'Political Entity' Governs the 'Bottom', or its 'People' at the Bottom. But, its the Human Condition, or the Natural, that is being threatened by the Virus. In spite of the 'Differences' of the 'Governmental Nature' of each 'Institution' and the 'Nature' of the 'Human Condition', their has to be a 'Response' and that must be either 'Political' or 'Humanitarian', or a Combination of 'Both'. Clearly, this is not a case for 'Politics'. Its a case for World Survival of the 'Human Condition' or the 'Natural'. Nature does not 'discriminate' between 'Human beings'. The 'Problematic' involves the entire Human Condition. Humans 'must consolidate' and use every aspect of their 'knowledge' to Win the Battle against the Virus. It's a Human Problem, hence its a 'Human Decision'. This is not a time for Politics. Surely all Political Entities are able to 'relax' their 'Political Postures'; and exercise a little 'Human Compassion'. Where are the 'Genuine' Human Beings?

But, then again, neither do the 'Real Individuals' at the 'Bottom' of 'each Entity'. 'Political Ideologies' are the 'fundamental structures' that 'underwrite' all Political Entities. They are all 'Governmental Institutions' and Each one is Different and each assumes a separate 'Ideological' 'Form of Governing'. All 'Problematics' within any Nation requires a Response which, normally, is in keeping with the underlying 'Ideological Structure'. That makes each Nation 'Politically Independent'. But, when the 'World' or 'Humanity' is threatened by a 'Common Enemy' such as the 'Corona Virus, its time to 'relax' 'Political Stances' and Assume a more 'Humane Stance'. 'All' Human Beings are in Danger. The Issue becomes, how do we resolve this issue? Our Politics is 'Institutional', our Humanity is 'Natural'. Our Nature Binds us into a 'Condition of Togetherness' which 'cannot be separated' by 'Political Units' or 'Ideologies'. Although all Humans exist within 'Political Boundaries', our 'Nature' is all the 'Same' and clearly 'distinguishable' from Ideologies. Neither 'Nationality, Race, Color, or Creed' separates the 'Natural Condition'. Nature is just Nature and Human Nature is being threatened. Our 'survival depends' on the 'Human Condition' and not 'Political Ideologies'.

It seems that 'The Many Peoples' at the 'Bottom' of 'every' Political Entity could combine their efforts to 'Combat the Virus'. Its a 'World thing' not a 'National Thing'. Since its not Political, it cannot be Ideological and hence effects 'all Humanity', and that requires a 'World Effort' to combine their 'scientific knowledge' and 'contribute' to finding a way to stop this terrible Virus. Surely, Humanity is capable of setting aside 'Petty Political Differences', or, 'Not so Petty Differences' to combat a threat to the 'Human Condition'. The Culprit is 'Dangerous', the Culprit is 'Invisible' and the 'Culprit' Wants 'Humans', 'not Ideologies', and the Human Condition is 'not Prepared' to engage it in 'Combat'. 'All Political Entities' should work together and combine all their 'Individual Scientific knowledge'. Of course, the 'First Step' is to Understand what 'causes it' and then to 'Share the Results' and then, contribute towards its Eradication. The 'Bottom' of all 'Political Entities' must work with each Other and all Political Differences must be set aside, even if its just for the 'Duration'. The 'Peoples of the World', 'all People', and the 'Planet', are 'more Important' than any 'Particular Political Ideology' and a way to fight this Virus must be Found. Truly, we're all in the 'Same Boat', but that 'Boat' is in Danger. We cannot have any 'Big Ego's' in the Boat, nor 'Uninformed', nor 'Misinformed Leaders'. Its no longer about 'Politics', nor about 'Boats', its about 'Humanity'.

'Political Entities' acquired 'Identifications' and 'Reputations' in 'accordance' with the 'Type of Government' each 'selected', whether out of 'Necessity or Choice'. Each Political Entity remains autonomous within its Boundary; and 'Each Other Nation' respects that 'Boundary' and that 'Autonomy'. Understandably, there's 'Safety in Numbers'. Today there's also 'Political Groupings' between Nations and a 'Different Politics' 'Governs' each 'Nation'. So much for 'Politics'. But, now the 'World' has a 'Common Enemy'. It doesn't respect 'Political Boundaries', nor 'Differences' in the 'Human Condition'. Both, Nations and their 'Politics', and the 'Human Condition', are its 'Target'. Yes, the 'World' has a 'Common Enemy'. Is the 'World' capable of fighting a 'Common Enemy'. One would think that under such circumstances, The 'Many' or 'The Peoples' of the 'World' could 'Unify' their 'effort' to 'combat this Virus'. But, its not that simple. The People or the Bottom now have an Identity and a 'Polity'. A 'Polity' and a 'Politics' that 'seems more important' than the 'Human Condition'. The basis of all 'Political Entities' is to 'Organize' and 'Protect their People'. But, now its no longer about 'Political Ideology', it, literally, has become a 'Matter of Life or Death'. Where is the 'Humanity' in 'Human Leaders'?

Understandably, Political Science is not an 'Easy Science'; of course, everyone knows its 'not even' a 'Science'. But, I use the term in a 'pejorative sense'. Politics 'should not' be about Divisions, it should be about 'Real Governing' and 'Real Governing' means Governing the 'Entire Bottom' of the Political Entity. There is 'no Science' of the 'Bottom' of 'any Political Entity', because every 'Real Individual' is 'Real'. Of course, some 'Autocratic Forms' don't worry about that. They see their 'function' as one to 'Rule the Bottom', not 'Govern it'. For any Person, on either side of the Political Spectrum, to call its discipline a Science' is pretty much an 'Individual' 'Patting Her/himself on the back'. Governing is about 'People' in a 'Condition of Togetherness', not about a 'People' divided into 'Political Parties'. Government 'Governs People' not 'Parties'. The Bottom of a Democracy is not constituted by 'Parties'; its constituted by 'Real Individuals'. That's why its called the 'One and the Many'. Somewhere along the way, someone saw the 'need for an 'Institution of Government'. But, the need for Government does not mean the Bottom has to split. 'Democrat' and 'Republican' are abstractions and a more 'solid foundation' could be an 'Ideology' that 'really addresses' the 'One and the Many'; one that really sees the 'Bottom', 'all of it', as constituted by 'Human Beings', 'not Political Parties'. That could make Politics more Humane.

That position 'should only be occupied' by a 'Selfless Politician' or Individual who has the 'Intelligence to Govern' for the 'General Welfare'. 'Prejudicial Politics' and 'inhumane exercises of Power' should not be allowed by 'Law' and there should be a manner of enforcing that Law. There may be different manners of Governing, but that does not mean that anyone in such a Position can exercise 'Political Power' and 'exclude the Bottom'. A 'Republican President' or a 'Democratic President' must 'Govern' the 'Many Peoples' at the 'Bottom'. A 'Republican President' doesn't just Govern Republicans and a 'Democratic President' doesn't just Govern Democrats. The 'Many at the Bottom' has nothing to do with being 'Democrat' or being 'Republican'. The 'Governed' are the 'Real Individuals' being Governed. Some may be 'Democrats' and some may be 'Republicans' and some may 'not care to be either'. But, the Governing applies to the 'Many People' at the Bottom. The 'General Welfare' of the 'Bottom' is the 'Essence of Democracy' and not the 'General Welfare' of the 'Democrats' or the 'Republicans'. 'Party Loyalty' is 'misplaced Loyalty' to a 'Political label'. Of course, being a Democracy, 'anyone' can Run for Office but, just there 'Lurks' the Possibility that the 'Candidate for Power' does not have the 'Intelligence' to be the 'Leader' of a 'Democratic Nation'. Consider this; an Individual has the 'Money, lots of Money', to conduct a 'Political Campaign' for 'High Office'. Assume that Individual belongs to a Political Party, 'either Party', and is backed by the Party, or assume S/he does 'not belong' to any 'Political Party'. How is the 'Individual' at the 'Bottom' to know if the Person is qualified to 'Govern a Democracy'; a 'Democracy' where 'Each' and 'Every' Real Individual is 'Free and Equal'? Remember, 'Business Corporations' are 'Legal Fictions'; they're not 'Real Persons'. The Top Governs a Democracy where the 'Bottom' is composed by 'Real Individuals'. How do we Monitor such a dilemma. There have to be Rules, Laws, Governing the 'Qualifications' for such Office Candidates. Not just Anyone can Govern a Democracy; not just Anyone should be a Candidate.

The 'Real Individual' or 'Person' does not give up his 'Individuality' nor his 'Humanity' by becoming a part of the 'Condition of Togetherness'. The very basis of Democracy are the Many at the Bottom of the Political Entity. But, that 'Many' exists in a 'Condition of togetherness'. No one Individual can exist 'alone' and still claim to exist in a Political Entity. Everyone is an 'Individual' but also a part of the 'Social', and of the 'Condition', and of the 'Polity'. 'Individuality' in 'Togetherness' and 'Togetherness in Individuality'. The result is that Politically, each and every Real Individual is 'Free and Equal'. No Real Individual Losses anything be being a member of the 'Condition at the Bottom'. Hence, Governing means Governing the whole Condition in its 'Togetherness'. No 'Racial discrimination'; no 'Favoritism' and no 'Republican Way' nor 'Democratic Way'. The Top is obligated to treat the Bottom as consisting of 'Real Individuals'. Hence Political Policies and the acts of Governing must apply to all Real Individuals. What better example of a 'Condition' requiring 'Real Governing' than the 'present Pandemic'. No 'discrimination', no 'Favoritism', no 'Democrat', no 'Republican', and no 'Politics' at a time like Today. This is not a time for Politics; for Differences; or Petty political Differences and Political Innuendo. This is a time for 'Real Leadership'. The Top is Power, it must Lead; it cannot ignore the 'Real Individual' at the 'Bottom'. To do so is not Leadership; its not even 'Good Politics', and it certainly is 'not Humane'. Where are the Real Leaders?

In a 'Democratic Polity' the only way to 'Feel' ones 'accomplishments' is to 'experience Freedom and Equality'.

In a Democratic Polity, the only way to 'Feel' ones 'accomplishments' is to 'genuinely experience' 'Freedom and Equality'. Freedom and Equality are the essence of Democracy and Democracy is the 'only Form of government' that can 'organize itself' into a Government 'Of the People', 'by the People' and 'for the People'. Most all Other Forms of Government have a Top that is 'Authoritarian' in Nature or have a 'descending degree' of 'Authority' that runs from the 'Top' to the 'Bottom'. In a Democracy, the 'Power at the Top' 'arises' from the 'Bottom'. 'Experiencing' Freedom and Equality is the only manner of 'experiencing some kind of 'Democratic Spirit'. But, as has been pointed out, 'Quantification' twists things around and we find ourselves preoccupied with 'how much Money do I have'. Of course, not everyone 'Feels' this way, but changing a conversation from the 'Social' to the 'Economic', or the 'Quantifiable', easily 'slides' into the 'Haves' and the 'Have-nots'. Its 'Freedom' and 'Equality' that characterizes the 'Bottom of a Democracy'. Of course, that also requires 'Law and Order'. Without 'Law and Order' the 'Bottom' cannot hold as a 'Condition of Togetherness' and a 'Condition of togetherness' really 'needs' a 'genuine experience' of Freedom and Equality. That 'Genuine Experience' furnishes the 'Social Glue' that 'solidifies' the 'Bottom of a Democracy'. Hence, the 'Real Individuality' of the 'so-called Many' is unified in 'Togetherness', in a 'Social', at the 'Bottom'.

We 'Count' our successes and we 'Feel' our everyday accomplishments.

We 'Count' our 'Successes' and we 'Feel' our 'everyday accomplishments'. But, our 'everyday accomplishments' should include our 'Successes'. There is no need for separation. To separate 'Success' from 'Accomplishment' is to switch 'Vocabulary' in the 'middle of the Day' or the 'middle of the Road'. Of course, that 'still works', and its 'Great', but the 'switch' is a 'Reorientation' and a 'Reflection' from a 'Quantifiable' to a 'Good Feeling'. A Good feeling is an 'Emotional State'; a person Feels Good' or is Sad, unhappy, or feels down, for many different Reasons. That same Person considers H/her Self a Success if H/S has lots of that 'More and more of the Same',i.e., Money. Money is a quantifiable term and belongs 'more' on the 'Economic side' of 'any discussion'. It certainly has its proper place; and I'm not trying to replace it when used properly, but if its misused it can certainly create a depressing 'Feeling State'. But, notice how 'every 'successful Person' seems to equate success with the amount of Money S/he 'Possess'. That would be the 'Forbes List'. That can also be called the 'Haves and the Have-nots'. That's our Social Condition. Also notice that we have a 'Minimum Wage'. Why is that 'necessary' if not for the Fact that 'employers' would Work the 'Working People' to death, or at a very 'Low Wage'. The Top of Government needs 'some Control' over 'those Factors'. We often admire the 'Pyramids' that were build and say we 'couldn't build one of those' today. ( How much were they getting Paid or is that an Issue?) And consider how much Labor was extracted from Black Human Beings in Early America? We need to stop 'counting' and start considering the 'General Welfare'. The 'General Welfare' includes everyone, regardless of Race, Color or Creed and the factor that holds it together is 'Freedom and Equality'.

To transform a 'Social' vocabulary into an 'Economic' vocabulary is to 'Transform' Democracy into 'Haves and Have-nots'.

To transform a 'Social Vocabulary' into an 'Economic one' is to Transform 'Democracy' into "Haves and Haves-Nots' and the 'Forbes List'. We must retain the 'Unique Language' of 'Democracy for the 'Bottom' of a Democracy. Economic Language is a 'numbers Game' that does not function in Democratic Dialogue. But, a 'Social Vocabulary' refers to the 'Condition of togetherness' that exists at the 'Bottom' of the 'Polity'. That Condition is formed from the 'Many', viz. the 'Real Human condition' that must 'live in togetherness'. Of course, the Economy and Economic Discourse is important when referring to 'production' and 'profits'. But, 'humanity' must exist in a 'Condition' that helps 'perpetuate' the 'General Welfare'. That includes an Economic aspect of the Togetherness. But, its the 'Condition itself' and as a 'whole' that requires the proper 'Mandate' to 'assist' in the 'General Welfare'. That 'Generality' is the 'Togetherness of the Condition'. The economy can be adequate or inadequate in satisfying that Condition. But, calling a 'Business corporation' a 'Person in Contemplation of Law', merely helps the Entity to get Protection as it helps performs its 'Social Obligation'. Nevertheless, we must be careful never to confuse the 'Many' at the 'Bottom' and their need of the 'General Welfare' with the 'Economic Game' of 'Who's' on 'First'?

A 'Social' should not 'transform' into an 'Economy'.

Every 'Political Entity' has a 'Social' and an 'Economy'; but a 'Social' should never transform into an 'Economy'. A Social is a loosely knit Bottom of 'Real Human Beings' that is always in 'Motion' and enjoys the 'Fruits' of a 'Democratic Political Entity'. Those 'Fruits' are the everyday 'results' of 'Social Interactions' of 'Freedom and Equality' with 'Other' Real Human Beings'. But, an 'Economy', never functions in 'Freedom and Equality' because its motivated and activated by 'Competition'. It requires 'Focus', 'Dedication' and an 'Augmented' 'Corporate Nature'; all of which are 'Wrapped' in a 'Competitive Spirit', which 'generates Profits'. Business Corporations are 'Profit Machines'. Of course, they also generate the necessary 'Items' that 'Real Humans' need for existing in the Social. These 'Factors and Goods' help the 'Social' to exist at a 'certain Economic Level'. The End Result is a 'Social' at a 'definable level' of accomplishment. But, the result of 'Comparison' between 'Real Individuals', on the level of Small Businesses, Jobs, Salaries, employed, unemployed, etc. and the 'comparison' with the 'Corporate Natures' in the 'Social' seems to 'color' the 'Social' with huge amounts of Money. Some Corporations generate more Money than all the 'Human employees' and 'Jobs, and 'professions' in the 'Social'. That gives the 'Social' an 'Economic Façade' of being a 'Corporate Society'. We are not a 'Corporate Society'. We are a 'Civil Society' of 'Real Human Beings' which constitutes the Bottom of a political Entity and we have 'created' 'Artificial Business Entities' formed into a 'Business Corporation'. They are 'Persons' but, only 'in contemplation of Law'. They do not experience 'Life' in the 'Social' like 'Real Humans' do. 'Business Corporations' are 'necessary', but they are not 'Real'.

Business Corporations are 'essential'; but they are not 'Real Persons'. We may be called a 'Corporate Society', but in Reality we are a 'Civil Society' living alongside of 'Corporate Persons'. The 'Bottom' or the 'Condition of togetherness' is Real, its 'Human' and not some Officially Declared 'Person'; and 'All Human-ness' Lives in a 'Condition of Togetherness'. Humanity; Lives, suffers, hungers, need shelters, and needs 'Civil' and 'Political Organization'. 'Every 'Civil Organization' needs a 'Political Organization' and every 'Civil Organization' needs a 'Social', an 'Economy', and 'Civic Organizations'. Fortunately, 'Business Corporations' were 'created' to 'centralize Productivity' and help 'provide' for the 'General Welfare'. But, that is an 'Economic Activity', and we cannot 'mix' the 'Real' with the 'Humanly Constructed'. All 'Human Constructions' are 'not Real'. We can call them 'Persons in Contemplation of Law', for the Purpose of Constitutional Protection, but they are not 'Real Persons'. We cannot forget that distinction because we are mixing the 'Human' with the 'Institutional'. That could create a 'neglect' of the Bottom of the Social that is in need of 'help' and a 'focus on Economic Activity' that 'Equates Monetary Success' with 'Human Success'. If that happens, we have increased the 'importance of the Economic' over the importance of 'Democracy'. Democracy is a 'Polity' "of the People", "by the People", and "For the People". Notice, its 'For the People', not for the 'Corporations' or, 'for the Rich'.

The 'Political Top' is 'Responsible' for the 'Bottom'; i.e. the 'Real Persons' in the 'Condition of Togetherness'.

Those 'Real Individuals' are 'Natural Born Persons' and they constitute the 'Social', A.K.A. the 'Condition of togetherness'. They are Real! But, the 'Business Corporation' is not 'Natural Born', nor is it a 'Real Person'. Its a 'Person' only in 'Contemplation of Law'. Its a 'Legal Fiction', but a 'Fiction' non the Less. Its not even part of the 'Social'. The 'Social' is the 'Bottom' and the 'Bottom' are the 'Many'; the Many 'Real Individuals' living in a 'Condition of Togetherness'. The 'Business Corporation' is 'Part' of the 'Economy'; its an Economic 'Entity' which is 'declared' a 'Person' in 'Contemplation of Law'. How far are we going to take this? Will it have all the same 'Constitutional Rights' as a 'Real Person'? Our Society is already described as a 'Corporate Society'. The Business Corporation has only 'one function'; to make 'Profits'. It's a 'Money Making Machine'. Its 'Huge' and has 'displaced' most of the 'Economic Activity' in the 'Social'. It has re-described the 'Haves' and the 'Have-nots'. The 'Haves' even have a 'List' that describes who's 'Number One' and Who's 'Number Two' on the List of the 'Richest Individuals' in the 'Nation'. Its called The Forbes List. Are we headed towards a Plutocracy?

'Persons' is a 'Term' that has come a Long Way: from 'Natural' to the 'Constitutional'.

'Persons' is a 'Term' that has come a Long Way; from a 'Natural Status' to a 'Constitutional Status'. First we had the 'Dilemma' of the 'One and the Many'. Of course that referred to all the 'Human Beings' that occupied the 'Polity'. The 'One', at the Top, was an 'Individual' and the 'Many' were all the 'Individuals' at the 'Bottom'. How does One Individual 'Position Himself' at the 'Top' of a 'Multiplicity of Individuals'; by what 'Right', or by what 'Authority'? If 'everyone' 'seemed' to be the 'same', what 'distinguished' 'someone' who positions 'Himself' at the 'Top' or, for that matter, at the 'Bottom'. The 'Many' have always needed each Other, or at least, they needed to 'get along'. They also needed 'Guidance' or some sort of 'Organization'. It appears that the 'Prolific Nature' of the 'Human Condition', early on, established the need for an 'Institution' that 'Governs' or 'Rules'. Hence, the Arising of the 'Political Institution of Government' established at the 'Top' of the 'Condition of Togetherness'. The end Result was many Different Forms of 'Government', each with a Leader, 'The Wisest', 'the Strongest', the Warriors, 'The Divine Right of Kings', Autocracy, Plutocracy, Oligarchy, and Democracy. But, it was not until the Democratic Form that the 'Many People' at the bottom were characterized as the 'Body-Politic'. The 'People' constituted the 'Political Entity'. It was 'they' who elected 'Someone' to occupy the 'Top of power'. Both the 'Top and the Bottom' constituted the 'Political Entity'. The 'Bottom' were all 'Natural Persons' and the Top was a 'Natural Person'. 'Business Corporations' are not 'Natural'. They are 'Incorporated Business Entities'; They are not even 'Political Entities'. They are 'Economic Entities'. Does this change the 'Nature' of the 'Human Condition'? Of course not! Does it change the 'Nature' of 'Economic Entities'. Of course, it does.

A 'Top' that does not 'Govern' the 'General Welfare' of the 'Bottom' is not a 'Democratic Top'.

The most important 'Duty of the Top' of a 'Political Entity' is to 'Govern' the 'Welfare of the Bottom'. A 'Top' that does not dedicate itself to 'Governing', is not a 'Political Top' and a 'Top' that does not dedicate itself to 'Governing the General Welfare' is not a 'Democracy'. Of course, there are many different 'types' of Political Entities and 'each' has different views about what constitutes 'Governing'. But, all Political Tops exist 'only' as 'Forms' of 'Government'. A 'Political Top' has no other 'Reason for existing' and any 'Top' that purports to exist without a 'Peoples' at the 'Bottom' cannot, in reality, exist. Why? Because the 'Many' or the 'Peoples' at the 'Bottom' need 'Governing', or 'Someone', or 'Something', to 'Govern' them. It is they who create the 'Institution of the Top'. There are no 'Empty' 'Political Entities'. A 'Top' cannot exist without a 'Bottom'. A 'Bottom of the Many' cannot Govern itself. Hence every 'Political Entity' needs a 'Bottom' and every 'Bottom' needs a 'Top'. The 'Relation' that connects the 'Top' to the 'Bottom' also connects the 'Bottom and the Top'. Of course, some 'Forms of Government' have a 'Relation' that only connects from the 'Top to the Bottom'. That's not a Democracy. In a Democracy that same 'Political Relation' also connects the 'Bottom to the Top'.

The 'Business Corporation' helps provide for the 'General Welfare'; The 'Polity' is necessary to 'Govern' the Individuals at the Bottom.

As the 'Polity' Governs and provides for the 'Needs and Necessities' of the 'Bottom' viz. the 'Real Persons' that exist within the 'Nation-State'; the 'Business Corporation' contributes by providing for the 'Products, Housing, Foods, Clothing', and the 'Medical Necessities' that arise in the daily-struggle to 'live' in the 'Condition of Togetherness'. Of course, the Nation is just as 'Responsible' for the provision of 'Agencies' that 'Preserve' and 'Protect' the 'Populace' as a 'Whole' as the 'Individuals' are responsible to provide for the necessities of the 'Family Unit'. An Individual or 'Person' that does not provide for His/her 'Family Unit' is as derelict as the 'Nation' that does not provide for the 'General Welfare' as well as the 'Health and Prosperity' of the 'Bottom'. So where are the Agencies that should be handling National Problems like 'Pandemics'? The Top 'serves' the Bottom. To say it differently; the Nation is responsible for the Bottom and serves the 'Health and Welfare' of the Many 'Peoples at the Bottom'. The Agencies necessary to provide for such 'health catastrophes' should be the 'Governmental Agencies' most 'prominent and conspicuous' in the 'Polity'. To change the function of those 'Agencies' or to 'not provide' funds for such 'Agencies' and 'catastrophes' is to change the 'Nature' of a Democracy.

The sole reason for the existence of the 'Business Corporation' is 'Profits'. No Profits; no Corporation. The 'Corporate Person' 'expands', grows 'Larger', as it generates 'more Profits'. The 'Corporate Person' 'Grows' as it becomes 'more Productive'. The more 'Profits' the 'Larger' the Corporation. More Profits equals more Growth; Larger Buildings. A Human Being can become 'more Rich' but he cannot 'Grow' as can the 'Corporate Person'. Corporate Growth is 'commensurable' with their Profits. The More Profits the Larger the 'Entity'. Humans can't do that, the 'More Profits' the 'Richer the Owners', but they are never 'Larger'. The Human Condition can acquire 'different characteristics', and can get 'Rich and Richer', but S/He cannot become a 'Larger Human Being'. Once a Human Being, always a Human Being. All Human Beings at the Bottom of any Political Entity are 'Free and Equal'. But, 'Corporate Persons' are 'Economic Entities'. Hence, 'small business' equals small profits; 'larger Business', equals large Profits; Larger Buildings equals 'larger Profits'. The 'Huge Buildings' now becomes a 'Money Making Machine' by producing 'things', 'materials', 'necessities' that 'everyone' at the Bottom of a 'Political Entity' needs. The end result? 'Too Big to fail'. We become dependent on our own 'necessities','Illusions', and 'Creations'. We create our Heavens and our Hells.

The Business Corporation or 'Constitutional Person' can be 'modified' by Enlarging Its Purpose Clause.

The 'Business Corporation' or 'Constitutional Person' can be modified by 'Enlarging' its 'Purpose clause'. 'Human Nature' or 'The Human Condition' cannot be Modified. A 'Human Being' will always be a 'Human Being'; but, his 'Personality' or 'Persona' are 'acquired characteristics' and hence, can be 'Constituted', or 'Modified', for 'Better' or 'Worst'. 'Personalities' are multitudinous, but their underlying 'Humanity' always remains intact. A Personality can change and become 'better' adjusted to its surroundings. But, it will always be an 'Expression of the Human Condition'. The Nature of the 'Constitutional Person' is determined by its 'Purpose Clause'. If its a 'Business Corporation' it will always be a 'Business Corporation', but its 'Specific Function' is set out in its 'Purpose Clause'. The only way to modify or change its Purpose Clause is dependent on the Owners or Stock-Holders. It takes a 'Real Human Being', or a 'Few Human Beings' to change a 'Constitutional Person' or a 'Person in contemplation of Law'. But, such a change is Possible. Of course, the change can be in the direction of its becoming a 'better expression' of the 'General Welfare'. As it exists now, its sole Purpose is the 'making of Profits'. It should expand its 'Purpose' to include subsidiary Branches that include 'Non-Monetary Contributions' to the "General Welfare" and the "Blessings of Liberty".

The Human Condition can be 'Improved'; Corporate 'Personhood' can be 'Changed' and 'Improved'.

The Human Condition 'cannot' be 'Changed' but, it can be 'Improved'; Corporate 'Personhood' can be 'Changed' and 'Improved'. The Function of the Political Top is to 'Govern' and to 'provide for the 'general Welfare' and help 'secure the Blessings of Liberty'; but, Human Beings will be Human Beings, hence an 'added incentive' becomes important. Of course, the Top has 'Power, but it also has a 'Responsibility to its Citizens'. The 'Social' and 'Economic conditions' can be a 'very important' inducement to 'change' one's 'Persona'. This is a where a 'Corporate Person' can provide some kind of 'Inducement'. Instead of just being a 'Profits Machine', it can become more 'Functional' and can 'Participate' in the 'Functioning' and the 'attainment' of the 'General Welfare Clause'. In this way, the 'Corporate Powers' are 'expanded' and the 'results' can be included in a more 'Proper Functioning' and to 'help' towards the 'achievement' of the 'General Welfare Clause'. In this way, we can have a 'Corporate Person' also included in the 'Functioning' and the 'Attainment' of the 'General Welfare'. But, we must be careful. This aspect of 'Corporate Personhood' cannot be 'mistaken' for 'governing'. 'Corporations cannot Govern'. But, their 'Functions' can be modified by modifying their 'Purpose Clause'. If a Corporation can be a 'Person' in 'contemplation of Law', it can also be a 'Good Citizens'. Human Beings can compete with other Human Beings, but they cannot compete with a 'Business Corporation'.

The Human Condition cannot be 'changed'; Corporate 'Person-Hood' can.

The 'Human Condition' cannot be changed; Corporate 'Person Hood' can. A Human Being will always be a 'Human being', or a 'Real Person', but a 'Corporate Entity' can be 'changed' or 'created' by merely 'modifying' the 'Corporate Charter'. Corporate Person-Hood is a Legal Entity created by Human Beings. We already have 'Many Different Corporate Structures' that exist and that function in many 'different areas' of the 'Social'. Each has its 'particular function' and is pretty much 'tied' to that Function. A Corporate Entity that is not successful 'does not exist'. Its Legally Dissolved. Corporate Entities do not have a 'Life' of their own. Their 'solitary existence' serves a 'certain purpose' and if that 'Purpose' is no longer 'Socially Necessary'; neither is the Corporate Entity. A Corporate Entity does not have a 'Personality'; it has a 'Specific Purpose' for Existence. Hence, if a 'Corporate Entity' is too 'serve another Function' it, on its own, cannot change or improve the direction or character of its 'Charter' or 'Person-Hood'. That's why a 'Business Corporation's Charter' can be changed to include other 'Social Necessities'. Instead of just being a 'Person' in Contemplation of Law, one that just Produces, Manufacture's, and 'Makes Profits', it can be a 'Better Citizen'. Why and what for? Business Corporations create an unbalanced Economy by being a 'money Making Machine'. But, they can also contribute to the "general Welfare" of the Social as well as the Economy. If they're going to be 'Persons', they might as well be 'better Citizens'.

People can 'change'; Business Corporations need to be 'changed'.

'People' can change their behavior; Business Corporations cannot. 'Human Beings' are capable of 'change', whereas Business Corporations need to be 'changed' by 'Real Persons'. Those 'Real Persons' are the 'Owners' or 'Stock-holders' of the 'Business Corporation'. Although a Business Corporation is considered as 'a Person' in 'contemplation of Law', it has no 'volition of its own'. Its a 'Legal fiction' which means its a 'Legally Fabricated Fiction'. Consequently, we have the 'Social' and the 'Legal Requirements' that it be 'treated as a Person'. The 'Business Corporate Entity' is an ingenious 'Invention'; an Invention that helps perpetuate 'Profits' by enlarging and enhancing their 'Corporate Grasp', and at the same time, by being 'Protected' by the 'Constitution'. 'Real Persons' have 'volition' and can 'Create' or 'Destroy', be 'Successful' or a 'Failure', or 'Greedy. 'Corporate Persons' cannot create or destroy. They can only 'Produce', 'manufacture', and make 'Profits'. They are 'Money Making Machines' and no Natural Human Being can compete with them. Hence, the 'appearance' is created that its the 'Corporate Structure' that is 'Greedy' and not the Humans who operate it. This separates 'economic success' from 'Human Striving'. Of course, the Corporation is a 'Success' because its the 'Largest Economic Entity' in the World; an Economic Entity that can 'Make Profits', or be 'Dissolved'. It cannot help, but to do what it does. So, 'What' or 'Who' is Greedy?

Business Corporations contribute to the Economic Welfare of the Political Entity.

'Business Corporations' contribute to the 'Economic Welfare' of a Political Entity. But there sole function is to Manufacture, Produce, and make Profits. They have no other 'Democratic Duties'. Of course, there are other types of 'Corporations' that serve more 'Humanitarian Functions' in the 'Social'; but, they are not 'Profit Making machines'. Their Function is 'more Humanitarian'. Their 'particular function' is also a 'sole Function' and limits the activity of the Corporation, which is set out in the 'Purpose Clause' of the 'Articles of Incorporation'. All these Corporations 'populate' the 'Bottom' of a Political Entity and give the Entity its 'Political Tenor'. The 'Corporate Persons' 'live' among the 'Real Persons' at the 'Bottom' of the Political Entity. But, the 'Business Corporation' is the one that generates the most 'Profits' because 'Business' is about 'Staying in 'Business', and because it has no 'Other Democratic Function'. Economic Language 'replaces' Political Language of 'Freedom and Equality' as the 'Dominant' Political language. The 'Language of Politics' is replaced by 'Economic Principles' and 'Economic Language' of the 'Haves and the Have-Nots'. The 'Economy' in the 'Social' becomes 'Lop-sided'; it becomes dominated by 'Profits' and the 'Haves and Have-Nots', and the 'Language of Democracy'; the 'Political Language' of 'Freedom and Equality' is 'Forgotten' and 'Replaced' by 'Money'..... Where are the 'Real Politicians'?

How do 'Corporate Persons' become more 'Democratic' ? By helping to "Form a more perfect Union".

How do 'Corporate Persons become more 'Democratic'? By helping to "Form a more perfect Union"; and helping to promote 'the general Welfare', and helping to "secure the Blessings of Liberty". Of course, these provisions are already in the Constitution. True. But the 'Economic Person' or Business Corporation is not a 'Political Entity'; nor a 'Natural Person'; and it does not have to 'carry out' 'Constitutional Duties'. Its an 'Economic Entity' and it has been declared a 'Person in contemplation of Law'. A Business Economic Entity is not a Political Entity and its 'sole Function' is to 'Produce', 'Manufacture' and 'make Profits'; which it does in exemplary fashion. Its an Economic, 'Profit Making' Machine. A 'Real Person' cannot compete with a 'Constitutional Person'; but, a 'Constitutional Person' can help 'Real Persons'. How? By helping to "promote the General Welfare"; and "Secure the Blessings of Liberty". In other words, other than just 'Producing', 'selling' and 'making Profits', it can contribute to the 'General Welfare' by establishing 'Departments' within its 'Incorporated Nature', that 'contributes', 'helps' and 'assists' those 'Real Persons' who are unable to help themselves. They can help to 'Promote the general Welfare', while 'securing the Blessings of Liberty' for the 'most unfortunate'. I'm not referring to 'Equality' and 'Hand-outs'; only a 'Nudge' in the 'Direction' of a 'More compassionate' work effort and not just as a 'Profit Making Machine'.

Without 'Business Corporations', the 'Many' at the Bottom would not get the necessary 'Products', 'Goods', and 'Shelter' for a 'Normal Healthy and Social life'. But, the Corporation is a 'Legal Fiction' that exists only in 'Contemplation of Law' and the 'Many' at the Bottom are Natural Born Humans. We have 'Incorporated Persons' 'Socially' situated alongside 'Real Human Persons'. Of course, Corporations and Real Persons are both Under Law' in 'some fashion'. But, does that mean that 'Both' are 'Human'? Of course not, the Corporation is an 'acknowledged Legal Fiction' that exists only in Contemplation of law. Nevertheless, 'Both' come under 'Legal Scrutiny'. But, the 'Nature' of the Corporation is different from the 'Nature' of the Human. The Business Corporation exist as a 'Person', but doesn't seem to have any 'Legal Duties' as Natural Born 'Citizens' do. 'Real Persons' are under 'Many Laws' and no one can know them all. Laws relating to 'Education, Driving, walking, working'. A 'Human Being' is alive and requires many activities to survive in a 'Civilized Nation'. But all a Corporation does is limited to the 'Production or Manufacturing' of certain 'Items and Goods'. Their sole 'Function' and hence, 'focus' is 'described' in their 'Purpose Clause'. They need More Public, Democratic, Duties. If they want the 'Constitutional Protection' as 'Persons in contemplation of Law', that's fine, but be more 'Realistic' and assume more 'Democratic Duties'.

Of course, 'some Humans' are called 'Successful'. But, Why does the 'Human Quest' for 'More and More of the Same' usually constitute 'Greed' and the Corporate quest for 'More and More of the Same', is called 'Success'? After all, Corporations are also called 'Persons' in 'Contemplation of Law'. Has the Law injected into Economic Discourse terms, or Legal Characterizations, which are demeaning to the 'Human Condition', yet compliments the Corporate Structure. Does this produce some kind of inferiority in the 'Human Condition' and 'superiority' in the 'Economic Status'. After all, it declared the 'Producers' of More and more of the same, as 'Persons in contemplation of Law'. Can we then say that its the 'Economy' that's lopsided; not the 'quest' for 'success' by the 'Human Condition'. After all, there 'has to have been' a time when Humans 'shared' their 'Resources'. But, later the 'Social' created 'Rigid Divisions' that distinguished between 'Sharing' and 'Buying'. Here enters the Linguistic Terms, 'Mine' and 'Yours'; now, we have something to Fight about. Do we create our own Problems?

Up to that point, the Corporation is just a Corporation. Subsequently, the Highest Court in the Land holds that the 'Business Corporation' is 'a Person' in 'Contemplation of Law'. 'Human Beings' are 'Persons'. What's the Difference? A 'Human Being' is a 'Natural Born' Person, who constitutes 'The Many' at the 'Bottom' of the 'Polity'. They are all 'Human Beings'; 'they' are all 'Natural' and they constitute the Governed. But the 'Business Corporation', for some 'economic reason' is 'declared' a 'Person in Contemplation of Law'. They are 'Legal Fictions' and they can constitute 'Huge Economic Persons', because they can become as 'Large' as they want; but, the 'Natural Born Persons' always remain 'Natural Born' Humans. A 'Human Person' can 'never compete' with an 'Incorporated Person' and that creates a 'lop-sided Economy'. It also creates 'profit making' Machines, whose 'sole Function' is to make 'Profits' and 'nothing else'. Humans can also make Profits but on a much smaller scale. Corporations should not just be 'Persons, in contemplation of Law'; they should be 'Citizens' who should be 'required' to have 'Democratic Duties'. It may surprise you but, that may change the 'Lop-sided Economy' and the 'Nature' of the 'Corporate society'.

Business Corporations can only function as 'Huge Producers' of 'Products, Goods, and Items'. 'Failing to Produce Profits' is to fail 'to function'. That does not have anything to do with 'Decisions'! Of course, we all know that they 'Exist only' in 'Contemplation of Law', and what does that mean?..... that they exist only within 'Legal Discourse', or 'legal Talk', and not 'Discourse as Humans know 'Ordinary, 'everyday talk'? We live in a 'Social' populated with 'Economic Giants'. Now, please don't get me wrong. Corporations are necessary, but they must also have 'Other attributes' that make them 'more like a Person'. A 'Business Corporation' must also have 'characteristics', or 'Departments', that deal with functional 'Democratic Principles' in Society. To say it differently, they must recognize that in a Democratic Society, the 'Freedom and Equality' of all 'Real Persons' is very important; that does not mean that they must stop producing as 'Economic Giants'; only that, that is 'not' their 'sole function' and that 'Other aspects' of 'Personhood' are equally important. They must 'contribute' to the 'Freedom and Equality' of 'all Real Persons' within the Social... that too is their 'Constitutional Duty'. They must have 'Departments, and Functions' within their 'Corporate Nature' that contribute towards the realization of The 'Freedom and Equality' of 'Everyone' in the 'Social'.

Those Individuals are 'Free' and can 'Equally' strive for 'Public Office'. Occupying 'Public Office' is 'Political Power', and occupying the 'Highest Office' in the Land is the 'Peak' of 'Political Power'. Of course, other Political Entities, like Autocracy, Plutocracy; and Oligarchy also have 'Political Power' at the Top. I don't know from where Autocracies get their Political Power, but Plutocracy is Government by the 'Rich' or 'Wealthy'; whereas 'Oligarchy' is Government by a 'few Individuals' who 'Monopolize' the Top, like a 'Family'. But, having lots of Money; being Rich, a Millionaire, a Billionaire may be Influential, but its not 'Power'. If Money was Power, Billionaires would not be running for Office. They already have Money. 'Public Office' in a 'Democracy' is 'Power', but only for a short while. So, if the Business Corporations 'sole, relentless function' is to make 'Profits', the Business Corporation is a 'Greed Machine'. Not only does it make profits, but that's the only thing it does. Hence, it would not be improper for the 'Business Corporation' to 'extend' its 'Function' and include 'other Democratic Functions,' or Duties. Why not require that 'Business Corporations', or 'Profit Machines', or 'Greed Machines' also function as Democratic Citizens? The Supreme Court so fit to declare them 'Persons' in 'contemplation of law'; so why not declare them 'Citizens', with all the 'attendant' Democratic Duties, and functions.

We Live among 'Economic Giants' that create 'Haves' and 'Have-nots'.

We Live among 'Economic Giants' that create 'Haves' and 'Have-nots'. They are 'Persons' in 'Contemplation of Law' and are protected by the 'Constitution'. They are 'Persons' but, not like 'You' or 'I'. They do not 'Hurt', have Pain, diseases, hungers, require sleep, and they do not need Education, or a Roof over their 'heads'. They are the 'Business Corporations'; the 'greatest producers' and Manufacturers of 'Everything' Humans need to 'Survive' and then 'Some'. The 'Some' refers to 'really' unnecessary Items but, which produce 'Profits' and that's the 'name of the Game'. 'Business Corporations' are 'Profit Making machines'. If a Corporation is not making a Profit its immediately 'Dissolved','Killed', and maybe even 'Resurrected' with another 'Name'. We are Persons also but without the 'economic advantages' of 'Corporate Life'. Everyday a Business Corporation must produce, sell, and makes a 'Profit'. But, do all Human Beings, as Persons, have that advantage. We used to ride in 'Carts', 'Wagons', and Horses. Now we ride in Automobiles, but with different 'Horse-power'. We got the 'Auto' but kept the 'Horse-Power'. Human Values have been 'attenuated' and replaced by Corporate Values and the 'height' of Corporate value is 'More and more of the same', viz., Profits. I asked if greed was the result of 'Democracy' or the 'Human Condition'. Maybe its the result of our 'Corporate Economy'? Hey, in todays World, Corporations are necessary but maybe they should also have 'Democratic Duties' within the 'structure' of their 'Nature' as 'Constitutional Personhood' and not just make 'Profits'. If they don't want to be Democratic, just Dissolve them.

Because the 'Many' cannot be controlled to just 'a Few'; or 'limited' to a certain 'Number'. Hence, we have to live with the 'Other'. The 'Human Condition' is not a Man-Made Institution. But, Government is 'Man-Made' and the 'different Types' of 'Government' are 'Institutions'. Hence, 'Institutions' can be subjected to 'Institutional Conditions' that the 'Human Condition' cannot. In other words, the 'One', as Polity, can be designed in such a manner that the 'Benefits' of the 'Social' and the 'Economy' contributes to the 'General Welfare' of 'everyone' in the Polity. I'm not suggesting that 'every Polity' should be a 'Democracy' or that everyone at the 'Bottom' should have 'Equal Benefits'. Even an 'Autocratic Government', or 'any Other Type of Government' can certainly have such a 'Great Leader' that He/she contributes towards the 'General Welfare' of 'all its People'. Back to Democracy. Democratic Government has organized its 'Economy' in 'Capitalistic Fashion'. It has protected the 'Business Corporation' by declaring it a 'Person in contemplation of Law'. The Constitution protects the Business Corporation. That 'helps the Economy' but, does that help 'Everyone' at the Bottom, or the 'Many' at the Bottom? Does 'Capitalism' generate the 'Materials', 'Matter', or even the 'opportunity' for 'Greed'?

A Line can be drawn between 'Political Adversaries' and you will find that the 'Rich' and the 'not so Rich' and the 'Poor' covers the 'Entire Bottom' as well as the Top of the 'Polity'. Of course, if one were to ask 'What are they fighting about?' one would have to conclude that, in the last analysis, the 'Rich want more'; the 'not-so Rich' want more; and the 'Poor want more'; but, the Poor 'might be satisfied', if they had enough to 'live on' and to cover necessary expenses. Why has 'Democracy' and 'Capitalism' created a 'Bottom', and of course, a 'Representational Top' that's mobilized by 'Greed'? Of course, you always have those at the 'Bottom' that says, 'Just Leave Me Alone' and get on as best they can. Why Greed, or, better yet, is that the 'normal' for a 'Human Being'. Do 'all Humans' get 'Greedy' when they find themselves in 'Favorable' and 'Prosperous circumstances'? Some will say, that's not a Political Issue, that's a 'Human Issue'; a 'Psychological' Issue; an 'Economic Issue'; or a 'Social Issue'. No! That's precisely the Issue. That's why the 'Democratic Structure of Government' was set up as it was. Government and Politics is absolutely necessary, if the 'Human Race' is to survive. The 'Top' must 'Represent' and 'Serve' 'all the Bottom'. I think, what I'm asking, is if the Top really Represented all the Bottom in a 'Fair manner', would there be 'Greed', or is 'Greed' a 'necessary Aspect' of all Governmental Collectivities?

A 'Political Top', or an Institution of Government are not 'Natural Phenomena'; they are 'Man Made'. If something 'goes wrong' in a 'Government' or a 'Political Entity', its usually the 'fault' or 'Responsibility' of the 'Human Condition'. 'Institutions' can do no wrong because the 'Responsible aspects' are the 'Humans' that 'Mobilize' it. One cannot have a 'Top with Power' without 'Someone' to operate it. Of course, there's always the issue of 'Whose Institution' is it and 'Who created it'? But those are 'Historical Questions' and cannot be answered without a more clear 'definition' and 'understanding' of 'History' and How 'compelling' it should be. Hence, most 'Political Questions' are reduced to the question of 'Who occupies the Top' and what are his or Her opinions of the 'History' and the 'Political Function' of the 'Entity'. These 'factors' make Democracy 'more difficult' to Govern than Autocracies. In Autocracy, the top 'does not listen' to the 'Bottom'. In 'Democracy' the Top 'must listen' to the 'Bottom' because they are the 'source' of the 'Power at the Top'. But, the 'Bottom' must also 'listen to the Top' because that's their Government.

A 'Democratic Top' can degenerate into an Autocratic Top. All it takes is a Selfish Individual at the 'Very Top' occupying that 'Public Office'. But, its never the 'Office' that 'compels' it, its the 'Individual' or the 'Personality', or the 'Psychological State' of that 'Individual'. That's why we need 'Real Politicians' at the 'Helm'. A 'Politically Correct' Politician is likely to be influenced by the 'Power' in the 'Highest Office' in the Land. At that Point, Political Issues change to 'Personality Issues'. That's why we need a 'Real Politician' who possess 'selfless traits' and has the 'General Welfare' of the 'Bottom' and not his/ her own 'Personal Welfare' in mind. That's also why a candidate should file his/her own Tax Returns after being elected to Office. Why should 'that issue' go 'unexplored'? 'Power seduces' but not in the same manner, as when its tied to the 'General Welfare'. A 'Real Politician' is concerned with the 'General Welfare' of the 'Bottom'. A 'Public Office' serves the 'Bottom', never the 'Occupant' of the Office. Where are the Real Politicians?

For 'Governing' to be 'reduced' to Rule, the only requirement is that the 'Top of Power' becomes occupied by someone that's not a 'Real Politician'; at best, is only 'Politically Correct'; or, someone 'unfamiliar' with the meaning of a 'Selfless Leader'; i.e. a Leader concerned with the 'General Welfare of the People' and not with His/her 'Personal Welfare'. Of course, this 'Personal Welfare Switch' can occur 'after Election'. If so, there will be attempts to 'modify' and 're-structure' the 'Top of Power' instead of the 'General Welfare of the People' at the 'Bottom'. Since, in a Democracy, the Real Source of Power is 'in the People', the People will be 'appealed too' but, by the 'Persuasive Rules of Advertising', and not with the 'General Principles of Governing'. 'Persuasion' is easy once one knows who one's appealing too; and then, come the 'empty promises' of the 'Politically Correct'. Another characteristic of changing from 'Governing' to 'Rule' is an attempt to 'Modify the Top of Power'; e.g. an attempt to 'Pack the Courts' and change the 'Judicial Structure' into a 'Reflection' of 'Party loyalty'. If that happens, the only result is a 'Lop Sided' Democracy. I say, 'Lop Sided' only because there is a 'Possibility' that so-called 'Party Loyalty' is not 'founded' on the 'People' at the 'Bottom'. Instead, its a division based on the 'Corporate Nature' of the 'Social' and its 'Productivity'. We're 'headed' towards 'Plutocracy'.

But, if the 'Top' is 'Democratic', the 'Bottom' is more important than the 'Top' and that means that the Top must 'Govern' the Bottom. It cannot Rule. More importantly, it also means that the 'Essence of Democracy' are the 'Real People' at the Bottom. In all Political Entities, its the 'People' who are the important ones. But, not all Political Entities accept that. In a Democracy, it was the 'People' who 'Constituted' the 'Polity' and they 'Committed it to Writing in a 'Constitution'. The Constitution 'constitutes' the 'People' and the 'Government'. The Government is structured as a 'Government' 'Of the People', 'By the People' and 'For the People'. The 'Democratic Institution' assumes its 'proper place' and 'Structure' within the 'Political Entity'. This is not to say that Democracies do not have their 'Problems'. They do, but the problems are 'resolved Democratically'. When an 'Autocracy' has a Problem, the 'Polity' can get 'rid' of the Problem. Of course, all 'Polities' have Problems. One of the biggest Problems in a Democracy is when a Candidate assumes 'Leadership' and She/He is 'unqualified' to 'Govern'. 'Leadership' in a Democracy can be more Problematic than leading an Autocracy. One Reason for that is that solving a 'problem' or a 'Political Issue' is not as 'Simplistic' as using 'Democratic Ideology' or 'Republican Ideology'. It can be a 'Human Problem' and hence, not 'completely Ideological'. Where are the Real Politicians?

A 'Form of Government' is a 'Political Institution' and consequently, one must ask, "from where does a 'Form of Government' get its Power? All 'Political Entities', Large or Small, are 'Created or established' 'Political Institutions'. Early Tribes, Groupings, etc. usually had 'Leaders', 'Chiefs', who were 'selected' from the 'Wisest', 'Strongest', 'Fastest', or the 'Most Cruel'. Some just 'took' the Position by 'Force' and some 'Inherited it' by being a 'member' of a 'Powerful Family'. Later came the 'Divine Right of Kings' which 'attributed' their 'Right' to Rule to the 'Divinity'. All these Forms are now 'Obsolete' except, and just in case, there still exists, a few 'Isolated Groupings'. 'Every Grouping' had its manner of deciding who would Lead them. Of Course, today, every 'Government' has a 'Top of Power' and a 'Bottom of People'. That was the source of the so-called 'dilemma' of the 'One and the Many', or 'How to Organize an 'Institutional Political Entity' with a 'Top with Political Power' and a Bottom with the 'Many' Human Individuals. If 'Human Individuals' are 'Free' and Equal', as in a Democracy, 'Law and Order' must exist. If 'Law and Order' exists, 'The Many' need to be Governed. But, 'Governing' is different from 'Ruling', hence, the 'basic difference' in the 'Forms' of Autocracies, Plutocracies, Oligarchies, and Democracies. But, 'Democracy' is the only Form that emphasizes the importance of the 'Many People' at the 'Bottom'. The Essence of Democracy are the 'Many Peoples' at the 'Bottom' and the 'Top of Power' is there to 'Serve the General Welfare'.

The People are 'Real', not Constitutionally created "Persons" like 'Business Corporations'. The 'Real Persons' Live, Die, and Suffer. They are not 'Institutions' and if they are included as 'Citizens' of a 'Nation' they should be properly 'Governed' and not 'Ruled'. All Political 'Positions' are of a 'Representative Nature'. That means, the Positions were created to allow a 'Representative' from the Bottom to serve and only for a short Period of Time, in some 'Functional and Democratic Capacity'. The 'essence of Democracy' is 'all the Real People' at the Bottom. Without Real Individuals, i.e. 'Real People' there is no Democracy.

That was no 'Trial'; it was a 'contest' between 'Ideologies' and 'Party loyaly'.

That was no Trial; it was a contest between Ideologues and Party Loyalty. How did anyone expect 'Party Ideology' to vote against itself? The 'Representatives' have already 'separated' and each has formed their own 'Party Preferences'. It should have been a search for the 'Truth' and for 'Competence' and that doesn't have anything to do with 'Party Lines'. I don't mean 'Political Preferences', I mean 'Truth'. How could an 'Ideologue' go against His/Her own Party Ideology? Some did. The Highest Political Offices in the Land and they turned it into some 'Political Contest' about voting along 'Party Line' instead of voting for the 'Truth'. Even the 'United Nations' appears to know the Truth. 'Party Loyalty' had no part to play in this scenario. It was not supposed to be a Political Contest between the 'Parties', it dealt with Political 'Behavior', human behavior. Usually, Politics 'seeps' into 'Normal Conversations'; this was a case where 'Human Behavior seeped' into 'Politics' and that 'says more' than any 'Party Ideology'. A perfect example that 'Human Behavior'; 'Decency'; and 'competence' qualifies a 'Representative' for 'Public Office', not Party Ideology. Politicians consider 'Party Ideology' as some 'inflexible criteria' for putting 'Public labels on themselves' and then refusing to step outside the Label. Being 'locked' into 'Party Loyalty' destroys 'Human Decency' and 'Real Political Understanding'. Where are the Real Politicians?

Each Party Line has its own 'Ideology', yet neither could see that the real issue was not an Ideological Issue; it was more of an 'Incompetence issue'. It was a 'Personality Issue' not an 'Ideological one'. The Issue dealt more with 'behavior' than with Political Ideology. The behavior was an attempt to extract a 'Deal', more so than a 'Political Solution' among 'Nations'. A 'Nations' Ideologies apply to 'National Issues', more so than 'International Issues' After all the 'Party division' is about 'National' and 'Local Government', not about 'International Relations'. That's a horse of a different color. Nevertheless, a 'Leader' must be 'competent' in both the National and the International Arena. Dividing among Party-Lines and voting among Party Lines is frivolous. It demonstrates a 'lack' of 'Personal Flexibility' between 'National and International' modes of behavior. How sad, 'Leaders' unable to distinguish between mere 'Ideological Party Issues' and 'Real Political Issues' on the International Sphere. 'Voting' along 'Party Lines' is 'childish'; 'inflexible'; and 'demonstrates a weak reason' for 'Serving' in a 'Representative Capacity' in a 'Democracy'. Where are the Real Politicians?

Even a Movie made in Hollywood where the Language is 'comparable' would be 'distasteful', 'Mockery', or a 'Comedy'. Of course, if the 'Opposition' does not reply with 'equal distaste', it places itself at a 'disadvantage'. That's what happened in the first Debate. The 'Appeal' was made to the 'Back-yard Barbeque Crowd' and it was 'never challenged'. Has Politics descended to that level? Can Political Language still refer to the "Constitution"; "the General Welfare" and "Freedom and Equality" of the 'Individual' at the Bottom, or has Politics 'lost' its Language? A 'Politics' without a 'Proper Language' cannot survive. Of course, I do not speak of 'Political Correctness'. That's Empty, Vacuous, 'Insincere', and 'Hypocritical'. A Proper Language is Important, but I speak of a 'genuinely Proper One'. Insults and Name Calling will not work. Especially at the 'Highest Level' of 'Public Service'. What Kind of leaders do we have? A 'Top' should always set an 'Example' for the 'Bottom'. But, when the 'Top' talks like the 'Bottom'; and 'without Political Discipline', its only 'Natural' to 'worry' about the 'Quality of Leadership' driving the Ship of State. Where are the Real Politicians?

Many Political Entities call themselves 'Socialist':and 'Republics': but 'Govern' like 'Autocrats'.

Many Political Entities call themselves 'Socialist': 'Republics': and even 'Democratic', but 'Govern' like 'Autocrats'. The Real Difference is in the 'Form of Government', or the 'manner' in which they 'Govern'. But, they do not seem to 'hide that difference'. But, an actual 'Democratic Leader' that tries to 'Rule' instead of 'Govern' stands out in His/Her preoccupation with 'Economic Issues' and 'other Issues', instead of 'Civil Issues' like 'Freedom and Equality'. For Example, how long does it take to 'eliminate', or at least, 'to address' 'Racial Inequality' in the 'Social'? It was done in the 'Educational System'. In a Democracy, the 'essence' of any 'Social Institution' is to address the 'condition and status' of the 'Bottom'. Otherwise , its not a Democracy and its 'not Governing'. All Political Entities exist only for the Purpose of 'Governing' or 'Ruling'. They are 'Social Institutions', not 'products of Nature'. If a Nation purports to be 'Democratic', it must serve the 'Bottom' or the 'Peoples'. 'Democracies' Govern, they don't Rule. One doesn't have too look far to see some of the 'Atrocities' perpetuated by 'Autocratic Rule'. But, the problem in a Democracy is that, 'Someone' can be 'Elected' to the 'Top', who then attempts to 'Rule'. When that happens, the 'Top of Power' is in turmoil. Most 'Revolutionary activity' occurs at the 'Bottom'. When it occurs at the 'Top', 'Democratic Ideology' is being destroyed, and when that goes, the 'Democratic structure' unravels and 'cannot hold together'. The 'Top of Power', becomes 'unhinged'. Where are the Real Politicians?
